Nadine took off the hairpin that all day rolled her long hair then combed it slowly and after that she rushed up to the bed to follow the husband who had been there first.

Nadine went into the blanket and leaned directly in her husband's arms and Keenan greeted her by pulling her body into her arms. One hand Keenan rubbed Nadine's shoulder slowly while the other hand was busy scrolling through her tablet screen.

"What are you looking at?" Nadine asked as she glanced at the tablet screen that was on Keenan's lap.

"It's nothing, baby! I was just looking at this picture" Sahut while lifting the tablet showed his wife.

Nadine took a quick look and then rolled her body into Keenan's arms in search of warmth.

"Do you know what that picture means?" Ask later.

Keenan shook his head slowly.

"No. I don't even know what this picture is and why it looks so weird" Keenan said.

"Cckk, why do you see it so seriously if you don't know what it is" Nadine said.

Keenan glanced at his wife while smiling, he was not angry with her words.

"I was just curious" he answered.

"Do you know what this picture is?" Ask Keenan then.

"Of course I know, even I've seen it in person" Nadine said.

"Oh yeah, where?" Keenan asked innocently because he really did not know what his wife meant.

"Here" said Nadine with one hand feel the stomach of the husband.

"Well!" Keenan was immediately surprised as he looked down at his stomach which was being touched by the wife.

Had his wife dissected his entrails when he was injured first, he thought.

"By here!" Again with his hands back patting the husband's stomach.

Keenan still looked at his mouth for a sign of disbelief with Nadine's words.

"Have you ever dissected the contents?" Keenan asked in disbelief.

Nadine smiled when she saw the look of confusion on her husband's face, she knew what the husband was thinking.

"Yes, I've dissected the contents. First I slashed the skin of the stomach and opened it with both hands and immediately took out the contents after that put it back and then sewed it with thread until it closed back as before" Said Nadine with both hands that showed her scene design.

Keenan suddenly shuddered in horror at Nadine's words which he thought were quite terrible. How could his meek-looking wife have done such extreme surgery with both hands.

"God! My wife is really something. How could this little hand of his do such a terrible thing".

Monologue Keenan.

"Hey, what are you thinking?" Nadine patted Keenan's cheek in dismay after seeing the look on his face that had turned strange.

Nadine let go of Keenan's embrace and sat next to him with faces facing each other.

"I did dissect human entrails, but not this one!" Nadine's hand slapped her husband's stomach.

"I dissected the stomach contents of a patient who had the same case as that patient" he points to the picture on the tablet.

"Huff,,,!" Instantly, Keenan sighed in relief after hearing Nadine's words.

"This is an image of a human organ, more precisely this is an image of a human heart. And this little sac that's under the liver is the gallbladder" Nadine explained, pointing to the picture on her husband's tablet.

Keenan nodded his head in understanding.

"Oh so this is a picture of liver and gall" Keenan repeated the wife's explanation.

Nadine nodded slowly.

"Indeed, a bag as small as this can cause severe illness as well" Keenan asked again, looking at the picture.

"Of course it can, all parts of the human body can be indicated to cause disease, both mild disease and severe enough disease. It all depends on where the problem is and the main cause" he said.

"Who's this recording?" Asked Nadine curiously, he grabbed the tablet that had been in Keenan's hands since.

"Oh this, this is a recording of the patient whose case is being handled by Heru's team of doctors. He said this disease is serious enough to have to bring in experts from outside" he explained.

Nadine rolled the slides per slide of the tablet while looking closely at the contents. Although he does not know the overall results of the medical records of the patient concerned, but in general he has been able to analyze the case.

Nadine still continued to observe while nodding her head repeatedly. Keenan noticed the wife who looked quite serious when observing the picture on the slide to make him curious to ask more questions about the problem.

"What do you think, baby! Is this case that bad?" Ask Keenan curiously.

"If viewed from the results of the recording, this case does look quite severe" said Nadine.

Nadine showed some pictures to her husband to explain in more detail.

"The abnormal cells have spread throughout the bile duct to the gallbladder organ itself. So this has to be lifted from this section to this section" Nadine points to a picture.

"If this part is not removed then these evil cells will most likely spread to other organs of the body including this, liver" Nadine explained in another image.

Keenan nodded in understanding hearing the explanation from the wife.

"If this sac is removed, does it not affect the body function of this patient?" Ask back.

Nadine smiled as her husband asked her again, he could see if Keenan was interested enough. And with great pleasure Nadine will give a clear explanation to her husband.

"The main function of bile is to help the process of fat digestion in the human body. Because basically, fat is difficult to be digested by the body because the human body is mostly formed from water. Meanwhile, fat is a nutrient that cannot dissolve in water. So the body needs help from other organs to digest the fat and that organ is the gallbladder" explained Nadine at length.

Keenan nodded again, his wife's explanation was easy for him to understand.

"So if the gallbladder is removed, how can the fat in the body be digested?" Ask again.

"If the gallbladder is removed it will cause the bile fluid produced in the liver to continue to flow into the intestine. As a result, the body cannot digest fat properly, triggering a number of digestive disorders such as diarrhea" he continued.

Keenan nodded his head in understanding with the wife's explanation.

Nadine put the tablet back on Keenan's lap and then she again laid her body on the chest of the husband while hugging tightly.

"So you're very interested in this case? Do you know the patient?" Ask Nadine then.

"No. I don't know him directly, baby. But he is an important patient in our hospital, because he is an official of the government of this country" Keenan said.

"Government officials!" Nadine Excited.

"Yes" Nod Keenan.

"Meaning, he is a very influential person dong" he said again.

Keenan nodded back.

"Yes, therefore I have to follow the development of this case thoroughly so as not to happen things that can damage the image of the hospital later" he said again.

Nadine also nodded in agreement, she knew for sure the risk that would occur if the hospital made a medical mistake or was wrong in making a decision, he knew for sure, surely the news will spread quickly so that it can affect the good name of the hospital including the good name of the director.

"If I may know, what is the name of that government official. Is he a very famous person in this country?" Tanya Nadine who had been curious about the patient who was the center of attention of the husband.

"Hmm, what's his name!" Mumbled Keenan who suddenly started to remember a name.

"Oh yes, if not wrongly named Mr. Bayu Nugroho. He is one of the officials in the attorney general's office" Keenan said.

"Huh,,,!" Nadine gawks as Keenan mentions a name she knew well before, a name that once colored her past life. Not only was Nadine familiar with the name but she also knew the person in particular.

"So the tape that Keenan has been talking about since is a recording belonging to om Bayu".

Nadine was quite surprised when she found out that, she did not suspect that Bayu was suffering from a serious disease and needed immediate action.

Nadine stared fixedly at Keenan, at once she felt very worried what if Keenan knew the truth someday, how did her husband react when he found out that the patient who was the center of attention at this time was the father of his former lover.
