It could be that he was blessed with the Monster God Guard Treasure, the Inner Sacred Elder of the Land Guard Blood Covenant.

The hundred-year-old old man floated in a transparent magic bubble, far above the surface of the river to check on Shen Zhu's state, while Bao Yu waited anxiously in front of the gate.

It was a high level heavenly realm god monster, thought the saint elder. If he was given a clue, he could become the Conferred Knights of the Alliance.

After confirming Shen Zhu was fine, the saint elder returned to the gate, while Shen Zhu was still conversing with the human-headed lion that was touted as the Treasure-Wielding God Monster.

"Although Master is young, the monsters here do not deserve to be Master's mounts" the human-headed lion said. "The element inside the Master's body is above all the knights."

"I don't understand," Shen Zhu muttered as he rubbed the back of his head.

"Only a monster that has the same element as Master can be a companion of Master," explained the human-headed lion.

"You have the same element as me" said Shen Zhu. "I can feel it."

"Yes!" the lion replied.

"Then." Shen Zhu looked up at the lion with a clear look. "Will you be my partner?" her question is childish.

"I want to agree to it" the lion subtly refused. "But I can't fool you. Because based on my talent, I am not qualified to serve the God of Catastrophe. After all I'm just a treasure keeper!"

"And what does that mean?" shen Zhu asked again, still with the innocent expression of a rancid boy.

"I can't leave the Promised Hill" the lion explained as he nodded towards the hill on which his foot rested. "Keeping treasure is my destiny."

"I understand," Shen Zhu muttered in a disappointed tone. "Then... do you know where my monster comrades are?"

The lion sighed heavily and shook his head. "I'm not sure" he said. "The existence of such an extremely powerful monster could not possibly be in this kind of place. Looks like..this time sir was in vain to come here."

Shen Zhu bowed limply with a grim expression. Then turned around with both shoulders hanging limply on his side.

"Wait," suddenly the lion stopped him. "On the Hill of this Covenant. there is a teleportation portal."

Shen Zhu spontaneously turned around excitedly. "Portal teleportation?"

"However.." The lion suddenly looked doubtful. "The "species and strength of the summoned monsters from the teleportation formation was hard to ascertain. Running a formation is also a huge risk."

"Although there's only a speck of hope, even if it's as smooth as a dandelion feather, I'm willing to try!" shen Zhu's. Then it soared towards the hill and landed on the side of the human-headed lion.

The hill was shaking and pounding. A strong wind whirls along with a golden-colored light around the lion. A magic circle was created under his feet.

"Master must return before my spiritual power runs out," the human-headed lion warned Shen Zhu. "If not, you could be stuck forever in another dimension."

"I understand!" Shen Zhu stepped into the center of the golden glowing circle, then sat cross-legged in the lotus position and closed his eyes.

"There is soon a lot of monster aura that appears within Master's perception" the lion told. "Must find the one closest to Master's aura!"

The lion raised its head and roared again. Harder than ever. More thunderous as thunder. A golden-coloured bright light burst out like a big-bang explosion.

Bao Yu and the Sacred Elder of the Blood Covenant Land Guards were jolted in front of the gate.

A golden-coloured glow radiated like a laser pierced through the sky.

"This is the spiritual pressure of the god monster!" pekik Bao Yu chimed.

"The God Guardian Treasure Monster is running a grand formation!" shouted the holy elder as he darted towards the gate followed by Bao Yu behind him. "Running a grand formation can drain a lot of spiritual energy."

Simultaneously, Shen Zhu had already fallen drooping and his body floated above the magic formation like it was being submerged in water. His partially tied hair at the top of his head whipped upwards like it was blown from below. Hanfu and her armor robe fluttered along with a portion of her hair that was scattered on her back and shoulders.

Bao Yu and the holy elder finally reached the Promised Hill and landed on the left-right of the human-headed lion.

Shen Zhu's consciousness had already penetrated another dimension, where a similar forest stretched even larger and more mesmerizing.

Monsters there are more diverse and in groups. Each type has its own herd.

Yet again everything flinched and dispersed as Shen Zhu tried to approach him.

Shen Zhu darted swiftly following his instinct towards the mountain peak which was emitting a pillar of blood-red light.

There was a very approaching aura there, he thought. Then it landed on the top of the mountain and mired into the hole.

Shocked by the unexpected, Shen Zhu shouted loudly with both hands and feet scavenging for empty air. His shout only ended when his body landed on the stone floor at the bottom of the hole.

A pair of gorgon monsters stood upright on top of his head with each holding a spear that was crossed with each other.

Gorgon monsters are monsters with a human-like body shape but hairy and animal-headed. The two gorgon monsters were tiger-headed.

Both are hairy yellow brownish with black spots. Both wore silver armor complete with headgear and shield.

Shen Zhu pulled up his body and looked at the two gorgons. Then asked quickly with a breath of breath. "Who among you called me?"

The two gorgons did not react.

Shen Zhu was flabbergasted to see another gorgon monster sitting cross-legged at the mouth of the cave. His head was like a tiger. But hairy white. The gorgon was wearing a purple robe and a crown.

Gorgon Emperor! Shen Zhu concluded. And rushed to him. "I don't have much time" he said. "Will you be my partner?"

The Gorgon Emperor did not react either.

Shen Zhu approached him. It was at that moment that he saw someone bound in the cave behind Emperor Gorgon earlier.

Shen Zhu took a step back and gulped.

A girl, dressed all tight black shiny coated armor made of metal color. His hands were stretched out to the left-right in the shackles of blackened iron chains. His head was down and his body was drowning.

Shen Zhu looked around with his eyes squinted and realized all the gorgons inside the hole were dead.

The only aura of life still emanating came from the girl.

Is he calling me? Shen Zhu groaned disappointedly in his heart.

There's not much time! he thought it was starting to sting. But then I couldn't bear to ignore it.

Without a second thought, he pulled out his sword and slashed at the chain that shackled the girl's hands and caught her body, then flew over the hole while carrying the foreign girl.
