Chapter 149 - Prospective Good Parents

The woman was wearing a beautiful dress, the man was wearing a tuxedo that made her so handsome and charismatic. And the perfection of their appearance did not decrease even though Ashley apparently brought Peter to eat Street food, in order to adjust to the thin dompe.

While enjoying some of the Street food, Ashley told me about her mother and father who died. But before his father died, he married a woman who is now Ashley's stepmother.

"It's like in a Cinderella fairy tale" Peter said with a tipsi smile.

"I also feel that way, let alone my stepmother just being a burden to me" Ashley lamented. "I worked day and night until I couldn't save up just to support the two of us, let alone that he really didn't work."

"Is he so old he doesn't work?" peter asked who made Ashley smile. How not? This is Peter's first question since then the man only responded to it.

"He was still strong to work, even his friend once offered him a job. But he's a fucking slacker, just wanting to hang on to me."

Peter looked at Ashley's face and clearly the woman was angry. "Then don't give him money" Peter said. "You're an adult, he's an adult. You can live alone."

"He was angry when I didn't give him money."

"Then leave him. After all, she's not your real mother, it's not your responsibility to support her."

Ashley was silent and now she was staring at Peter. During this time, whenever Ashley told someone about her life, they would usually just say patient and patient. And only this time someone gave a different response to the story.

"Then what about your family?" ask Ashley then. "You live with anyone?"

"I live with Simon, Ethan, and Louisa. But since Simon was married, so now he lives with his wife."

"Are they all your voices?"

"No" replied Peter. "Simon my friend, Ethan my dead friend's son and Louisa Ethan's wife."

Ashley gawked, not understanding Peter's relationship with the four people mentioned.

"Can you tell me more details?" pinta Ashley, and Peter nodded.

"So, I used to live on the streets because I ran away from home. I didn't like living with my bad parents, and then I met a man named Eduardo, Ethan's father. He took me to his house and hired me there, I also met Simon there."

"Hem, what an interesting story, then?"

"Then the three of us became very close friends, but one day Ethan's father's business partner Bertrand Rae killed both of Ethan_'s parents"

"Thus .. uhuk!" Ashley instantly choked on her own food hearing the word kill, she glared in surprise.

"You okay?" peter asked worriedly let alone seeing Ashley's face flushed red.

"Kill out? They killed?" ashley whispered in disbelief.

"Yes" Peter replied calmly. "Then Ethan sets out on a revenge mission for Bertrand Rae, but he falls in love with Bertra Rae's daughter Louisa Rae."

"HUH?!"

Ashley glared wider, even her mouth was gaping very wide.

"Then?" tanyanya.

"Then they got married after Bertrand Rae died, and now Louisa is pregnant. I'm so happy, I'll buy them lots of presents later." Peter told her with a big smile, as if what he told her was not something terrible, but Ashley thought it was very terrible.

However, immediately Ashley realized something. "Did you just smile broadly?" ask Ashley. "You're so handsome when you smile so widely."

Again Peter blushed when he got the compliment, even his chest flowered.

"Darling, what are you doing?" ethan screeches when he sees Louisa carrying a tray containing food and drinks.

"I want to eat while watching TV" Louisa said.

"Oh my God, you can't carry that stuff. You'll be tired and our son will be tired." Ethan takes the tray from Louisa's hand. "There are many servants here, just tell them to do it."

"It's just a small thing" Louisa said.

"You can't argue, this is all for the sake of our son!"

Ethan takes Louisa to the living room. "You want something else, honey?" tanyanya.

"No" answered Louisa.

As he was about to sit on the sofa, he accidentally hit his thigh on the edge of the table which made him squeal spontaneously.

"Why?" ask Ethan worriedly.

"Well, hit the edge of the table," ringis Louisa held her thigh.

"JUL!" ethan shouted very loudly.

The one called out instantly came in just seconds. "Yes, Don Mayer?"

"Keep this table!" ethan exclaims that makes Joel confused, as well as Louisa.

"Why, Honey?" ask Louisa.

"This table is dangerous for you" replied Ethan.

"Hurry, Joel!!" her decree. "And don't forget after that buy a harmless table for my wife."

Joel just gawked, he opened his mouth to ask but Ethan said, "Don't ask too many questions and just do what I tell you. Mrs Mayer's safety is very important."

"All right," Joel's great-grandson later.

"My girl, we eat in the room, you can watch TV there. Okay?"

"But, Ethan-"

"Come, don't argue with me because I'm doing this for both of you're safe. I want to be a good husband and father."

Louisa gave a smile hearing what her husband said, although this was very excessive, but Louisa felt very happy to be loved so much.

"All right, my sexy husband," seduced Louisa. "Let's go to the room."
