Chapter 98: When Darren Knows
"Karen why, sir?" nadya asked with wide eyes.
"Don't know. Suddenly fainted," said Darren no less panicked while carrying Karen.
Nadya and Vera follow Darren in a hurry to get Karen out of the building. Feril who also saw that, only remained silent and was fixated for a while. Between confused and do not know what to do when the target woman fainted and held another man. Instead, his friends actually joined the scene to see Karen who brought their lecturer in a state of fainting.
"Well, did Karen faint why?" The MAHDI asked each other.
"Don't .. she's jealous see you kiss her best friend!" The gimbal makes his own assumptions.

The alleged friends made Feril big head and believe Karen had feelings for him.
Looking straight ahead as he reached out his hand, Feril immediately ran after Darren, Nadya and Vera. Unfortunately, once out of the faculty building, he had not seen the silhouette of their bodies aka lost track.
Thinking Karen was taken to the infirmary, Feril rushes there. However, again the assumption was wrong because there was no one in that place.
"Where, Bray?" ask his friends who followed.
"Karen the cave was carried away with the professor!" Feril kicked the empty bottle in front of him in annoyance.
Apparently, Darren decided to take Karen to the hospital after trying to resuscitate her. He chose his family's private hospital. Nadya and Vera apparently got in the car.
Arriving there, Karen was immediately taken to the IGD room and received prompt treatment from medical personnel.
"Why my wife?" darren asked worriedly at the nurse who had just put the infusion.
"It looks like your wife is bleeding" said the nurse.
The man's bead was widened. "Couldn't you? What cause?"
"Wait for the results of the blood test, yes, sir. Later let the doctor explain," the nurse replied and went to pick up some other medical equipment.
"Don't ... Karen miscarried!" sahut Nadya suddenly, considering he had experienced something similar.
Darren looked quickly. Really so? If so, is Karen actually pregnant? Given, lately Karen's attitude is not normal as usual. The allegations were reinforced when Karen's treatment was transferred to the obstetrician.
Thirty minutes later, Darren is now dealing with an oncology subspecialist obstetrician.
"Your wife is anemic from bleeding."
"Did my wife miscarry, doc?" ask Darren quickly.
"Tu–tumor?" Darren. The chair he was sitting on even retreated backwards.
"Yes, we advise your wife to immediately perform a biopsy to remove a small amount of tissue from the uterine wall. The results of the analysis can later make us find out whether the one in your wife's uterus is a benign tumor or a malignant tumor."
"Then, doc, after knowing it .. what action should we take?"
"Seeing from the size of the tumor, if this tumor is benign then we suggest to perform a hysterectomy or removal of the uterus."
"Rutiful rapture? Doesn't that mean my wife won't be able to get pregnant?" Darren certainly still remembers well when Karen suddenly decided to have children after finishing education. In fact, he never persuaded or forced her.
"Yes, a hysterectomy can eliminate the chances of pregnancy. If you and your wife are hoping to have children, you may want to try myomectomy as an alternative. This action only removes cells and tumor tissue in the uterus, without the need for removal of the uterus. It's just that, the tumor can still grow again at any time and there is a possibility of developing into a malignant tumor that forms cancer cells. Especially for a young patient like your wife."
"It's a benign tumor, right? What if the one in my wife's womb is a malignant tumor?
The doctor breathed a moment. "If this type of tumor is malignant, then the treatment will certainly be more serious. Patients must immediately perform a number of treatment procedures such as chemotherapy to kill cancer cells of course in accordance with the level of the stage suffered. If not treated immediately, cancer cells will spread to other organs and result in death."

Darren walked unsteadily while staring at the nanar to where Karen was lying at the moment. Mami Valen came hastily from the opposite direction. He immediately approached Darren and asked Karen's condition with a panicked face.
"Where is Karen? What did the doctor say? Does he have to have surgery?" Mami Valen stormed her ex-boy with questions.
"So Mami already knew about Karen's state? Karen knows too? Does that mean I'm the only one who doesn't know?" ask Darren in shock.
