Keenan and Nadine were still in stare, as Keenan stared in love while Nadine looked suspiciously at her husband.

"Say!".

Nadine was still standing in her place, looking at the face of the husband who looked so calm as if he did not feel he had done something wrong.

Nadine wants Keenan to explain what the situation is, what all these events mean and why she is such a fool who doesn't even know what her husband has done.

Keenan smiled with slow-swinging footsteps he approached then pulled Nadine's hand and immediately took her beloved wife into his arms.

"I love you" Whisper Keenan quietly

Keenan rubbed Nadine's head with tenderness and affection.

"I love you so much".

Nadine rebels trying to release Keenan's embrace on him, but he failed because Keenan increasingly tightened his embrace.

"I miss you!" Keenan's whisper again tried to calm Nadine down so as not to rebel.

Just five hours ago Keenan separated from Nadine, but now he has missed his wife again, really miss.

Nadine was eager to get angry and spill all her annoyance on Keenan, but she could not do that because slowly she also enjoyed the embrace, a hug Keenan who always provided warmth and calm for her.

For a moment Nadine let Keenan embrace her until the level of emotion in her reduced. Not long after, Nadine wrapped her hands on Keenan's waist to return the husband's embrace and Keenan immediately smiled when he realized Nadine returned his embrace.

The repaid hug means that the person is no longer angry, Keenan thought.

"I love you baby!" Said Keenan while landing a kiss on his wife.

"That's not what I want to hear Keenan" Nadine said in her husband's arms.

Keenan smiled amusedly, why was his wife so so so worrisome even in an angry fashion.

"I know, but I just want to say those words and I'll keep saying them until you're not mad at me anymore" Keenan replied.

"Do you think those words can make my anger disappear?".

"Yes, I'm sure, very-very sure".

Nadine gave Keenan a hug and looked back at her husband.

"Its, your confidence is too high, Mr. Keenan".

Keenan's smile again expands to hear Nadine's words.

"What does all this mean?" Ask Nadine then.

"What?" Keenan asked back pretending not to know.

"Don't pretend you don't know Keenan, I know you understand what I mean".

"Have you bought this hospital?" Ask Nadine back.

Keenan grabbed Nadine's waist and carried her into the sling with a quick movement that made Nadine reflex draped her hand over Keenan's neck to hold her body weight so as not to fall.

Keenan smiled at Nadine's quick reflexes and what she expected. With a slow step Keenan walked towards the work desk that now belonged to him with eyes that exchanged glances, and then he immediately lowered Nadine's body on the desk to make their faces parallel.

Keenan pinned Nadine's hair behind her ears with eyes still staring at each other.

"Sorry!" Keenan started to open his voice.

"For?" Reply Nadine quickly.

"For everything" Keenan replied.

"I admit I was wrong for not telling you the truth earlier, I'm sorry".

"Why are you not being honest with me, do I have absolutely no meaning in your life" Nadine said.

"Hey, don't say that!" Keenan directly attached his index finger to Nadine's lips.

"Never say that again, you are everything to me. You are my life".

"Then why aren't you being honest with Keenan?".

"Because there's no time" Kilah Keenan later.

"Well! There is no time you say. There is no time how! We live on the same roof as Keenan and we meet every day and even we sleep in the same bed, so why do you say there's no time".

"Why,,,!" Nadine was disappointed.

"It's not like that I mean, baby. I just don't have the right time to talk to you about any of this. I doubt that you would have agreed to my decision by then" Keenan said.

"Lantas what is the reason! Why are you doing it?" It was Nadine's turn to ask.

"I. What does it have to do with me".

"Because I'm doing all this for you, baby" Keenan said.

"Well, what do you mean Keenan! What do you mean for me?".

Nadine looked at Keenan deeply, she did not understand why Keenan said that he bought this hospital because of it, but he never asked for it.

Keenan cupped Nadine's cheeks and greeted her gaze, before she said again

"I just want to ease the burden on your mind, baby! You think too much about others so you don't think about yourself".

"I want you to focus only on your work and also on me, your husband. I don't want your focus and your mind to be divided by the hospital problems and also your co-workers who have lost their jobs".

Nadine looked into Keenan's eyes and caught the solemnity there.

"I just want you to always smile when you come home and always tell me nice things, what it is about your job, about your best friend and your patients. It's not something you shouldn't have in mind, you don't have to think too far".

"Keen!" Nadine with eyes that begin to condense.

How could Keenan care so much about all the stories so far, even though he only wanted to share the story with her husband but Keenan took it too seriously.

"I didn't mean to make you go this far. I just want to share my story with my husband".

Keenan nodded his head.

"Yes, they are targeting this land not this hospital" Keenan replied.

"In the business world this is already commonplace, baby, we play for profit not for loss. We can at any time replace businesses that cause losses with businesses that bring profits".

"It's so bad they don't know that many people depend on their lives in this hospital, why they have the heart to do business involving the lives of many people" Nadine wiped her face that somehow suddenly wet with tears.

"Because that's why I took over this hospital by buying all the stocks and assets it has, I want this hospital to stand tall to save more lives".

Nadine smiled happily at Keenan's words and immediately hugged her husband tightly.

Keenan rubbed Nadine's head gently and buried her face in the wife's neck.

"You're happy" he whispered.

"Yes, I'm glad you saved this hospital".

Nadine let go of her embrace and looked back at Keenan.

"May I ask you one thing?" Ask Nadine.

Keenan nodded his head.

"Em, of course you can. What do you want to ask?" Keenan asked back.

"You bought this hospital because of me or for me".

I don't know why Nadine pranks want to ask that to Keenan.

Keenan laughed when he heard the wife's question, he brought his face closer and pinched Nadine's nose with anxiety.

"Because of you and for you, baby!".

Keenan immediately silenced the lips of the wife with his lips so as not to ask anymore. He was so tired to answer all the questions from Nadine that he needed vitamin intake from his personal doctor to recover his energy.
