Carren arrives home after Magrib. It was also with the help of Ichad who escorted him to a nearby station. So he had to jostle in commuterline with people who just came home from work. Because there was an appointment with Parry, made him rush home.

Arriving home, her mother was cooking dinner for the two of them. "Night, Ma. Arra's home." Said Carren, as he entered the house and greeted his mother who was cooking in the kitchen.

"Night, Arra. Thank goodness I came home. Ayooo, take a shower, so you can help you prepare dinnerware at the table. Because soon this cooking is ripe." Miss Nancy said happily, seeing her daughter was home. So they can eat food that is still hot, no need to warm up again.

Carren takes a shower and helps her mama set her dinnerware on the dining table. She was grateful that her mother had prepared their dinner, because there were many things that would be discussed with her mother.

After the meal, Carren cleans all the devices used for cooking and eating. Then he peeled the papaya that was brought from Rosna's house. His parents left the papaya they had just harvested in the back of his house to take home.

He placed a plate of ripe papaya on the dining table and sat down in front of his Mama. "Ma, Arra had seen the building that will be used for the reception and also to the catering. So now Arra already has a picture to pursue this job." Said Carren, telling him what he was doing all day.

"Can Arra handle everything? Because this is not the job it was before. Arra had to coordinate several people with different characters. Arra also has to deal with the client's wishes and also protest their dissatisfaction." Miss Nancy reminded me of what her daughter was going to face.

"Yes, Ma. Arra also spoke with Ichad, Akri and Ros. They have promised to support Arra in this work. They also considered Arra as their leader. So I'll obey everything Arra says." Carren said, telling the results of his conversation with his colleagues.

"Well, if they can understand and work hard with you. Mama will support everything you plan." Said Miss Nancy, cheering up her daughter's plans.

"Have Arra talked about the income they would receive, if working with Arra?" Ask Miss Nancy, considering they do not have much capital to start a business.

"Already, Ma. They can understand and want to receive the initial payment of our work even though it is not as big as working with Aunt Florens." Carren said, explaining. Miss Nancy nodded with a heart of relief and gratitude.

"Alright, then Arra rest first. Mama still wants to continue the unfinished work." Said Miss Nancy, when they had finished eating the papaya that Carren prepared.

"Good, Ma. Don't sleep too late, 'cause you're gonna get up early tomorrow." Carren reminded her Mom, stroking her shoulders fondly. Then leave it to go into the room.

While in the room, she remembered Parry would call her. He immediately took his phone. Apparently there's been a misscall from Parry. Carren sent a message to him. "Night, Parry. I had dinner with my mom. How's it?" Fill in Carren's message, because I want to call you worried that Parry has gone to sleep.

Not long after, Parry called her without replying to her message.

πŸ“±"Night, Carren. Too busy today?" Parry asked, as Carren responded to his call.

πŸ“±"Night, Parry. Yeah, pretty busy today. How's it?" Caren asked, because Parry had contacted her from noon.

πŸ“±"I have a need with you. Can we meet tomorrow? I have something to talk to you about." Parry answered, trying to convince Carren to meet him.

πŸ“±"What time do you meet?" Carren asked, hesitating. Because now a lot of work is being done and will meet many people. But upon hearing Parry's voice, Carren realizes Parry has a need with her.

πŸ“±"Ooh, ok. How do we meet at eleven o'clock at Gondangdia station? There's a good drinking place, I'll treat you all to talk there." Carren said, he really wants to treat Parry to drink because it has helped him.

πŸ“±"Good. Do I have to get into the station or wait for you outside?" Ask Parry, because Carren just said meet at the station.

πŸ“±"You wait in front of the station exit only. Do not forget to wear casual clothes, and also wear a mask, yes. You don't bring a car, let your driver drop you off and just leave you there. I'll come out to pick you up." Carren said, in succession. Because he was planning on taking Parry to where he used to drink.

πŸ“±Carren, what do you mean by ordinary clothes? What all this time, when I met you, I was wearing amazing clothes?" Parry asked, not understanding what Carren meant.

πŸ“±Ngga also. I can't define it. Yes, already. Don't think about it anymore. See you tomorrow, yeah." Carren said, so it's not good to hear Parry's question.

πŸ“±"Good. See you tomorrow." Parry said, then ended their conversation. Carren felt regretful given his request to Parry. She was just thinking about being able to calm down when she met him, because Parry likes to be considerate.

Suddenly, there was a knock on the door of his room. "Come in, Ma." Carren said, he knew his mother was knocking, because only the two of them lived in the house.

"Arra, Mama wanted to go into your room, but heard you were on the phone. So it wasn't Mama eavesdropping on your conversation with Parry. Hearing what you said, there's something Mama wants to talk to you about other than what Mama meant." Said Miss Nancy, when she was in the room.

"Why did Arra ask for that for Parry? Was she overdressed when she met Arra?" Asked Ms. Nancy, not understanding when she was about to enter Carren's room, she heard what Carren said.

"Ngga too, Ma. Just remembered that Parry liked being considerate, so Arra said that. Now Arra felt sorry to say it." Said Carren slowly, for speaking without thinking well.

"You don't know what Parry is like now, so you can't comment on that. Because Mama saw it when you were in school and for Mama, you're all pretty much the same in school uniform." Miss Nancy said slowly, but seriously.

"Now Carren must be careful in his attitude and speech. If a person demands too much, there are things that are not right. Does Parry feel uncomfortable when walking with you?" Mom asked Nancy, worried about her daughter.

"Ngga, no ma. Only he often gets annoyed with people who like to be nosy to him. So Arra said that, just for his comfort. But tomorrow Arra will see and talk to Parry again, so he can understand." Carren said, so that his mother does not scold him.

"Yes, Arra. If he's not trying to change you, don't Arra try to change him too. Be as you are, and let him be as he is. If you can't accept each other, don't force it. Because it's something basic. One day it will come to the surface, and it can ruin what has been built." Said Miss Nancy, advising her daughter.

"You're not talking about a serious relationship, Na'. In friendship as well as that, must be able to accept each other's conditions. Don't expect him the way you want him to, so he doesn't expect you the way he wants." Miss Nancy continued her advice.

"Yes, Ma. Arra understood Mama's intentions. Thank you for remembering Arra, Ma." Carren said, slowly.

"good. Don't forget to put alaram, because we want to get up early." Said Miss Nancy, then out of the room left Carren who was bowed quietly. That's what Miss Nancy would say when she went into her daughter's room, so she could hear her conversation with Parry.
