SIN (Lecturer Dear)
Chapter 126: Unraveling Misconceptions

Wanting to go to Nadya's boarding house to find his wife, Darren instead chose to take a call from his stepbrother first.

"Sister Darren, I'm hungry! Where there is nothing in the house, there is no money. Order dong's food!" whining spoiled Sheila's voice sounded from the phone line.

"Hum .." replied Darren in a fit of gloom because his mind was on Karen.

"Oh, yes, another one .. I can bring my friends here, right? So sad, shut up at home. Than I'm running around. Can you, yeah, yeah?" persuade the girl.

Darren sighed. "Sheila, I called the driver to bring you home. Just wait!"

"Oh, what's Darren, anyway? I told you I didn't want to go home! If I go home there are bokap same nyokap nyekang my freedom! I can't be happy with friends anymore

"Sheila, the older you get, the more you'll know that what a person needs is calm, not pleasure."

"Whoa ... Darren is like ayak bokap. Talker! Ngeselin!" Sheila hung up the phone.

On the other hand, Chalvin gave a frail smile after sending Nadya's boarding location to Darren. Despite having pent-up feelings for his cousin's wife, but he was not at all happy to hear the husband and wife's quarrel.

"Sister Chalvin would like to tell Mr Darren if Karen was at my boarding house?" nadya protested.

"Do you want them to fight? Anyway, the fight keeps coming out of the house is very childish. You should be able to tell Karen to go home and sort things out."

"That's because Mr. Darren is missing! How is Karen not ketrigger!" bela Nadya's.

(N: trigger slank word which means provoked emotions)

"How late?" chalvin didn't understand.

Nadya fell silent. He felt that there was no point in telling the problem experienced by his friend, other than because he did not get permission from Karen, Chalvin would also defend Darren because they are brothers.

"Okay, whatever their problem is, we don't have to interfere. This is also what makes me lazy to marry. If alone can make us happy, why should we be with others? Yeah, no?"

"How about that I disagree with Brother. You see, getting married and forming a family together with people who sincerely accept me as it is so my goals."

Chalvin smiled weakly. "That was your ex-boyfriend, huh?" The man suddenly discussed the man he saw with Nadya at the door of the building.

Nadya suddenly shut up and looked away. He did not want to talk about it because he did not want to remember the stupidity that had been done with the man. Nadya's silence was already the answer for Chalvin.

"Sorry" Chalvin said as soon as he saw the uncomfortable mimic that was seen on Nadya's face.

The atmosphere was suddenly awkward and they kept quiet until they arrived at the restaurant. Oma Belle was already there. The two then approached Oma who was seen calling. Seeing the presence of Chalvin and Nadya, Oma Belle immediately hung up the phone while grumbling.

"Tuh, Darren fought with Karen because of her half-sister. From the morning Karen didn't come home because Darren thought she had an affair in their house."

"I mean Oma ... the child of her stepmother? That's great, huh?" Chalvin seemed to be trying to remember the name of Darren's half-sister.

"Yes, who else? The bad boy always brings trouble and his mother always asks Darren for help" said Oma Belle.

"Huh? So the woman in Karen's house is her half-sister, Mr Darren?"nadya muttered in his heart.

Oma Belle turned to look at Nadya, then smiled gently. "Son Nadya, how ... have you told your parents not yet if the Chalvin family will come to propose?"

DEG! The hearts of the two seemed to suddenly jump out of the cavity when Oma Belle again talked about the issue of marriage proposal. They glanced at each other while holding their breath.

"Not yet, Oma." Nadya's voice seemed to be surging with fear. Understandably, today Oma Belle looks gloomy.

"Well, what's the ball?"

"Next ...." Nadya suddenly confused to give an excuse.

"Nadya did not want to surprise her parents. Getting married young is never part of the plan."

"Well, it's good to get married fast. Your parents would agree and do not want you guys to linger dating."

"Father think about marrying us. We're the ones who keep thinking about it."

"Ngapain thought again? Oma's determination to marry you is no longer round! But in terms of length, elbow, equal foot, trapezoid, parallelogram and his other friends!" cetus Oma Belle with a firm tone.

