Keenan continued to walk regardless of others, at the moment he only wanted to hug Nadine's body which looked very weak. Ilham grinned his smile as he saw Keenan getting closer, finally the opportunity he had long been waiting for came too, this time he would complete his task perfectly. Inspiration walked leisurely towards Keenan.

Nadine releases herself from Joe's handrails when she sees Ilham walking up to Keenan with a knife that hurt him wrapped in his jacket. Nadine tried to gather her strength and she immediately ran after Ilham.

Nadine wanted to shout loudly so that everyone could hear her, but she could not do that because her voice was no longer able to come out of her lips

Nadine intends to push Keenan's body in the opposite direction in order to avoid the attack of Inspiration but ill-fated because the condition of his body is very weak makes him not have enough energy to do so until he finally falls in Keenan's arms and at the same time the knife pointed at Keenan missed Nadine's body.

"Gall,,,!" Nadine hissed as she felt the skin of her body pierced by a sharp object.

Nadine touched her stomach with a knife and with the rest of her energy she pressed the wound to try to stop the bleeding. But unfortunately, because the condition of his body that was too weak made Nadine unable to suppress the wound perfectly, until blood still continued to come out of the wound.

"Darling!" Keenan was quite shocked when he saw the wife who had just been in his arms collapsed in his arms.

The incident took place so quickly that everyone panicked when they saw the hospital floor which was originally pure white now turned red because of the blood coming from Nadine's body. Because the incident happened so quickly made everyone not realize if the attack was a man who wore a nurse's clothes, he said, they continued to focus on the body of a doctor who suddenly collapsed with blood.

Keenan was instantly hysterical as his wife's body collapsed in an embrace with fresh blood soaking into the white coat of medicine. Keenan fell on the floor hugging the helpless body of his wife.

"Darling!" Shouted Keenan hysterically.

"Oh my God, what happened?" Keenan started to panic as Nadine did not give any response as she called out to him.

Keenan could feel Nadine's hand clasping her arm so firmly, he knew immediately that the wife was trying to endure the pain.

Inspiration is also no less panic with everyone who is there, he condemned his stupidity that must fail a second time. Inspiration threw the knife in his hand and rushed away from there, he did not want to be caught at that moment.

Jimmy, who arrived late to see all the events and he did not stay silent, ordered his bodyguards to arrest the man who had made his young lady injured.

"Catch that guy!" Shouted Jimmy to the guards.

Jimmy followed Ilham from behind while shouting for the guards to block the exit so that Ilham could not escape.

Inspiration ran through the crowd of people who started to gather to see the injured Nadine, although many people did not realize she was the culprit because the incident happened so quickly, he said, but that does not mean that Inspiration can be free just like that.

The look on her face that showed panic was added again with Nadine's blood stains on her nurse's uniform making the bodyguard who heard Jimmy's orders immediately take action. They formed a formation to carry out an ambush on the suspect who wanted to escape.

Inspiration became even more panicked when he saw the men in black uniforms chasing after him, he tried to find a way to escape the place. But unfortunately, Ilham had not found a way out of a kick that was strong enough to land smoothly on his back to make himself fall on the floor.

It was Jimmy who kicked him, he was so angry because for the second time he was careless that he made his young master's wife injured even though he was in his care.

Jimmy was not satisfied if he only gave a kick to Ilham, he grabbed the body of the man who had fallen to stand and again gave some raw bogem all over his body. Jimmy vented all his emotions to Inspiration, his anger was already unstoppable. It turned out that the one who wanted to hurt his young master and miss was the one who was so close to them.

In a matter of seconds Ilham's body succeeded in cupping, he could not dwell anymore because his body was battered due to raw bogeman given by Jimmy mercilessly.

"Get this man down and don't let him get away with it!" Jimmy's orders after he was satisfied to beat up Inspiration.

And even more so Jimmy had to dig up information about the incident of this attack, he must know the motive of Ilham to do the action to his superiors.

After saying that, Jimmy went straight from there and his mind went back to Nadine who was now injured.

With trembling hands Keenan rubbed Nadine's face slowly for fear that the swab of her hand could make the wife feel more pain.

"Sa baby! Wake baby!" Keenan tried to hold Nadine's consciousness.

"I beg you to hold on, dear. Don't leave me" Lirih Keenan right in Nadine's ear.

But unfortunately Nadine did not hear Keenan's words, because his body was weak to make him immediately lose consciousness.

Keenan hugged Nadine's bloodied body while occasionally kissing the forehead of the wife who so missed him.

"I beg you not to scare me like this, baby, I'm sober".

Hospital visitors were touched when they saw Keenan who was so hysterical, they could immediately guess if they were lovers. But in contrast to the visitors of the hospital, the hospital employees actually saw the incident with frowns that are confused.

They were quite curious about the relationship of the director of the hospital with Dr. Nadine. They whisper to each other without realizing that Dr. Nadine is dying.

"What do you see?" Keenan snapped as he began to hear demonic whispers in his ears.

Keenan was so angry with his employees that instead of helping his injured wife, they were busy whispering something inappropriate.

"Can you just watch without saving my wife, huh,,,!".

"I will never forgive you all if something bad happens to my wife" Keenan said.

Everyone was shocked when they heard the remark from the director of the hospital, as if they did not believe the words they had just heard.

"*Huh, wife! Really true?".

"Doctor Nadine is Mr Keenan's wife? Really true?".

"Omg,,, 'em,,,! So all this time Dr Nadine is the wife of the director*?".

It felt like they did not believe in the reality that had just been revealed, what was possible if all of that was true. If that is the truth, but why they keep it secret from everyone, including hospital staff.

Seeing his employees who are still busy with their own thoughts without doing anything to his wife makes Keenan more up.

"Jimmy!" Call Keenan to his assistant in a loud enough voice.

Jimmy who had just finished his business with Ilham immediately rushed to his boss.

"Fire them all" Appoint Keenan to his employees.

"From this second on I don't want to see their faces show up at my hospital anymore!" Said Keenan while staring intently at his employees.

Everyone was astonished to hear the edict from the director, they did not expect that their hard-earned career was destroyed instantly.
