Meet The Mermaids

The LEa POV

"Max, relax. Wake Max!" I called out while patting Max's cheek.

"What happened to him?" Ask dad.

"Rue uses a permanent forgetting spell, and I think his subconscious makes a refuge for unreasonable things like this, so when he comes face to face with something that goes against his subconscious Max's body will automatically refuse, knock him out, dad." My answer at once explains what happened.

My father nodded, "Rue!"

Rue immediately approached my father and knelt down, "I, Your Majesty." Said Rue.

"What's your reason for wearing Max a permanent forgetting spell?" Ask dad in a loud voice.

"For Your Majesty. That's because Max likes Miss Lea, Your Majesty." Answer Rue.

Dad's face looked wrathful, "What! How do you know that? You remember, no, what is the law for those who slander without seeing the truth?" Ask Dad firmly.

"I remember Your Majesty." Rue replied bowed then Rue took out the magic crystal ball belonging to Madam Lily. And with a single touch of hand the crystal ball struck small lightning bolts around its walls.

And then there was Max and I kissing hot. I turned my face away from the crystal ball and my father's deadly sight.

"LEA!" Dad cried.

I approached my father and knelt before him, "Even Your Majesty, forgive me for being entangled in worldly lust and momentary pleasure." My leg's bowed.

"You know about that but why do you do that, Lea? What happens if Max demands you more than a kiss?" Ask Dad.

"I speak as your father not as a king. Go and talk to your mother." Said father again.

I nodded, "Thank You Your Majesty." Then with half a frown I approached my mother.

"I already know." Said Mother.

I'm flabbergasted, "Sorry." I'm lirih.

Mom stroked my long, withered hair under my wing, "And I know how you felt when Max approached you." Mother said softly.

"How do I feel? I don't understand what I feel in my heart." My answer.

"You don't understand, I'll just remind you. If you're ready to fall in love with an earthling, then I assume you're ready to get sick." Said mother.

I was pondering mother's words just now. So far I haven't found the pain my mother intended. Just for a moment when I saw Max and Eleanor struggling with each other. After that, Rue protected me from the pain so I had never felt any real pain.

"Hows it? Ready to get sick? I won't ask Rue to look after you again, I'll take Max as your bodyguard. But when yesterday you let go of your emotions, your father was ready to fight Max only I could calm him down." Mom's lawful.

"Max was considered a failure by your father and Max was supposed to be dead. But I felt like something was strange, I saw you were eager to see him and I concluded you liked Max. Isn't it?" Ask mother.

I'm not saying, I'm just thinking, do I really like Max? Is that the love I feel for Max? Why did I fall in love with him so quickly?

I left my mother with a myriad of questions in my heart. Then I went up to Max again, oh he was sober. Max was sitting in a bed near my father's throne accompanied by little fairies flying around, curious because only this time there were humans visiting our place, and that man is not dead.

Usually dead people like to be misplaced, they think this is heaven and we are angels. The face of an angel is neither beautiful nor handsome like ours, and heaven is still far up there.

I went back to Max, though,

"max. Are you conscious?" My toot.

Max looked very uncomfortable, "Already. Where's me?" Ask Max.

"In my house. That's my dad, and my mom's still inside. Pay respect to my father because my father is a king, my mother is a queen and I am a princess." My answer.

Max was stunned to hear my explanation, "OK. Then what am I supposed to do here?" Ask Max again.

"Are you strong?" I asked him back because I was going to take him flying.

"Well, hold on tight to me because I'll take you somewhere and I hope you don't faint." I smiled, and lifted Max up.

The rest of Max's flying powder is still there and still works well on his body so I'll just have to lift it.

"Place your hand, Max. This time it's just me and you." My solute.

I took Max flying through the clouds, then hurtled down the small rivers and past the rainbow arches hidden in the fountain river.

"Is the rainbow hidden?" Ask Max.

I nodded, "He will come out as soon as there is a light that resembles his light and will only be accepted by the earth a little because it is covered with clouds." I'm explaining.

Max looked puzzled, "It seems like I was taught nothing like that at school, never mind. Rainbow pretty big it turns out." Max said at the end.

I giggled a little, and then I took Max to the mermaid beach, and the mermaids waved their hands at me, "Miss Lea." Greet them.

I took Max down for a bit, "Max let's stop by first because this isn't our goal. But those mermaids already see we don't feel good if we don't say it." Take me to Max.

"Hi Siren. O Muirgen, and Sedna. How are you guys doing?" My broom.

"We're very kind. It's so nice to meet you. And who is this handsome human Miss?" Sedna asked and suddenly had already grabbed Max's feet.

Max retreated in fear, "He.hey!" The drill.

Sedna laughed, "She's so sweet Miss Lea. Where did Miss find that human?" Ask Sedna again.

Muirgen came down from the rock in the middle of the beach and approached us, "Hi handsome man. Don't you know this man's name is a man?" Ask Muirgen to Sedna.

Muirgen and Sedna giggled. Different from Sirens. The siren pulls Max's hand and kisses him, "Ah I love human scent." The answer is to tease Max.

"Have not teased him, the earth man's name is Max. I'm friends with him so be nice to him." I said and hurried to get Max to fly back.

But a mermaid pulled me into the water,

Meltem!

Meltem is a mermaid who has the ability to see the future. Right now, Meltem is showing me that Max and I are going to be separated in the near future due to the presence of a woman that Max cannot resist. Nelson is running rampant, he'll take control of Max's territory quickly because Max is off guard.

And Max's point of disrespect is, me!

Not stopping there, Meltem showed me something even more terrifying, Nelson grabbed me and blackmailed me just for the pearls that came out of my tears. In the end, my strength will run out, and I will die horribly on earth.

Meltem brought me back to the surface, "I just gave you my vision and hopefully this doesn't come true. Don't let your guard down Miss Lea." Meltem warned.

I thanked him, "How did that not happen?" My toot.

"Take him back to earth and stay away from him, Miss." Answer Meltem.

"I can't give it back now, please." My love.

"You can't unite, Miss. Quickly return the man to earth because that's the place." Meltem Command.

I shook my head, "Take a day for me, and thank you Meltem." Then I asked Max to fly back to my destination. My head was full and somehow my heart ached just seeing Meltem's vision.
