~Happy Reading~

The next day Carren woke up with a better body condition. He came out of the room and saw his mother in the kitchen. He smiled happily at the smell of food.

"August, Ma. What's your mom doing?" Carren asked, as he approached his mother who was cooking in the kitchen and hugged from behind.

"Morning, Arra. Mama's making pancakes for our breakfast." Miss Nancy replied, pointing at the pancake she had made and was almost done.

"Good thanks, Ma." Said Carren, happy because his mother made a practical cake and his favorite. He really likes pancakes without the contents that his mother made. He immediately made hot tea to accompany their breakfast with pancakes.

Her mother finished making pancakes and placed them on the dining table with tea that had been made by Carren. They are grateful for breakfast that they can enjoy in the morning.

After breakfast, Carren takes a little warm water to wash his face and brush his teeth. Then he cleaned the house and also helped complete the creation of the ribbons and slayers that were still left for the decor.

When she was done helping her mother, she went into the room and read a book or what she could learn. When looking at the old school bag that had been used at school, Carren reflected on the days spent with his friends.

He often represented the school to participate in a meticulous intelligent race between schools. He always won the race either individually or in groups. Either it's champion one or champion two. This often makes the school ranked in the general champion.

He has also won science writing competitions between schools and at the provincial level. But on a national level, he was suddenly canceled. He was replaced by his friend who was the champion of hope at the last minute. He accepted everything without protest, because he thought it was important he still received the scholarship.

Carren was also once an exemplary student, so he could still attend Darmawangsa High School which is famous for its students. He did not feel inferior about his condition, because he thought as long as he could excel he could compensate them from the field of education.

If he saw the economic differences between them, he would not be able to survive to attend the House. Because their ways and lifestyles are very different from him.

When his friends eat drinks and joke in the cafeteria, he'll be in the library. Almost all of the books in the library have been read.

He did not want to see the economic differences between them, in order to focus on learning and studying as much as possible for his future. Because he thought, not everyone gets a chance to go to school in a good place and environment.

Especially children with a family background like him. Schooling in the House was something he never dreamed of. So when given the opportunity, he uses it as well as possible.

Carren realized, there are many students and students who do not want to hang out with him. Especially the girls from the top. They always avoid him, or bother him to move from the school.

Perhaps for them, he was a disgrace that damaged the existence of those who always looked good. 'Maybe the handmade handbag Mama I always wear is a stain for those who always wear branded bags and shoes.' Carren said.

She remembers all the events she experienced while attending school. 'It turns out they don't just dislike me, but hate me a lot too.' Carren slammed.

'When I was just trying to be able to go to school and do well so as not to trouble my mother. I've never interfered with or hindered their pleasure.' Carren thought and slammed.

'Is it wrong, if I want a good education by studying hard, even though my family is less able?' Carren thought back and nodded.

'They have everything. Want to go to school anywhere, his parents were able to send them to school. Why did they dispel a trace of hope held by an incapable person like me?' Carren slammed down with a sad heart remembering what Ayunna did to him.

Each time he remembered the incident, he made Carren take a deep, deep breath. 'So all this time, all of a sudden they nudged me so getting into the sewers at school was on purpose. Not as unintentionally as they say to the teachers.

All the accidental events that Ayunna and Liana and her other friends have done so far, again imagined by Carren. 'They did it intentionally.' Carren nodded with confidence.

He remembered Recky who always approached him at every opportunity. That made him afraid. Because sometimes he approaches me in a sudden way or holds my hand, if he crosses paths at school. Lest he be the same as the others, approach me just to bully me.' Carren's back.

Because it's possible someone like Recky would be friends with him. Besides being handsome, he was also from a rich family. All of that is clearly visible with his style and also the car he drives. So many female friends who are as high as the level of the fairy.

They are not shy about showing interest to Recky. So that Recky impressed play boy, because it often sticks a lot of women. It made Carren ignore his attention, because he thought it was just a fad.

Carren never attended birthday invitations or other events held by friends. Because he realized who he was among those rich kids.

He remembered Parry who always helped him by asking him to do anything, when Recky began to approach him. Either take him to the cafeteria or ask him to teach him math.

When she remembered Parry, her heart warmed. He always helps her, when someone takes her or hides her learning gear. Either way how he looked for it or bought it instead.

Only Parry received his invitation to attend a birthday or other event. Because he knew, Parry sincerely helped and invited him to attend the event he held. Although at the event, she was considered or made Parry's servant by her friends.

Carren doesn't care, as he realizes his appearance isn't comparable to his schoolmates. Yeah, maybe like the waitress in their house. So they liken themselves to Parry's servant.

Carren did not put it all to heart, because at Parry's house there was his older sister who loved him very much. Always ask her to prepare for Parry events to avoid her friends who like fun and disturbing.

Actually it is not he himself who is less able to attend school in the House. There were a few men and women as well, but many of them could not survive and moved to a State school.

Carren survived, not because of the prestige of attending school in the House. But like the way of learning and facilities owned by the House. He could learn more if he attended State School.

With a heavy long breath, he closed off all the bad memories he had experienced because of the actions of his friends. Like closing a book that has been read and has a bad impact on him.

'If I don't go to college there to make them happy, let me... May they be happy for my absence.' Carren said in his heart, surrender.

'Maybe it's no longer my place to study. Maybe it was enough for them to make me, a place to vent frustration to people who are not at their level. Possibly ... Yeah, maybe.' Carren said repeatedly in his heart.

At the end of the contemplation of all the days he had spent with his friends, Carren turned a blind eye. He recalled one quote he had read in the Bible: 'Don't break your heart by hating.'

'Yes, I will forget all the bad things they did. So that I don't break my heart by hating them.' Carren.

When he realized the days he was going through were still covered in fog, not knowing what was behind it, his eyes dewed. He raised his face and heart: 'Yes, Lord. Hear my prayer and have mercy on me. Be my helper always.'
