The Antagonist's Full Moon

The Antagonist's Full Moon
15. Stranger

"A few more days, it's been exactly two months I've been in this world. Money has been collected. Tonight will be full. It's time to meet my fictional character" Dean said, reflecting on the glass hanging in the inn room. He fixed the headscarf and pulled it together, preparing to go to the noble district.

So far, it's the hood that's been hiding Dean's identity. No one knew he was human, except Frode. The funds have been collected. Next, a long journey awaits. Dean hopes that Liv Themaris will believe his words.

"You want to go?" frode asked as he passed Dean in the corridor of the inn.

Now, Frode doesn't look thin dry anymore. His dark blue hair had been neatly cut, as well as his mustache and beard that had been tangled. The clothes he was wearing were even better though they were still simple.

"Yes, there's important business" replied the Dean. All this time, Dean thought Frode was a temporary friend in the world. There was no benefit for Dean to tell the old man his problem.

All too often, Frode saw Dean seem to be hiding a secret. But Frode did not dare to take it upon himself, even more so to the man who had helped him to rise from the abyss of life.

"Do you want me to be with you, son? It will be dangerous if your identity is discovered by the citizens," said Frode worried. Dean shook his hand. "No need. I'll just go alone."

"Where are you going?

" Moonlite Lake. There's someone I need to meet there" Dean replied briefly.

Frode frowned in wonder. He thought he was the only one Dean knew in the world. Namjn, the old man did not dare to ask. Dean was always acting indifferent. Sometimes, he said sharply when Frode made a mistake. Frode was afraid he would touch him if he asked.

"Alright, be careful, yes," Frode said. Dean simply nodded, before finally exiting the inn, about to go to the Moonlite lake behind the palace complex.

The sky was bright with no cloud at all, until the stars were so numerous. For the past two months, Dean had not paid much attention to the sky in this world of his writings.

Exactly what Dean had always imagined when writing it, was inspired by one of the starry sky images on the search site. Dean was flabbergasted as he now looked at her directly in plain sight. In addition to the stars, do not forget to look full full moon is shining.

Not wanting to waste any more time, Dean immediately went towards the back area of the palace complex. As per the map of the capital of Legolas Kingdom that he had made, that was where the famous lake was located. He was so impatient, especially when he realized that he would meet one of his characters.

Dean ran around small, passing through the middle-district residential streets. He was not aware, that the three elves who had chased him had turned out to be around.

Gale, Yich, and Ren often spend time together. They were the three slacker youths who were quite famous in the capital. When not in the academy, these three young men are often seen sitting on the handle of the bridge to tease the girls who pass by.

Dean who went in a hurry to see Liv Themaris made her no longer notice the density of her hood. The cloth was blown by the blowing night wind, revealing Dean's black hair.

The cloth flew into the hands of Gale, who happened to be not far from Dean's location. Gale turned his head towards the source from which the cloth was blown. Instantly, he was wide-eyed to see a familiar figure running away.

Why meet the three of them again! This is a very important night!

The same situation repeated. Dean was again chased by the three colorful-haired elven youths.

Whatever happens, I should be able to meet with Liv Themaris!

Dean ran with all his might. Sandals until next door. A pair of sandals that Frode bought because Dean had no footwear at all. Now, Dean decided to throw away one of his remaining sandals, by throwing it at one of the elf trio. Dean took aim, his throw hitting the redhead.

"Aakhs! Damn you!!" The redhead shouted. Dean brandished the middle finger, a symbol the three elves could not possibly understand. Although he did not understand, I don't know why Ren felt so humiliated.

Dean continued running, until he finally got to the back of the palace complex. Dean looked around. The girl he was looking for looked in plain sight, was sitting on the edge of the lake, transforming.

The girl's skin, which had been purplish black, turned porcelain white when it was struck by the full moonlight that had just risen into the contest. As if there is a flickering covering the entire body of the figure. Dean was dumbfounded for a moment.

The girl is Liv Themaris, the antagonist, whom Dean makes a tragic fate during the course of his life. Which makes Dean's loyal readers have to fight a war against the critics. The girl did not know, if all this time her life fate was determined by someone from another world.

"That's it!!" ren shouted, while casting fire magic at Dean's feet. Although he knew he could not cast any attack magic around Moonlite Lake, but Ren was forced to. He did not want the barabar creature to run away again.

But Ren is disappointed. Humans possessed physical dexterity superior to elves, according to the history books, even though they lacked magic. Dean immediately noticed Ren's magic attack, and immediately rolled to the side. The magic landed on the ground and made an explosion. Liv who was sitting quietly was surprised when she heard it.

Not wanting to take long, Dean ran over, making Liv Themaris seem panicked, when the one who came towards him was not Prince Haldir who he was waiting for, but a stranger. As soon as he arrived right in front of the elf girl, Dean immediately asked to be sure.

"You! Waitaminute! Your name is Liv Themaris, right?"

Liv was so surprised when there was a stranger who knew his name, especially when he was invited to go from the edge of the lake. His hand was tightly held by the man, avoiding the pursuit of the three elves.

Liv is very confused. The girl thrashed, wanting to release the grip on the wrist, but the man was extremely strong. Liv was astonished, even though there was no magic light coming out of this person's hands, but why was his grasp this strong?

Liv grew incredulous when Dean said he was the creator of the universe.

"My name's Dean. I am a writer. This world you live in and all of it, including you, is the product of my imagination in a novel."
