The First Night of Cana (Angel Without Wings)

Joddy was stunned for a moment when Kana roughly brushed her outstretched hand towards him with the intention of helping Kana get out of bed. Cana's face looked angry, with tears streaming down her cheeks. Kana is humiliated by Joddy's treatment of her. He was angry, disappointed and dirty. Joddy treats her as if she is a cheap woman who can be invited on a date at any time. 

Indeed they did not until doing ‘itu’ but still what Joddy did hurt his pride as a woman.

“Dek, forgive me.” Joddy pulls Kana's wrist but again violently pulls Kana over and away from Joddy. The tears that wet both cheeks with

coarse.

“Kana.”Joddy tries to grab Kana's arm again, but Kana quickly moves as far away as she can from Joddy's touch.

“Don't touch me! Go!” After which, Kana covered her mouth with her palm trying not to let out a sob in front of Joddy.

“Why forgive me, I didn't mean to hurt you or-”

“You did it, Brother! You've hurt me!” sambar Kana's fast, getting Joddy stuck. Was what he did just now completely outrageous to the point that Kana was this angry at him? Or is this the same form of anger that Kana was supposed to show at the time of the night?

“I'm sorry Kana, I just want you to be honest if that night you were with me not Laras,” Joddy replied. She didn't mean to hurt Kana, she just wanted Kana to tell her the truth that she was the woman she was with that night, because Joddy believed she was really Kana.

“I've been honest, I'm not the woman you're with, and what you've done has hurt me. So, now get out of my sight never see me and Ken again!” 

Joddy shook his head strongly. No, she would never accept Kana's request because if she had to stop seeing Kana and Ken she couldn't. Both mean a lot to Joddy. Joddy promised Adrian to take care of both.

“Go, Brother!” drive Kana. Unfortunately, Joddy didn't budge from his place at all. 

“OK, whatever! I hope that after I get out of the toilet, you are no longer in this room.” Finished talking Kana rushed to the bathroom opening and slammed the door hard. 

Joddy ruffled his hair. The vows he swore in his heart for himself. He regretted his own stupidity for already taking actions that hurt Cana's self-esteem. Really, Joddy regretted doing that. It felt like he broke down the door and hugged Kana and apologized for what he had done. But for now it seems like Kana will not forgive him. He better go and leave it alone first, but Joddy won't just give up. He would still fight to get Kana back, it wouldn't be that easy as he gave up and stopped just like that. Kana and Ken will definitely be his.

Kana just left the bridal room half an hour later. He missed a photo session of family and relatives. There was a feeling of annoyance when it was Joddy's turn to take a picture with Laras. Although not side by side and only on the left-right of the bride, Kana still does not like. Kana should have been there when Joddy took the picture instead of Laras.

“Na, are you all right?" reprimand Moli who accidentally caught the grim look of Kana when she saw Joddy and Laras ride the pelaminan to take a selfie.

"It's fine."

Moli sneered. It's a real lie.

"Where was it? Looking for the same Auntie knows!" Moli pulled a chair and sat next to Kana who had been watching relatives take pictures.

“I slept a little tired!” Kana tried to smile as she could. Letting the oil hand outstretch touch his forehead.

“Gak hot tuh,” comments and then observe Kana more closely, Kana was grateful to have had time to fix her makeup because it looks worn out due to the actions of Joddy earlier. He was also relieved to have closed the kiss mark that Joddy left on his neck skin clean white with his make-up turned out his habit of dressing up in class when school used to be useful also in moments not it's unexpected like this.

“I don't hurt Moli, just a tadpole.” Kana is a little away from Moli, timid Moli is suspicious and knows what she did with Joddy in Kanda's bridal room earlier. A few seconds he was swept away and lulled by what Joddy did earlier but he quickly realized if what he did was a mistake then as hard as he could resist and reject Joddy. Kana knew Joddy was just baiting her into telling the truth, though, and Kana almost did it but she realized that if she said it then her defense to stay away from Joddy could have failed because that would be the reason Joddy to stay with her.

“Sick cirain squirms there is a friendly.” Moli pointed her index finger at Joddy and Laras who were chatting with one of Joddy's colleagues. Joddy laughed like nothing happened an hour ago. Kana grunts, men everywhere are the same.

"As much as he wants to say it's none of my business. " Kana took Ken's leftover ice cream and ate it slowly, hoping to cool her heart.

"But I was surprised, Na. Why is Joddy so sticky to Nyi Pellets?"

Kana shrugged her shoulders. "Of course." It could be just Joddy's way of luring Kana to react to him. Angry, protesting, not accepting or anything like that can prove that Kana still has feelings for him.

"But earlier Joddy had left Si Laras itself like a cengo, pity really know not?" Moli laughed, showing no sympathy, inversely proportional to the word 'pity' that he had said earlier.

