Being A Human

Anthem POV

Ever since Alesya recovered and chose to live, she seemed to be reborn. He became a completely different person than before. He is more cheerful, smiles more, and tells more stories. In addition, he likes to eat just like Lea.

"I'm hungry, can we buy corndogs on that front, Anthem?" ask Alesya.

I widened my eyes, "But you just finished eating fries and hamburgers, yes." I said.

"That's all snacks. It won't make me gain weight. Let's go over there!" Alesya pulled my hand. I held him, and he smiled.

Is this what if I become human? But does that mean my money will run out soon? How horrible! Will work with Lea if I become human and demand high pay. I will work until Sunday so I can meet Alesya's eating needs.

It's my decision but I haven't heard from the Ruler. Do I want to be human to marry her? Your love for Alesya is getting bigger every day. I have to thank Lea for making Alesya enjoy life.

My relationship with Alesya is also getting better, although it is only until the stage of kissing the cheek and holding hands but I am very happy.

Like this afternoon I asked her out, and she welcomed my invitation with pleasure.

"Oh, come. Let's take Matt and Lea. Did you know they were dating too. Leah told me." said Alesya happily.

I know that's why I'm silent. I was afraid that I would leak it to Alesya but that stupid Leah told Alesya and Alesya happily told me that. Lea said, "It's a secret! Don't tell anyone."

"Thank you Anthem for driving me. Oh, when's your date?" ask Alesya.

"Tomorrow afternoon, how?" I answered.

He nodded, "OK. I'll tell Lea this, she'll be happy." said Alesya.

After returning from driving Alesya I returned upstairs, but I decided to visit Lea first.

"Yes!" my broom.

"Come in. What's the matter you came here for?" Lea asked and allowed me to sit down while Rue was busy in the kitchen.

"I'm confused" I said.

"Don't you ultimately want to be human or not?" ask Rue on target.

"What makes you heavy?" ask Lea.

"Time. I have to wait how much more so I can be human and I don't know how it works. And the second is that if I become human then I will be weak. I can't protect Alesya to the fullest. Can I mitmnta half-and-half?" my many.

All the decisions I considered carefully, I wanted to marry Alesya but I was afraid that if I married as a human I would be weak. But if I remain an angel, how do I explain to Alesya.

"Tell me the truth that you're the angel of death who took Leslie away. And tell me you met at the last station, when there you explained everything to Alesya's soul" said Rue casually.

"Where can it be like that, right?" just pissed. Why are these two creatures responding to me playfully?

Ting.

"Who is that?" I asked, "Brad, he wants to discuss something with you guys. Relax, he can't see me. Lea, keep fishing rod about her." I asked.

True to my guess, Brad came inside smilingly charming and carrying Lea's favorite bread pudding.

"Sorry to bother you. I just passed by and stopped by by the chance I passed the bakery and I know you really like this, so this is for you" Brad said kindly.

I approached them, Lea glanced at me but I still didn't flinch because Brad couldn't see me unless he died.

Brad nodded, "Ah, how's the office?" ask Brad.

Hmmm, I know where this conversation leads.

"just fine. Everything went well." Rue answered it.

"I heard you guys received a new employee?" Brad is investigating.

Lea looked at Rue and Rue nodded, "Yes, it just so happens that he's a distant brother of one of our acquaintances. He worked in a restaurant but didn't feel like a good fit and signed up for our place." replied Rue.

"While not opening a job vacancy, right, I ask? Why would he come in? Do you know him close enough? What's name?" ask Brad to sue.

"Matthew Johnson's. I told you that he was a distant relative of our acquaintance so we helped him. Is there a problem with that?" ask Rue again.

"Oh, ask me something about him!" My orders.

"Do I know this Matthew?" ask Brad.

Lea and Rue shook their heads together, "No. Why do you rarely come to the office? It's hardly ever Brad." Rue complied with my request.

Brad's face turned uncomfortable, "I have business. Well if you guys want to come I'll come but I can't come every day." she replied smiling.

Not the usual smile she gave, it was a kind of smile of formality.

"Then I say goodbye. Say hi to your new friend, what was Matthew's name. His name is like Max. Hahahaha, I miss him turns out." His words are stale.

It's hideous! Humans are really terrible.

After Brad came home the three of us huddled back together, "Is that weird?" ask Lea.

Rue and I nodded, "Yes, the change in his face was very drastic when we asked him to come and when we told him about Matt. Who the hell is he?" ask Rue.

"According to Max, Brad is a Don mafia and Hunter is a capo. After Max's memory returns he recalls Brad and decides to look for him." My solute.

I sighed, "Are you aware that humans are terrible? I thought back to whether I was sure I wanted to be human. I'm afraid I'm turning violent and mean." My toot.

We all fell silent and asked questions just for ourselves.

"I want to be human." Lea broke the silence.

"Why? Is it because you still want to make money and get rich?" My toot.

Lea shook her head, "Of course not. I have money and I am rich. I think people have a lot of choices in their lives. So it's not his human fault if they become vile or evil. It is their choice that makes them that way. It is their desires that make them a sinister person."

Leah's reply made me realize that they had a lot of options. As for me and Leah, if we don't come down to earth, we have no choice as to what we are.

"We can learn from Max or Alesya. They get a chance twice in their lives and they choose to become a new human being. They can choose to be the same person, right? It is the choice that determines human nature." Lea said again to connect her opinion.

That's true what Lea said. If the Lord had asked me to choose to be human or to remain now, then I would have chosen to be a good human being who always gave light to my fellow human beings. This is my new vow and I'm sure the Ruler hears my vow.
