The black luxury car stopped right in front of the hospital lobby, without waiting for Jimmy to open the door for him, Keenan pushed the door quickly and got straight out of his car.

"Where's my wife?" Keenan asked as he got out of the car.

"Miss is still on IGD sir" said Jimmy who also came down quickly following Keenan.

Keenan directly directed his steps towards the IGD regardless of the many eyes that were staring at him with a slightly strange look.

Meanwhile, in the IGD, Nadine never expected if she would be in a situation like this. When his body is so weak is not powerful, and at the same time he must also be faced with a threat made by people who are quite familiar all this time

"You sick miss?" Ask the guard in a bit of panic.

"Then let me take you home, miss. The young master would definitely be very angry if he knew we were letting you go home in this ill condition" the Guards said.

"You don't have to bother sir, because I'll take doctor Nadine home. Believe me, I will take Dr. Nadine to her home safely" Sahut Ilham quickly, he did not let Nadine answer him.

Nadine was silent for a moment, she was trying to think of something.

"Why are you doing this Inspiration? What do you want" Lirih Nadine seemed to not believe that Inspiration could do such a thing.

"I'm sorry if I have to involve you doctor, but I have to solve this problem, right now" Bisik Ilham.

"Does this have anything to do with my husband?" Ask Nadine again.

"If you are so curious then you can think of it that way" Sahut Ilham.

Yes, now Nadine has been able to draw conclusions from the actions that are being done to her Inspiration, it turns out all this has to do with Keenan, her husband. Nadine suspects that it was not she who was the target of Ilham but Keenan was the target and Ilham made it as bait to destroy Keenan.

Of course, the conversation between Nadine and Ilham could not be heard by anyone including Joe and the bodyguard because among the three of them only Ilham stood close to Nadine.

Keenan who does not know the situation that is currently happening still continues his footsteps to approach Nadine. From afar he could see if the wife's face looked paler than usual and he also felt something different from the way Nadine stood, his wife looked so weak that she had to be carried away by someone.

Keenan felt that something was wrong with Nadine, could it be that my wife was sick? Her thought. Keenan accelerated his pace, at this time he wanted to immediately embrace the body of the woman he had longed for.

Nadine shook her head so that Keenan did not get any closer but it seemed Keenan did not understand the gesture he gave. Nadine glanced at Ilham who seemed to be smiling when she saw Keenan getting closer to them, and if it was true that the target of Inspiration was Keenan of course she could not let anything bad happen to her husband.

"Stop!" Shouted Nadine loudly to make everyone who was there look at her with question marks.

Nadine's shout made Keenan's footsteps stop instantly, he looked at the wife with a questioning look.

"Please stop there. Don't come any closer!" Nadine said in a trembling voice.

"What's wrong, miss?" Asked the bodyguard who had been standing not far from him since.

Nadine did not answer the question from the bodyguard, her eyes looked straight ahead looking at the face of Keenan who was now standing still who was also looking at her with question marks.

"It's Din's time, you have to do it right now".

Nadine glanced at the bodyguard who had been looking at her suspiciously, intending to break free from Inspiration but had to make sure Ilham could not hurt her husband.

"Protect my husband" Nadine said in a voice loud enough to make everyone look back at her.

At the same time Nadine brushed off the hand of Ilham who was holding a knife at his waist then quickly pushed Ilham's body until he managed to escape from the embrace of Inspiration.

Nadine grimaced when she realized her hand was injured, it turns out when she brushed Ilham's hand accidentally hit by a knife.

Ilham was surprised when he saw the reckless actions of Dr. Nadine, he did not expect that Dr. Nadine would act like that.

The situation suddenly became gripping, especially when everyone saw fresh blood coming out of Nadine's hands.

"Darling!" Keenan shouted while running towards Nadine.

Everyone was focused on the injured Nadine to the point that they did not realize that someone was behind the incident that they should have secured.

"Don't do it Inspiration!" Nadine with her voice that sounded raucous.

Ilham walked leisurely towards Keenan with a knife wrapped in his jacket.

Nadine releases herself from Joe's hand when she sees Ilham walking closer to Keenan and he immediately runs after Ilham.