"Wandering Joddy's tune where when asked Si Nea's family did not know Joddy. Yakali, that Joddy is Deddy Corbuzer. Seriously, if you saw him, it was like a chick, the nestle of his landlady who was making love to his man."

"It could be that Joddy's sticking with women just for your manasin, Na. Joddy likes you already from his time you are still dating Amar, yes time is as easy as your lupain."

Appropriately. Kana also thinks like that. Moreover, Joddy knew that the night with him was Kana.

"Eh, they're nyamper." Moli elbowed Kana's arm distracting Kana, her chin pointing towards the two people who were walking towards them.

"Hi, Kana! Sorry I just greeted you. You see, Joddy took me around to meet his friends during college." The tone of speech sounds far-fetched. Moli who heard it until she turned her eyes and put on a disgusted expression.

Kana just smiled thinly ignoring the gaze of Joddy who had just drawn towards her.

"Thank you for coming." Kana tries to hide her feelings of anger and dislike when she sees Laras' hand wriggling spoiled in Joddy's arm and the owner of the arm just shut up. Oh, come on, Kana don't get carried away. Your decision is right to stay away from Joddy and let him be with another woman.

"Where, I forgot to say something. Next month we'll be engaged, can you come?" Laras smiled sweetly on purpose he wanted to show if he was the winner. Moli sneered cynically.

"No. He's not going to come to a not-so-important event because we're going on vacation to Canada." It was not Moli who answered let alone Kana, but the man in his left hand holding the camera and his right hand was already embracing Kana's shoulder from behind.

"Well, right, honey?" Thomas winked at the speechless Kana upon hearing Thomas' words. Canada where? Nea and Kanda are just a vacation to Jogja.

"That's right, oiya I've bought you a deposit, Na. Bikini with two pieces." Moli who replied. She already knew that Kana asked Thomas to be her pretend boyfriend so she just got into this game.

Kana glared towards Moli. What the hell is this Moli? Bikini what?

Joddy stared at Kana sharply as if to make sure that what Thomas and Moli said was not true? Let alone going to Singapore with another man, to another city Joddy would not be willing and what was it? A bikini? Is that true?

"Well, vacation? Really cool, you guys? I guess tomorrow we'll have a vacation too, right, honey?" The barrel pulls Joddy's arm closer towards him. Joddy didn't respond. His hands clenched firmly as Thomas ruffled Kana's already-dissolved hair and was greeted with a sweet smile on Cana's tiny lips. Lips that a few minutes ago she enjoyed the sweetness.

Shit, just imagining it makes something down there wake up.

"Did follow!" moli sneered, not forgetting the sharp glances he gave to the indifferent Laras. Kana cleared her throat to alarm Moli not to raise the war flag on Laras.

"Well, by the way, when are you getting married?" ask Laras. Suddenly the atmosphere became beautiful. Kana and Thomas just intertwine the lyrics.

"Why? You still doubt? Or did your parents object because of her status?" Laras blatantly pointed at Kana with a mocking look at her.

Joddy glanced at Laras sharply gesturing that he did not like what he had just said.

"Oh, just calm down. Mama and Papa I like and do not mind the status of Kana, let alone there is a funny and adorable Ken. We do not want to rush to enjoy dating first. Yeah, right, honey?" reply Thomas stroked Cana's back and then kissed the head of Cana who actually felt uncomfortable and guilty to Thomas' wife. Even though Thomas said his wife already knew that Kana had asked him to pretend, Kana was not feeling well.

Seeing Thomas's hand touching Kana's back and kissing her head, Joddy's blood boiled. The frustration that Joddy had endured since then was finally no longer able to be contained. Unable to prevent Joddy from pulling Thomas's collar and hitting him in the face.

The reflexes of the few guests who stayed were hysterically screaming to see Thomas fall down. Fortunately, the camera he could save if he could not finish he was hit by Kanda's nagging.

"Never touch Kana!"threaten Joddy with big eyes. Kana who was too shocked could only be fixated in her place she did not believe a Joddy could get out of control like that.

"Who lo? Take care of your future wife! It's my business!" Thomas does not want to lose, making Joddy more consumed by anger he was ready to attack Thomas again but Cana prevented it.

"Enough! Don't make a mess at my brother's wedding." Kana fended off Joddy's hand that had been raised into the air. The eyes of the two of them met each other. Time seems to stop. I want it to feel like Joddy hugging Kana takes him away from this place if necessary to the other hemisphere.

"True Bang Thomas. Take care of your future wife." It was Kana who first cut off their eye contact. " We have no relationship anymore. Forget me and marry Laras." Finished talking Kana turned around to help Thomas then took him away leaving Joddy who was staring at him nanar.
