Max POV

"Yesterday I assumed you had failed Max, and I'm not asking you to understand what I mean or try to remember what you've forgotten. It's hard to break the spell that's been meant for us." Said King Wren with his thunderous voice.

To be honest I did not know and did not understand what he was talking about just that I felt very guilty about what I had done and why did Rue give me a spell to forget? If I liked Lea and then kissed her, was that wrong?

"And this time I'm just asking you to stay away from my daughter! Unless you can take care of him!" King Wren.

I bowed under the King's command, "Your Majesty, well Your Majesty." My speech.

King Wren flicked his staff and saw a conversation between Leah and a mermaid under the sea.

"I give you a warning Miss Lea, stay away from the earthlings if you want to survive. Wars will ensue, bloodshed will soon take place, and Miss Leah will be captured, tortured, and killed! The earthling's point of contention is Miss Lea! He loves you, but there is a woman he cannot let go of! Stay away from him while you can!" The mermaid exclaimed.

And it seemed that Lea was replying to the mermaid, but I did not understand what she was talking about. In one flick of the cane, the mermaid and Lea disappeared from my sight.

I just felt this feeling, I don't want to lose Lea. This feeling is excited to be released. Yeah, I love Lea.

"I will instantly uproot your life Max once I see my daughter scratched all the way through the sat u centimetre!" King Wren.

That night in my room I realized there were many promises I made and none I had done. I buried myself in both my hands.

Before long, I felt a pair of warm hands grab me and kiss my head, "Why are you, Max?" His whisper in a spoiled sigh.

"Eleanor. I'm just tired." I answered and left Eleanor.

"Have you been with Leah all day? Then, what am I becoming?" Ask Eleanor.

My head was clanging and I approached Eleanor. I kissed her rudely, "That's what you want?" I asked back to him.

Eleanor opened all the clothes that were stuck to her body, then she attacked me violently.

We were fretting for quite a while, but suddenly Lea's shadow and laughter flashed in my mind. I pushed Eleanor away and held my head.

Did he bewitch me? Did he reflect on me? Or do I really love him? All those questions popped into my head.

The next day, I rushed to see Lea at Tom's place. As soon as I got to the outside door, Nelson confronted me.

"We need to talk." Strictly speaking.

I followed him from behind, "What's wrong?" I asked as soon as we got to Nelson's room.

Nelson was sitting in front of me, I forbade him to let me sit because this is my house and he is a guest in this house.

"I heard the grapevine of unpleasant news out there. What if you were going to lower taxes and abolish security money? Did ya? Max?" Ask Nelson.

Leah!

I closed my eyes then I nodded, "Newly my scan. There are some traders complaining to me about high taxes and erratic security money. And I think we should pay attention to that. They're the source of our funds, because they're the ones who make our money, Nelson." I answered him quickly.

I didn't know what Lea was saying out there until Nelson reported it to me.

"Rather than me doing drugs and powder sins, huh!" My voice added by shaking my fingers.

"Money will spin Max faster! Honey this is your area, if this is my area I'll make the drugs the center of commodities." Answer Nelson.

I snorted in annoyance, "Huh! I've found my light, Nelson. I won't hesitate to throw you away if you drag the darkness back here, under my nose!" Excruciate.

Suddenly Nelson was pounding the table, "Max, I have a brilliant idea! Bring that girl named Lea, we make her cry and produce pearls for us! Imagine how much profit we will get Max! Ahhaha!" He said grinned wide. His face was filled with lust and greed.

"You can take her body and then me? I'll take the pearl! Ahhaha!" Connect Nelson.

"Lantas, what about me?" Eleanor asked who had joined us.

"Max is my husband in that deal! That he's with Lea? Then what about me?" Ask Eleanor again.

"Consider the devil by that covenant!" Duke Nelson.

"Promise is debt, Nelson! Max still has to pay!" Eleanor Strictly.

"I'm tired of listening to you!" My heart and I left them both.

I pointed my way to Tom's place, and I didn't want any escorts from anyone.

Before long I'd seen Lea hosting visitors at Tom's ice cream shop.

"Gee!" Called him.

Lea looked up at me then waved her tiny hand. If there were no wings, it would look very small.

I approached Lea because Lea seemed to be busy with her guests.

"Hi." My broom.

Lea looked timid, her usual long hair was loose, now neatly tied with a piece of patchwork. Her front hair dangled moving more and more here following wherever Lea stepped.

"Sit Max. Ah that's Tom. Sweep it." Said Lea.

I nodded and walked over to Tom who was sitting observing the guests. On his face was a friendly smile to every guest who came.

"Ohhoho, Mr. Max." Said Tom, rushing to my feet and greeting me.

"Sorry to interrupt, I'm just visiting." My solute.

The man chuckled, "Lea! Friends Max. I'll replace you for a while. This old man can't sit around much, hehehe." Said laughing.

Lea turned to look at Tom, "Alright if you force me, Tom. Haha." Reply Lea.

I took Lea around, "Lea, there's something I want to tell you." My heart started my conversation.

"What's that?" Lea asked as she sipped on the popsicle Tom gave her.

"Looks like, I like you. I mean it's not that far yet but I want to always be with you and spend as much time with you as possible." My speech.

Leah stopped her steps, "I think my father told you about Meltem's prophecy?"

I nodded, "Then?" I asked him.

"Did my father tell you everything?" Ask Lea again.

I told you what I saw with King Wren back then.

"Not everything." Sahut Lea's.

"My mission on earth is to save you, not to accept your love. I like you too but we can't have a relationship together. You know?" Answer Lea.

I don't know what this feels like but it hurts so much, "Why?" I asked.

"Understand again, your point of contempt is me. Here your position is that you must be ready for war and not let your guard down! You should always be on standby, Max." Sahut Lea.

I held her tight, "I'll protect you Lea. Trust me." I tried to convince Lea.

Lea pushed me away, "I'll give my heart to you if I finish my mission." Legally.
