The God of Cataka

"I am not worthy to invite the glorious Crown Prince of Heaven" the human-headed lion muttered as he stopped his steps on the temple terrace. "What you hear is just a voice message."

"Crown Prince of Heaven?" Everyone behind him muttered simultaneously.

"Right," the lion looked back, looking at everyone with an authoritative shady look. "Your friends are the future God Emperors. The high Celestial Emperor!"

Everyone responded with astonishment. Especially Jialin.

"Don't worry," the lion continued in his footsteps. "As long as I'm here, I can help you get your message across."

Jialin is happy.

Tiao and Lim Hua bought a piece.

"What do you expect?" tiao whispered a scornful tone. "Sending a message to a god requires a grand formation. You think you can use it to send love letters?"

"You—" Jialin gritted her teeth and stomped on Tiao's instep silently.

Tiao grimaced and tightened his jaw.

"Just destroy yourself!" jialin whispered furiously.

"And one more thing" the human-headed lion added before entering the temple. "Call me Shouhu!"

"Shouhoo!" Everyone who followed him simultaneously bowed in greeting soja.

"Now don't bother me!" sergeant Shouhu without looking. "I have to meditate."

Everyone bowed once more, then closed the temple door.

Meanwhile…

In front of the gates of the Knight Alliance Headquarters, the battle boom had already been brewing ever since Long Qiuyun returned.

"No matter if he's my grandson, whoever rebelled must be arrested!" furious Alliance Chairman.

Arrows rained down from the top of the fort.

A cannon blast rang outside the fort.

The screams of the wounded imperial soldiers echoed among the rough hiccups and shouts of the spirit of the other soldiers who still survived.

"Protect Emperor!" shouted a general.

One legion of soldiers left six divisions overwhelmed.

A group of soldiers were struggling in front of the gate with a heavy equipment to break down the defense. All around them, a number of soldiers were wriggling in one-on-one combat or huddling.

The pigeon fairy who served as the messenger returned to the Liu Sect for help.

"Soldier division is leaving! The Sicarii group is getting ready!" yanxi's instructions represented Liu Tang's duties.

The warrior divisions of the combined four sects that the Sicarii had trained simultaneously rushed over and prepared. Then gather in the yard.

Qianxi and Li Qinfeng led the army.

Simultaneously, in the Base City, hundreds of spiritual mounts suddenly attacked.

"What's going on?" the knights were screaming in panic here and there.

"Where did these animals come from?"

"They're not a demon clan!" shouted some people. "They are all from the Blood Covenant Land!"

What a sweet revenge! liu Tang thought while smiling silently. I'll help you guys.

But someone blew the war trumpet.

Wretch! thought Liu Tang. That war trumpet could provoke the demon clan. Only he knows the secret. The tower guard knights did not know about it.

Liu Tang rushed to his men's barracks, then gathered all of his secret members and spread covert orders through coded sentences that only the special forces understood.

"Use the sacred device!"

Out there, in every corner of the defensive fort, the battle was already roiling.

Liu Tang smiled obliquely, then darted to the edge of the fortress.

Doesn't that sound like suicide?

Luckily for Liu Tang to know other secrets, the spiritual mounts of the god clan were equipped with benevolence and understanding to judge the heart. A little aura of sincerity could make them take sides. So Liu Tang chose to fight against the demon clan.

Those knights would run out on their own without having to bother sneaking quietly behind them and waiting for an opportunity to finish them off without any suspicion as usual.

Unfortunately, the war trumpet also not only provoked the demon clan, but it also sent a signal to everyone throughout the continent who were registered in the knight alliance as a relief force through the Knight Alliance's Rune Agreement.

"Someone must sneak out" whispered one of the spies disguised as a knight. "Someone should bring word to the Liu Sect."

"No need," Liu Tang replied in a whisper. "Some of the new members have the Knight Alliance's Treaty Rune."

Right at that moment, the treaty runes on the backs of Tiao's hands and the others lit up in unison.

But unfortunately they did not understand the real situation. Just know that in the Base City as well the battle is ongoing.

"It seems the heavens are helping Jiangnan" Shi Tan commented.

Suddenly the door of the Zainan Temple crackled open. Shouhu lunged out and roared at the veranda. "There's something wrong with the Xuang Continent!" he shouted after roaring.

Everyone rushed to the temple grounds.

"What does that mean?" yell out Jyu Jieru.

"Great war!" the human-headed lion replied with a huff.

"And what does that mean?" jialin asked not to understand.

"The whole continent is going to war!" shouhu is half rebuking.

"What?" Screaming everyone at the same time.

Then all of them rushed to their respective barracks, dressed in battle clothes, prepared weapons and gathered in the grounds with their respective mounts.

"Everyone leaves for the capital" Yanxi instructed. "Set the safest formation."

Everyone stiffened with an uneasy feeling. Imagining the war of one continent makes them unable to think clearly.

"The usual strategy doesn't seem to work" Shi Tan murmured unconvinced. "All knights from all corners of the continent will gather in Jiangnan. I can't even imagine the situation."

"Yes!" sela Lim Hua's. "It's good to prepare a strategy first. This time don't be rash."

"I understand," Yanxi let out a short sigh. "Then all the leaders of the army gathered in the hall."

"Shouhoo!" Jyu Jieru bowed towards the human-headed lion perched on the temple terrace. "Please set up a grand formation to contact Lord Zhu."

"Well," the lion turned and went back into the temple.

Some of the scribes followed behind him.

The lion took the stairs to the altar, then set one foot on the floor with a loud roar towards the sky.

The temple immediately shook and rumbled.

Magic circles are coming from the floor.

But the lion disappeared.

"What's going on?" Everyone inside the temple was strangled at the same time.

And before they realized what was happening, a young man dressed in monk clothes appeared in the middle of the magic circle. Sit cross-legged in the lotus position, floating a few feet above the floor. But his head is not bald. His hair was long stretching to his waist. His face was as thin as Shen Zhu's.

"She.." Jieru froze with eyes squashed. "Who…?"

Suddenly the dome above the circle opened, a golden bright light emanating from the sky.

"Knight of the Pillar of God!" exclaim someone.

"How is that possible?" screech everyone.

"Where do people grow up in a matter of days?" muttered the scribal expert of the Majusi Sect.

"I remember him saying one day in the Human World, a thousand days in the Underworld!" exclaimed a girl from the Shu Sect.
