Bu Soffie let out a long sigh with a look of eyes that kept staring at the screen in front of him. She hopes that if her decision this time is not wrong, Nadine is really able to do her best so that her husband's surgery can run smoothly and Pak Bayu can recover from the disease. While everyone was focusing on the screen in front of them, they were suddenly surprised by the entry of several men who were wearing white suits and without ado-stale immediately sat together in the room.

"Well, finally after all this time I can see Nadine in action again" said one of the doctors.

"Yes, I can't wait to see the hand of 'the surgical goddess' move beautifully there" said another doctor.

"You want to see the deity's hand or you want to see the goddess!" Tempt another.

"Two, hahahha,,,!" They laughed after saying that.

The doctor's words attracted Keenan and everyone in the room, they were a little confused when the name of the surgical goddess was pinned to Nadine.

Meanwhile, inside the operating room all the medical teams were already standing in their respective positions. Nadine stood on the right side of the patient while Dr Khairil stood on the left side of the patient and served as Nadine's assistant.

"Today we're going to do surgery on a patient with a case of bile duct cancer. Are they all in their own positions?" Nadine asked her teammates.

All of them nodded simultaneously which was then responded by Nadine with a nod as well.

Nadine looked at Dr. Khairil who was standing in front of her who was also staring at her.

"Alright, let's start the operation" Nadine said.

"Mess,,,!" Nadine reached out her hand to the nurse beside her right who was in charge of delivering some surgical equipment to her, and quickly the nurse immediately placed a scalpel in Nadine's hand outstretched to her.

Nadine received a scalpel and without waiting for a long time she immediately made an incision in the patient's marked body part. Exactly at ten o'clock in the morning the operation led by Dr. Nadine Felisha against a patient named Bayu Nugroho with a case of bile duct cancer began.

Everyone's eyes focused on Nadine's hands that began to move to perform the action to the patient step per step, ranging from the process of slashing the skin of the stomach to open it. Nadine's hands moved quickly there, she did everything in accordance with the SOP procedure that had been determined for a surgeon.

Realizing that the operation he was doing this time was not a simple and easy operation, Nadine tried to devote all her thoughts and focus points to the object in his hands, he does not want to make the slightest mistake to make many people disappointed, especially the husband who has given full confidence in him.

Time passed and the operation continued, and all teams remained focused on their respective tasks. At first everything went well until it arrived

"The patient's condition is starting to decline doc!" Said a nurse.

Nadine did not give any answer, she was still focused on her view that was still trying to reach the object that became her goal.

"The patient's blood pressure also began to drop" the nurse said.

The situation started to change from the previously calm now to a little more panic. All began to show facial features full of worry, including the audience in the recording room

"It looks like there's bleeding" said a doctor.

"Yes, and it looks pretty bad" said another doctor.

"Doctor Nadine should be more careful because the organs around the liver and bile have tissue that is quite complicated" said another doctor.

Ms. Soffie was shocked when she heard the doctors talk.

"What's that bad?" Ms. Soffie also shared the words of the two doctors.

The doctors looked at Soffie's mother who showed that panicked face.

"We don't know for sure ma'am, but it looks like the situation is quite dire" said the doctor.

Ms. Soffie immediately stroked her chest, she was quite shocked at the time. She could not bear it if something bad happened to her husband.

"We leave everything to the team of doctors on duty. We have to believe in their abilities" he added.

"But,,,!" Soffie's mother's words paused.

"What Rendra said is true ma, mama should calm down and believe in mbak Nadine. I'm sure Nadine can handle this" Sahut Rania.

Ms. Soffie finally shut up and she looked back at the big screen with a feeling of hope and dismay.

When everyone began to show their panic reaction, it was different with Nadine. He is still calm and still trying to focus so that his concentration remains awake.

"What's the patient's condition,,,,?" Nadine asked with an eye that was still focused on her surgery.

"The patient's blood pressure is still not stable doc" replied the nurse.

"Do a blood transfusion and keep blood flow uninterrupted" Nadine ordered.

"Make sure the blood supply is safe" he said again.

The nurse immediately understood.

One of the most basic abilities of a surgeon is the ability to control bleeding while performing surgery. A surgeon must know the anatomy of the human body quite well, and therefore they make cuts along areas of tissue where large blood vessels are usually invisible.

They try to avoid surgical areas where a lot of bleeding can be expected to appear.

"The bleeding came from the x-dock network" Nadine told Dr Khairil.

"Stop the bleeding first. Use x to stop the bleeding" Dr Khairil said.

Nadine nodded, she knew what to do. And immediately he did what Dr Khairil suggested that the bleeding could be resolved.

Bleeding in the body usually tends to be more successful in detection, even in severe cases it can cause death.

Doctors use clamps of various sizes on blood vessels to prevent bleeding during surgical procedures. What they do is apply a series of clamps and then cut some between them. Clamping also helps prevent air from being sucked into the system.

After making various efforts, Nadine finally managed to control the bleeding to make her team can breathe again with relief.

"The blood pressure has returned to normal docks and the patient's condition has also stabilized" the nurse reported again.

Nadine looked at Dr Khairil who was countered with a nod of the head.

The incident in the operating room again sparked fanfare in the recording room.

"Well, that's amazing. Doctor Nadine is great".

"Nobody could do such a thing other than a senior specialist and Dr Nadine managed to prove that she was also capable even though she was not a senior specialist".

Keenan smiled when he heard his wife's name became the topic of conversation from the doctors who witnessed the operation and he could not cover his pride in his wife.

While on the other hand the words of the two doctors invited dislike from Alya who had been staring at Nadine with annoyance.

"She must be trying to spread the charm to get the attention of Rendra and her family. You sly woman! I won't let you win*".

Alya's hatred for Nadine became more and more so, he always thought the bad thing of all the actions that Nadine did. Alya believes that Nadine's actions are an attempt to attract sympathy from her husband and family.

Alya clasped her palm as her eyes turned to look at Rendra who looked smiling - a small smile with eyes staring at the screen.

"Awas you Din, I will not let you take Rendra from my hands. Rendra is mine and will remain mine".

All the dirty presumptions continue to nest in Alya's brain, he always considers Nadine is a stumbling block to get the love of the husband. Alya seemed unable to expel the figure of Nadine from the heart and mind of Rendra even though he managed to seize Rendra from Nadine's embrace but he did not manage to reclaim Rendra's heart from Nadine even though time had run two years.

If Alya gazes full of wrath to Nadine, it is different with Rendra who looks at Nadine full of love. Two years apart did not make him able to erase the traces of past memories with the former instead the sense of it clinging strongly as if reluctant to move. Alya did manage to take himself from Nadine's hands but he never managed to get love from Rendra because until anytime Alya only managed to seize his body but not with his heart.
