For the second time in one year, Nadine had to return to feel the seat of the sick person to face trial for the case that befell her. He is currently facing an ethics hearing from hospital officials to determine what sanctions will be given to him.

In that room, Keenan and Nadine

must pretend to be strangers who do not know each other because they do not want to invite suspicion from the board of directors who are there.

"All right, let's start the trial".

Keenan immediately opened the hearing after everyone gathered in the courtroom.

One by one the council members issued their opinions on the problems that Dr. Nadine had done. Among them there are those who respond well to the action but there are also those who respond poorly.

"I know Dr. Nadine is a great doctor, but she should not take action based on her decision alone. However, hospitals have rules that must be obeyed by all employees".

"We fear that the actions taken by Dr. Nadine will be followed by our other doctors later, and it will be very detrimental to the hospital Mr. Keenan".

"How about if this news is widespread out there, of course this will backfire on us because competitors will definitely use this issue to destroy the credibility of our hospital".

They continued to express their opinions as if they were so loyal to the hospital as well as its main director. Keenan did not expect that they could so easily express opinions without looking from the point of view of a doctor who was carrying out his duties. They are so easy to judge without providing a solution to the problem.

Meanwhile Nadine just lowered her head while playing her fingers to overcome her nervousness, she just listened without wanting to refute. Indeed, he felt very embarrassed because he had to face an ethical trial led directly by the husband.

What would happen if everyone in the room knew that she was the wife of the hospital's chief director, will they remain that sassy in issuing blasphemous words to the wife of their own director.

Without them all realizing it, all the words they said had ignited embers into the director's chest. No one ever knew that behind the cold and silent attitude of a Keenan, indeed he was holding so much anger towards these people because however the figure of the doctor they were talking about was his wife.

Keenan shouted loudly and said aloud that the doctor they were judging was his wife, the wife of the director of the hospital where they worked. Wanting Keenan to run and hug his wife then took her away so as not to be constantly made the object of judgment from people who only attach importance to the position without having the slightest empathy.

But Keenan can not do that, he does not want the wife increasingly become the subject of talk in the hospital environment.

"So that's how Mr. Keenan is, we hope you can make the best decision so that this problem does not recur" said one of the board members after ending the story.

Keenan nodded his head then glanced at Jimmy who was sitting next to him to get closer. Jimmy approached directly lowered his head to listen to what Keenan wanted to whisper to him. Jimmy nodded a few times, after which he immediately stood up and then resigned.

I don't know what Keenan whispered but seeing Jimmy's expression must be a serious matter.

After Jimmy's departure, Keenan looked back at the audience present in the room.

"Thank you for all the opinions and advice you have given me, I really appreciate it. I never thought that you-you have a high sense of loyalty to this hospital" Keenan said sincerely.

"From the beginning I took over this hospital, I was determined that I would improve the hospital services. I want the hospital to provide the best service for anyone who needs care and help, without exception"

Keenan puts emphasis on the word except what he says.

"And if at the time the doctor gives their service there is a problem that suddenly comes along, accompanied, then it is your duty as the board of directors who are currently present in this courtroom to resolve the matter" Keenan pointed his index finger at the audience one by one.

"Didn't the hospital hire you to deal with the problem and solve it. You don't want to just eat a blind paycheck right, don't you!" Sindir Keenan's.

The board of directors became misbehaved when Keenan appointed them one by one with a word of satire that was quite spicy, and, indeed they never imagined that behind the friendly attitude of the director turned out to be a person who was quite firm in making decisions.

"Let the doctor work according to his duties and if there are problems that occur later in the day then it is our job, we will solve the problem".

"So I hope not to shadow our doctors with horror rules that scare them into taking action. Whatever the reason, a man's life is worth more than a hospital's profit".

"After today, revise the hospital rules immediately and do not make silly rules, because I will act decisively for anyone who violates my orders".

Keenan paused his words for a moment with a look of eyes looking at Nadine who was still bowed silently.

"I have decided what punishment is appropriate for Dr Nadine because her actions have upset many people and have ignored hospital regulations".

"Doctor Nadine".

Nadine raised her face when her name was mentioned by the director and at that time the eyes of the two met and looked at each other.

After looking at his wife's face, Keenan said :

"From this second, Dr. Nadine, you score as a surgeon at Malik Hospital, Malik Hospital, and for the next month you are prohibited from visiting the IGD room and operating room and are prohibited from taking any medical action directly related to the patient".

"For an entire month you are only allowed to treat outpatients in surgery" Keenan said.

Keenan knocked on the table three times indicating that the court decision was final and mutually agreed.

Nadine let out a sigh of relief after hearing the court decision that had been given to her, although he did not like the decision given by the director but he was quite happy because at least he could still provide services to patients despite being prohibited from doing medical actions.

Nadine looked at Keenan with a look of disappointment but was immediately replied with a sweet smile by her husband.
