Anthem POV

"I don't think he's ready to be king yet, Wren," I said. Tonight we all stayed at King Wren's residence. Only me and King Wren remained in conversation.

"Hmmm, is that what you think?" asked King Wren while rubbing his chin.

I'm nagging. "Yes, there is still a lot of doubt in his heart" I replied.

"But, will she still be married to Leah?" ask King Wren.

The next day after I finished dropping off Alesya, Matt took me to a coffee cafe and he promised to pay for everything I ordered so I agreed.

Matt nodded his head. "I'm ready and I'm sure. If it's for Lea I wish she'd marry me. Then help me so that she will change her mind and marry me when I declare my love later" Matt said.

I sighed and moved my lips. This is not an easy thing. "How are you planning to propose to her? And when are you gonna propose to her, Matt?" I asked back.

Matt seemed to think. "That's what I want to ask you, Anthem," Matt replied.

"I want to be perfect, Anthem. Because this is going to be our second marriage, right?" ask Matt.

True too, this is their second marriage and the appointment of Matt to be a king. And when King Wren abdicates, Matt will be inducted to replace King Wren.
