In hospitals, Emergency Installation is the busiest unit than other units or facilities. If likened to the human body IGD is the heart of the hospital where all activities start from there. If the IGD service is good then the name of the hospital is also good, and vice versa if the service in the IGD is bad then the name of the hospital is also bad.
As if never deserted, IGD is always filled by patients who go in and out alternately. Their activities continued to rotate for twenty-four hours every day without stopping and without leave.
Nadine entered the IGD still using her sterile clothes, she had just finished major surgery for five hours. With a gontai Nadine step toward the nurse's desk on duty.
"Where is Doctor Heru?" Ask one of the nurses.
"Doctor Heru is examining the docking patient" he replied.
"Where?" Nadine looked around.
"On the bed no 7 docks".
"Ok, make it" said Nadine.
Nadine walked towards bed 7 like information from the nurse. Nadine is indeed looking for a Heru doctor because she wants to exchange her night service schedule with the doctor.
Nadine's footsteps stopped when Dina came ahead of her steps towards bed 7.
With a breath of puffing Dina came to the doctor Heru and Ilham, she had just obtained important information and had to tell them.
Faintly Nadine heard the conversation of the three people there.
"Doctor, we didn't find a personal identity in the body of the patient. The patient came only with an empty body without any identity being carried so that nothing can be used as a guide and we cannot trace the patient's personal data or the data of family members concerned" Dina gave a detailed explanation.
Doctor Heru and Ilham looked at each other.
"So this patient is an unknown patient? That's what you mean Sister Dina" asked Heru's doctor to confirm.
"Yes the doctor" Dina immediately nodded her head steadily.

Doctor Heru immediately raised both hands up as a sign that he would not take any more action to the victim of the accident. He didn't want to take the risk of defying hospital regulations.
When the situation was uncertain, suddenly a voice was heard greeting them.
"What is this,,,?" Nadine asked who came closer.
"Doctor Nadine" The three are shocked to see Dr. Nadine there.
"The operation is done, Doc?" Dr. Heru asked in a nervous voice.
Somehow the presence of Dr. Nadine there immediately changed the atmosphere into a sudden horror.
"Just finished the dock" replied Nadine as she glanced at the bed at a glance.
"Ooo, the operation is smooth" asked Dr. Heru again.
"Yes well, that's why I came here doctor" said Nadine.
"I'd like to exchange my evening service schedule with you doc, as well as ask you to keep an eye on my patients in the recovery room" Nadine explained.
"Oh Sure. Of course it could be Dr. Nadine. I'm happy to be willing to exchange service schedules with you" said Dr. Heru.
Currently Dr. Heru is trying to divert Dr. Nadine so as not to ask more about patients who are lying helpless on the bed.
Nadine smiled happily to hear the answer from Dr. Heru, whereas previously Dr. Heru was the most difficult person to be asked to exchange service schedules.
"Thank you Doctor Heru, you are always reliable" Nadine said.
Meanwhile, Ilham and Dina looked at each other while hinting something in their eyes.
Nadine's eagle eyes are very observant in analyzing the situation that is happening, he is never wrong in guessing and always knows if there are problems that are happening. Several times he looked at the patient on a quiet bed without any movement.
"Is the patient okay?" Show Nadine to arrive at the patient there.
The three were shocked and looked at each other.
"Oh yes, that is! That patient! Yes, of course it's good, doc. Very good" Kilah dr. Heru.
Nadine is increasingly convinced that something suspicious is going on there.
"Doctor Nadine should clean up first. Soon it will be the turn of the picket! Don't you want to go home early"Don't Dr. Heru.
"In a moment" Nadine ignored Dr. Heru's words and stepped onto the bed.
"What's this patient?" Nadine asked as she stood on the side of the bed.
The three fell silent again while playing with each other's eyes.

"The patient is in the Black line dock. Patients without the identity of "Sahut Dina arrived, which was immediately stared intently by Dr. Heru and Ilham towards him.
"Patient Black line ! You mean this patient has no identity!" Nadine repeated Dina's answer.
"Yes doc" Dina nodded her head.

Black Line patients are patients who are not a top priority of the hospital, because there is no one who can be used as a guarantee for patients, both in terms of the permission of the guardian to perform medical actions and administrative aspects related to the financing of care for these patients.

Nadine so quickly ignited emotions if she had faced patients who were helpless but made as if not entitled to any medical action just because of hospital regulations.

"Thirty minutes docks" replied Ilham again.
Nadine looked at Dr. Heru who was just silent in his place without responding to the slightest question Nadine.
"You're gonna keep quiet, Doc? Don't you know how your patient is doing right now?" Syndicate Nadine.
"This is your patient Doctor Heru and currently the patient's condition is dying. He needs your help" Nadine said with emphasis.
Doctor Heru exhaled a long breath before finally making a sound
"I know the doctor, I also want to act but my actions are hindered by the rules of the hospital" Kilah dr Heru.
"Since when do hospital rules prevent doctors from performing rescue actions for patients? Do not seek the doctor's reasons. There is not a single rule from the hospital that can hinder the actions of a doctor to save the lives of his patients" Nadine said.
Doctor Heru fell silent without refuting even a hint of Dr. Nadine's remarks. What Dr. Nadine said is true.
"Even animals that are dying in the street have the right to be given help especially this, this is not human bi*****g. Why do your hospital rules make it an excuse to let these patients suffer more without being given help. Is human life worthless".
Nadine again inflamed, why cases like this reoccur again and why she always had to be involved in the same case.