Karen, who is now alone, can only stare at her cell phone that was turned off for hours. He reached out his hand, reaching for his phone. However, when he touched it, his hand was pulled back. Yes, it's been almost five hours since he left home without saying goodbye to anyone. She wondered if her husband was worried about her or not even concerned about her disappearance.

"Karen, open the door. Yuk, we go home and talk about this at home!" persuade Darren while staring at his wife's eyes through the door slit.

Karen punches Darren's fingers until she slips out of the door handle. Not staying silent, the man used his left foot as a wedge so that the door could not be closed. Feeling furious, Karen stomped her feet until her reflexes lifted.

"Aww!" scream Darren who felt pain because stepped on Karen.

Just a second feeling the pain in his leg, now he again shouted when the tip of his finger was pinned by the door. This time her screams were louder, leaving Karen shocked and hurriedly opening the door

"Sorry, sorry, your hand hurt, huh? Bloody, ain't it?" karen asked worriedly as she held Darren's hand and checked her fingers that had just been pinched.

Darren clasped Karen's hand holding her fingers, then pulled her body into his arms. Had frozen for a while, Karen realized if she was upset with the man. His palm pushed down Darren's chest, trying to escape his confinement.

Darren even tightened his embrace. "I'm sorry, I just want you to be able to manage your emotions well."

Darren's words even further ignited Karen's anger. "You're crazy! So you want me to shut up if you're cheating on me, that's it! I welcome you, that's it! If I need to let you get married again, then?!" karen's wrath while banging Darren's chest.

"Who's cheating?" Darren held Karen's hands together. "The girl you met this morning my step-sister."

Karen who was still in revolt and released herself suddenly fell silent. "Huh? Step-sister?"

"Yes. She's my step-sister. When I got married, he was a very young boy. I'm sorry I never told you this" Darren said, looking down full of guilt.

Yes, during the marriage, Darren was closed to the affairs of his family life. Even Karen knows the cause of Darren's mother's death and Barack's father's second marriage from Chalvin.

Darren then explained the reason for his sudden departure last night to be forced to provide temporary shelter for his sister. He had to go around looking for his sister, go to places that his sister used to go, and contact the people closest to his sister. That's what caused his phone to shut down because it ran out of power.

"The father was abroad for a few days. So, as a brother I'm in charge of him."

"So you're not cheating? You didn't betray me? You don't keep a perakor?"

Darren bends down to be on par with Karen's height. "Good look at me!" he asked quietly, "what am I like in your eyes?"

Karen ventured to look at the gentle netra of the man in a clingy manner. Pretty long. It did not feel like a drop of crystal had fallen down his cheek. He put his hand on the man's neck.

"I'm sorry I misunderstood you. Accuse you who are not. I'm sorry I was being rude to your sister too. I'm just afraid you've been taken by the actors" said Karen sobbing and a little embarrassed.

Darren placed his palm on Karen's back while stroking her hair that began to extend. The last sentence Karen said made her smile amusedly.

"Honey, we have to change our mindset if married is not to make someone ours or we belong to someone. Men are not property to be property, and women are not objects to be freely treated as they please. You don't have to take care of me, I don't have to take care of you either. Because there is something more important than that, which is to keep the commitment," Darren said slowly.

Every family has problems they face. Even so, what needs to be resolved is that the problem is not the household. Emotions and anger that explode, often make a person forget to act impulsively that can backfire on himself.

After the misunderstanding between them unravels, Karen and Darren return to Bratajaya's residence. Karen's return is greeted by the carefree Oma Belle who also just returned from lunch with Chalvin and Nadya.

"Karen, have you eaten yet? You're sick can't eat late. Wait, Oma tell bi Iyam to make you food."

"No, Oma. Karen ate it."

Suddenly there was a commotion on the porch of the house that made Darren, Karen and Oma Belle compactly turn their heads. Coinciding with that, Sheila walked in waltzing while pulling her suitcase. Behind him, his personal chauffeur appeared to follow.

"What's this?" ask Darren.

"This, Den. Non Sheila doesn't want to go home. Even ask to be escorted here he said he wanted to stay with Den Darren," explained the driver with a condolence tone.

Sheila widened her smile as if confirming the words of her driver. His gaze then directed at Oma Belle who looked at him like a piggy animal ready to butcher

"Hi, Oma! How are you getting older?" greet Sheila while waving her hands.
