Secretly Loving You's

Secretly Loving You's
Ch 46 - How Long Has It Been

"Arsha. Where you going?" A very cold look. It can even make my hair goosebumps. The light of his eyes was able to make the interlocutor intimidated. Lips clenched tightly, like trying to hold back the anger that wanted to burst out. His body gesture was stiff. It was like a sturdy tree trunk that was unshakable even though there was a huge wind blowing. Both arms are curled in front of the chest. Prepare to judge.

Honestly speaking, seeing it like that made my guts shrink. A bit of fear began to fall. There are doubts about refuting. Maybe he was born to conquer those around him. His very domineering nature makes me nervous.

"Who?" Saka's voice brought me back to reality. My gaze that was originally only focused on the man, became sidetracked as soon as I saw the movement next to him. Nadya's appearance again made me aware of the reality that exists. In an instant, the fear evaporated, turning into pain, anger and other stifling feelings.

"Ah, he's my superior," I murmured. I saw the man approaching. For the sake of politeness, I got off the bike and prepared to confront.

"Where are you going?" ask the cold voice.

"Yes going home is Bi. Want dating. Where else to go. Is it Ar?" I haven't answered, Nadya's here. Cut off the conversation and slit the man's arm. His face looks cheerful. Every now and then he would sneak a glance at Saka, as if to code her to ask to be introduced.

I refrained from being bullied. The pain vibration is still there. Pain in the chest is as a sign, that the feeling is real. I can't deny that seeing them makes this wound even more gaping.

"Yes. We're going on a date." I felt a hand grabbing my shoulder. Unbeknownst to me, Saka had gotten off the bike and was standing next to me. His right hand held my shoulder possessively. Although Saka is my friend, I feel very uncomfortable. I tried to break away, but Saka strengthened her grip.

"You don't want to introduce us?" the whisper is soft, giving me goosebumps. I looked at Saka in a daze. The usually ignorant gaze turned warm. He's not the Saka I know.

What's wrong with this kid? Wrong taking medication?

"Ah, em, yes. He's Saka .... Saka, he's Nadya and Mr. Armand ...."

"Saka. Arsha's candidate." Saka stuck out a hand. His words surprised me so subconsciously I turned my head and glared at him. Looks like Saka really took the medicine wrong!

It turns out I'm not the only one feeling it. The two people in front of me also showed shock even though they responded in different ways.

"Well, it turned out to be Arsha. I'm Nadya." Nadya immediately grabbed Saka's hand. His facial expression looked carefree and joyful. Contrast that with the man next to her. His face was hardened with his lips tightly clenched.

"Your job is done?" Instead of welcoming Saka's hand, Mr. Armand ignored him. He's sealing. Look straight at me. From his gaze, he wanted to subdue me. But this time I will not be afraid. I'm not afraid he'll eat me alive.

"It's all."

"Cledding, unbalance, daily journal, file input, collateral check, inventory ...."

"It's all, sir."

"There are files you need to input. I left it in the room ...."

"I'll input tomorrow sir. The operational hours are over. I deserve to go home. Then, we'll excuse you." I pulled Saka's hand. Want to get out of this unpleasant situation.

"Wait!"

"Yes sir?" Ah, I think I want to stomp my feet. I want to run away, but why does this man seem to be stalling for time?

"You guys are going? How about we eat together? I want to hear this story about 'your candidate." Mr. Armand's gaze immediately turned to Saka. Almost the same height makes their gazes parallel.

Two handsome men stood face to face. The aura around them instantly changed. There was no friendly smile, like someone new to the world. Except the sharp look. Measure and judge, strengths and strengths of each other.

"No. Thank ye. I'll go with Saka. Maybe next time. Then, excuse me. Come on sir, Ma'am." I nodded my head politely and pulled Saka's hand away.

"Day!"

"What?!"

"If you want to cry, cry. I didn't see!"

"What?! I'm not horrified!" We're on the highway. Crossing the road that is quite dense with moderate speed. Vehicle noise hinders our communication.

Saka opened the helmet glass and repeated his words again.

"If you want to cry, cry. I didn't see!"

"What's your max?! Who wants to cry?!"

"Udah!! Don't be ashamed! Crying is okay. Cheap jacket. I won't have to suck your snot!" With one hand, Saka pulled out my hand and made her circle her waist.

"The cry is fast! Your snot lap put on my jacket. I'm wearing a headset, I'm not gonna cry!"

"Truly wear a headset?!"

"Well, if you're horrified!"

"No!"

"Promise?!"

"Yes. Promise!"

According to Saka's words, I held tightly to the end of his jacket. I leaned my forehead on his back, and the cheap melt spilled out instantly.

I thought these tears were dry. Turns out there are still plenty of stock. Just by looking at their togetherness, make my eye glands produce tears freely. It's not my fault. Blame my weak heart and my weak eyes!

All this time, I never told anyone about my problems. I just cried myself. Swallowing the disappointment itself. Knowing someone else understands, makes my soul work out. Without being prevented, these tears come out by themselves.

"Huuu.... Huuuuu .... Huuuuuu ...." The sound of crying, swallowed by the wind. It was as if carrying the sadness away.

I don't know how long I've been crying. I don't know how long we've been driving. All I know is that the cold air is starting to pierce the skin. The streets are a little foggy and uphill. The houses are seen infrequently, while the dense trees on the right-left of the road form a creepy shadow. Too focused crying makes me not realize around.

"Where are we going?!"

"His cry?"

"Yes. Already! Where are we again? Where you going?!"

"Find the angels."

"What figures?! Don't be weird!"

"Hahaha, weird what the hell."

"If you're weird, I'll jump!"

"Haha! Apaan. Patience. Just a little nyampe."

It turned out, the 'anget-anget' Saka meant was a cup of hot black coffee and a freshly lifted fry from a frying pan.

"This is an angle-anget," he said while eating fried bananas that are still steaming. "Sit here." Saka patted the place beside him. We were in a building made of bamboo. The pole, swab, or floor is made of woven bamboo. The roof is covered with straw. The building is quite large and has two floors.

The simple building stands at an altitude of 700 masl. The view of Jember city can almost be seen in its entirety. Flickering lights like stars scattered in space. We are in the area of Rembangan.

"You know this place? Aren't you just in Jember again?" I obeyed Saka and sat down next to her. Staring at the beautiful city of Jember at night.

"Oh, I got a record from Temen. He said, if you want to bawdy low budget, bring a girl here. Only the capital of coffee and fried, already can fumble ...."

"What?! The rabbis?! Try it here if you dare. I pushed you into the abyss!" I said not without reason. Below us is a gap.

"Haha. Seriously very Nay. Hush, tissue. There's still snot in your nose." Saka thrust out a box of tissue. Then he took off his jacket. "Well, how cute is my new jacket" he lamented with a pitiful face. On the back of the jacket are wet molds that make up the archipelago. Of course it was my tears.

"It's not my fault" I said.

"Yes, yeah. Women are never wrong."

"Nay?"

"What?"

"How long has it been?"

"What?"

"Like the husband of people."
