Secretly Loving You's

Secretly Loving You's
Ch 64 - POV Armand

Adapting to this job is not difficult. That said, this job is very different from the previous job. If I had previously been in the world of construction, planning and tender drawings for project auctions, this time I was in finance.

For no less than a day, I understood the outline of this work. Pretty easy job. It only requires caution and proficiency in service so that no complaints occur.

There are no elbowing each other for fighting over a big project. Maybe because the operational part, so that more customer data entry and focus on service.

Three months in Jember, three back office changes. I hope the back office this time is more resilient. It is quite tiring when you have to teach from the beginning something that is repeated.

Arsha Nayyara Usman, where have you met? Why is his face so familiar? Usually I have a strong memory of some things, but the memory of this girl is very blurry.

While staring at the ceiling of the room, I tried to remember my back office candidates. There is no memory that I can dig, until it comes.

I opened the curtain a little to pay attention to it in more detail. From his bio, Arsha was 22 years old. But when he saw her stature, she was like an Junior High girl. His body is small and tiny. Short hair makes him look younger than his age.

At first glance Arsha, I can already judge her personality. This girl is actually smart, but not confident. Plain and easily affected. His imaginary power is high and careless. But behind its weaknesses, there is a hardworking soul that does not give up easily.

This girl just needs guidance. Later he will grow rapidly. He just doesn't realize his potential.

My gaze was piqued as soon as I saw the head of the lending team approaching my back office. Haidar is unmarried, but he is famous for being a hope-giver and a female destroyer. The back office had previously resigned due to problems with Haidar. I don't want my back office to experience the same thing this time. For that I interrupted their conversation and chased Haidar away through a gaze.

After a day of teaching Arsha, it didn't feel like time was going so fast. Unknowingly, it was already night time. I finished all the work and prepared to go home.

Nothing, hearing his house far away, I intend to drive him. While waiting for him to finish, I went down to the first floor to heat the car.

In the parking lot there's only my car left and a pick up. Next to the pick up looks a middle-aged man and woman. I thought customer, so I approached to ask her needs. But as I approached, I recognized both.

"Sir, Ma'am ...." I took wide steps to narrow the distance. As soon as the distance was not less than a meter, I took the man's hand and carried him to the forehead. Habits that I used to do in college when I met him.

The two looked at me question-marked, but the man did not pull his hand from my grasp. This meeting was unexpected.

"Who?" ask the man while looking at me full of question marks.

"I'm Armand, a college friend of the deceased in Surabaya." The pupils of the eyes widened, the mouth slowly opened. There was a puddle in the old eye that was being held back to come out. The man wiped away the corner of his pooled eyes, then patted me on the shoulder.

"I forgot who you are. But, thank you for still remembering our son."
