Nadine came out of the operating room with a lethargic face mixed with fatigue, she had just completed two operations at once without pause since noon last day and only ended when the night was approaching. Nadine glanced at her watch and was surprised when she saw the time already showing eight o'clock at night, that means he has spent six hours in the operating room and exactly eight nights and his service time has ended today.

Nadine let out a long sigh as if there was quite a heavy burden that was now on her shoulder. If usually Nadine looked so excited when the clock came home his service arrived, but now instead he looks moody and less eager to step home because the spirit of his life is far in the eyes.

Nadine grabs her phone intending to contact Keenan, as she misses her husband so much.

Nadine's call back did not get an answer from her husband and it made her even sadder.

"Is Keenan still mad at me? Why doesn't he ever answer phone calls and also return messages from me?".

Nadine stared at the screen of her phone with a pretty disappointed feeling, disappointed because Keenan did not want to listen to his explanation and he was also disappointed because he did not know what to do to correct the misunderstanding that was going on between him and his husband.

"That's why you love me, so you never want to reply to all my messages. Even you didn't read all the messages I sent you" Nadine muttered with slashed feelings.

"Do I mean nothing to you anymore!".

Nadine rubbed the tears that suddenly dripped from her eyes, she lamented the mistake she had accidentally made to make Keenan angry with her.

Nadine inhales oxygen deeply and then exhales it slowly, trying to calm herself down. Whatever happens he must remain strong in the face of the problems that are happening because he cannot be too late in his sadness.

Nadine stroked her stomach which felt uncomfortable since she came out of the operating room earlier and she also felt a little hungry because there had not been a single meal that entered her mouth since this morning, he only had a cup of black coffee this afternoon.

"What a hell of a shit?" Nadine again.

Nadine re-enforced her body and decided to walk to the pharmacy to ask the pharmacist for drugs.

"Nadine!" Excited Dr. Reza, one of Nadine's teammates who also served in the IGD room.

"Thank God it turns out you haven't come home" said Dr. Reza gratefully as she caught up with Nadine.

"What's up Za,,,?" Ask Nadine.

Reza gulped his saliva with difficulty with a breath that was still panting with fatigue after searching for Nadine all over the place.

"You're free tonight, right?" Ask Reza expectantly.

Nadine nodded.

"Yes, I'm free tonight" he replied.

"Would you not replace me with service tonight? I got a call from home and asked to go home right now. Looks like my papa's condition is getting dropped Din" said Reza who looked panicked.

It has become commonplace in hospitals if there are doctors changing time to work with other doctors and Nadine also often do the same thing with Reza first.

Nadine was silent for a moment while thinking, he was free tonight but he did not intend to go home at all other than because of his tiredness so much that he could not afford to step home, he said, also because he does not want to be alone at home because it will make him miss the husband even more.

So finally Nadine decided to look for busyness so that her sense of longing was slightly reduced, and one of the things she could do was to work so that the mind was diverted.

"Alright, I'll replace you" Nadine nodded softly.

Reza developed a smile with a feeling of relief, Nadine was always reliable.

"Thank you very much Din. We'll roll ok!" Reza said as he passed away.

Reza ran away leaving Nadine in a hurry, clearly visible on her face if Reza really panicked at that time.

Nadine sighed then continued her steps back towards the pharmacy.

Keenan glanced at his cellphone which now seemed calm in silence after a while ago vibrating up to several times. Keenan knew it was Nadine who contacted him at the time but due to the doubts that still enveloped his heart, making him choose to ignore the call from his wife even though it can not be denied if in fact he really misses the wife and really wants to hear her voice.

"Sorry baby! It's not that I don't want to answer your call, but I still need some time alone. This feeling is still the same pity that there are only a few wounds that now decorate it".

Keenan grabbed his phone and opened a gallery file containing photos and footage of the wife sent by the private officer in charge of escorting his wife. Although he is currently marahan with Nadine, but he never ignored the safety of the wife. Keenan is still monitoring all of Nadine's activities to make sure she's okay.

A line of smiles rose from her lips as she looked at one of the photos she had taken silently as Nadine fell asleep in her arms. Nadine looks calm in her sleep after tired of wading through the sea of pleasure together with him, until she was unconscious when Keenan took her picture.

"I miss you dear" Lirih Keenan while wiping the phone screen that displays the face of the wife.

It turns out true if the miss is indeed heavy even weighing more than refillable gallon water.

The anger that grips his heart is still there but his affection for the wife will never change even more with the distance that separates them.

Keenan is determined to solve his problems with Nadine when he returns from his service trip. He is currently trying to focus on his work so that he can finish on time so that he can immediately go home to Jakarta to meet his wife.

"Lu sick?" Ask Mita again.

"No fever" Mita murmured later.

"Just a little pain" said Nadine quickly.

"Have you eaten?" Ask Mita again.

Nadine shook her head.

"Toward a cave of eating. The cave is no longer lust" he replied.

Mita immediately shook her head in disapproval of Nadine's words.

"Keep your medicine if you haven't eaten!" Ketus Mita's.

"Lu knows the rules. The drug is taken after meals not before meals except ulcer medicine".

Nadine was silent, she did not want to respond to Mita's words.

"Lu hasn't eaten since Din's morning!, so your stomach hurts. Now that you're in the cave, you have to eat before you fall for lack of energy".

Mita grabbed Nadine's hand and then immediately took her to walk towards the canteen but had not reached in front of the cafeteria suddenly Nadine felt her stomach like she was being stirred very strongly and instantly she felt nauseous the incredible.

Nadine removed her hand from Mita's grasp and immediately ran towards the toilet. The contents of his stomach continue to thrash around asking to be removed.

"Nadine!" Call Mita when she realizes that Nadine has released her hand.

"Aits, he's what the hell,,,?" Mita grumbled slowly then followed Nadine who turned out to run towards the toilet.

Nadine went inside one of the toilet doors and without waiting for a long time immediately pulled out all the contents in her stomach.
