The ambulance stopped right in front of the IGD hospital Cipta Kusuma. The nurse who had been on standbay at IGD approached the ambulance and opened the back door. Dr. Nadine was the first to get off the ambulance, which was followed by Jimmy. After a debate between himself and Dr. Nadine, Jimmy finally agreed to take Keenan to the hospital, even though he had previously insisted on taking his boss to the hospital where the Malik family was referred.

Several male nurses pulled the stool to get Keenan out of the ambulance after pushing him into the IGD unit.

"Where is Dr Heru? Did you tell him there was an emergency patient?" Nadine asked Dina.

"Dr Heru left for Medan an hour ago because of sudden needs and Dr. Anjas who replaced him" replied Dina

"Where does Dr Anjas go? You didn't tell him?".

"That's the problem Doc, Dr. Anjas is now performing the operation and will be done in an hour" explained Dina.

"Oh my God, how can you do this anyway" Nadine massaged her dizzy forehead suddenly.

"Can't the doctor handle it alone? This patient came along with the doctor, so the doctor must have known the patient's current condition" Dina suggested.

"If only I could Na, of course I wouldn't be standing here in panic. At this time I should have been on the plane to Surabaya but I have missed the plane and now have to hurry to catch the next flight" said Nadine.

"Continue now how do doc, even if I contact another replacement doctor will definitely take longer, while the patient may not wait too long again" Dina began to panic.

Nadine was silent for a while, her brain kept turning to think about what steps she should take now and consider the risks that might occur after this.

Nadine took a deep breath and said :

"You prepare the operating room Na, I will handle this patient. And order Ilham to prepare his patients, we meet in the operating room".

Nadine had already made up her mind, she had to perform the surgery to save the patient. Nadine had to prepare to receive a warning or maybe a punishment for delaying her departure to Surabaya.

Finally the operation took place, Nadine along with her team tried to do their best to save Keenan's life. Meanwhile Jimmy was waiting in the waiting room with anxious feelings, he was so panicked to face the current situation that he did not even care about his blood-soaked body Keenan.

Three hours later the operation was completed. Nadine exits the operating room which is greeted by Dr. Anjas.

"Sorry doctor, I was doing surgery on a patient so that I could not handle this case" said Dr. Anjas regrettably.

Nadine took off all the sterile clothes on her body quickly.

Nadine put down her dirty clothes and rushed to leave but before that she said again:

"Right now I have to go, please keep this patient until his condition stabilizes. I send my patient to the doctor until I return".

Doctor Anjas nodded in understanding

"Well my doctor Nadine will be in charge, you don't have to worry and carry out the task that is now waiting for you".

Since then Nadine never again met with Keenan because by the time she returned from Surabaya Keenan had been transferred from the hospital. Even Nadine did not know the identity of her patient because there was no medical record left.

Nadine covered her mouth with both hands and looked at Keenan as if she could not believe what she had just heard. Of course he remembered the incident without forgetting a bit, because it was because of that incident that he received punishment from his superiors.

"Oh My God, you,,,! So the patient was you" asked Nadine in shock.

Keenan nodded his head steadily

"Yes Dr. Nadine, the patient you saved at the time was me" Keenan replied, revealing his scar.

"And this is the proof".

Nadine was silent for a while with a look in her eyes that still looked at Keenan and his stomach wound in turn. She is still trying to digest all the new facts she knows, it turns out that the man who became her husband is now the same man she saved seven months ago. But why doesn't he remember yes,,,!.
