Carren was still holding his chest that was shaking violently. He wanted to speak for help, but his voice could not come out. His sight began to fade. He stretched out his hand to reach Aaric who was looking at him.
Upon seeing Carren's facial changes and reactions, Aaric immediately jumped to his feet and provided a code for security that was watching him from afar. Seeing his boss's movements, he ran. "Please hold Miss Carren's bag and shoes and open my door." Aaric held Carren who was almost out of breath.
While carrying Carrem, Aaric walked quickly to his room. He placed his cheek on Carren's cheek to keep Carren's consciousness in check. "Arra, don't scare me. Talk to me." Arric said before putting Carren on the bed in his room.
"Arra, look at me and stay with me." Aaric continued to speak in his panic, as he looked at Carren's unfocused eyes. Seeing the condition of his boss and Carren, security immediately ran out looking for resort officers to ask doctors to come to his boss' room immediately.
Aaric continued to ask Carren to speak while rubbing his cheek. He was already very panicked, but trying to calm down. When the doctor came to check on Carren's condition, Aaric remained seated on the edge of the bed while rubbing Carren's unconscious head.
"It's okay, sir. Miss is just surprised. Maybe just had a strong inner shock. Will soon be conscious." The doctor said to calm Aaric down.
"Doctor, please check his legs. Don't get hurt by something toxic." Aaric said, pointing at Carren's injured leg without moving from Carren's side. He was worried about Carren's condition due to the impact of the wound on his leg. Doctors immediately examined Carren's injured leg.
"It's okay, sir. I'm going to slip away for a while and come back with medicine to treat my lady's leg." The doctor then left the room.
Aaric immediately stood up and enveloped Carren's body. While walking in the room, he kept thinking. Did what he said make Carren shaken? He kept thinking until the doctor came back and treated Carren's leg.
After the dikter left, Aaric remained seated on the edge of the bed while holding Carren's hand. He regretted what he said. It might be too sudden without knowing Carren's true condition. What was said was a thought after being attracted to and falling in love with Carren. He was thinking about how to propose to Carren, if they meet later.
Not to know their meeting in an unexpected way and what was said just came out. He kept thinking while holding Carren's hand and hoping to come to his senses. Moments later, Carren's hand moved within his grasp. Aaric spontaneously looked towards Carren's face and breathed a sigh of relief when he saw Carren looking at him.
"Arra, thank goodness... You're back. You're scaring me so much." Aaric said as he rubbed Carren's cheeks quietly with affection and a heart of relief. Carren gestured with his right hand to ask for a drink. He wanted to talk but his throat was dry.
Aaric immediately stood up and took the mineral water that was on the table in his room. He poured into a glass and gave it to Carren who was trying to get up and leaned on the top of the bed.
"Let me hold the glass. You drink it." Aaric said slowly, as Carren was willing to take the glass out of his hand. Aaric looked and felt, Carren's hand still shaking as he took the glass from his hand. Therefore, he helped Carren to be able to drink well.
"You didn't trouble me, but you scared me." Aaric said then placed the glass on the bedside table with a relieved heart. She was grateful, Carren could already talk to her.
"Lay for a while, to recover quickly. Who are you here with?" Ask Aaric who is back sitting on the edge of the bed. Carren obeyed what Aaric said by lying down. He felt that his body was not strong.
Aaric was thinking, while waiting for the arrival of the doctor. Did Carren come to this place with anyone else. Out of surprise at the sudden sight of Carren and getting injured, he did not think to ask whom Carren had come with.
Jekob just told her that Carren's not in the office today. He was going to survey the place and met with a client outside the office. That's what the security guard in charge of Carren reported.
"I came here myself, brother. I'm at work." Carren replied quietly, grabbing the blanket to cover her body. Then I saw Aaric looking at him.
Aaric looked at the watch in his hand, as he looked out the window, it was already getting dark outside. Carren's condition that makes him panic, without feeling the time has come to night. "Then, we had dinner first and then you went back to your room. Because your feet are like this, we'll just eat here." Aaric said then stood up to pick up the phone for dinner after seeing Carren nod. Carren agreed with what Aaric said other than because of his attitude and speech, but also because he felt hungry.
"What do you want to eat?" Ask Aaric who is looking at the menu provided by the resort restaurant, then show Carren to choose. Carren refused to look at the list of his menus. "I'll go with Aaric." Carren replied, because he did not know the delicious menu available in the restaurant. Aaric nodded in understanding Carren's intentions.
Not long after, the waiter brought the menu Aaric ordered. "You just sit there." Said Aaric to Carren, so as not to get out of bed. He asked the waiter to prepare everything near the bed.
After finishing the meal, Carren felt bad if it was Aaric who tidied up their device and the rest of their dinner. "Not to be tidied up, later taken by the waiter." Said Aaric, then pushed the dining table away from the bed. Then contact the restaurant.
After the feeding device had been tidied up by the waiter, Aaric approached Carren's bed to check on Carren's condition. "How's it feel? Does your leg still hurt?" Aaric asked, while standing by the bed and looking at Carren affectionately.
"It's better, brother." Carren said, then pulled out the blanket that covered his body. He tidied up his blanket, then tried to get out of bed. Aaric just kept quiet to see what Carren did to know the condition of his body, especially the legs.
When Carren saw that it was better, Aaric took Carren's shoes to try it on. "You don't have to wear shoes on your feet that hurt. I'll take you back to your room. Where's your room access card?" Said Aaric, then took Carren's bag and gave it to him. Aaric thought that Carren was staying at the same resort as him.
