وَلَا تَقْرَبُوا۟ ٱلزِّنَىٰٓ ۖ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ فَٰحِشَةً وَسَآءَ سَبِيلً

It means: "And do not approach adultery, for adultery is a wicked deed. And a bad path." (QS. Al - Isra: 32)

Approaching Zina alone is prohibited, as is courtship, especially to engage in illicit relations such as Nandini and Arjuna Restu Pamungkas. Of course, the harm and sin are even greater and the perpetrator can be threatened with the torment of hellfire on the resurrection day if he does not immediately repent and repent of the sin he has committed.

However, we have no right to judge a person's life. He may have committed mistakes and sins today, but the next day he repented before His Lord. QS Al A’raf Ayat

يَٰبَنِىٓ ءَادَمَ قَدْ أَنزَلْنَا عَلَيْكُمْ لِبَاسًا يُوَٰرِى سَوْءَٰتِكُمْ وَرِيشًا ۖ وَلِبَاسُ ٱلتَّقْوَىٰ ذَٰلِكَ خَيْرٌ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ مِنْ ءَايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَذَّكَّرُونَ

It means: "O son of Adam, We have sent down to you clothes to cover your law and beautiful clothes for jewelry. And that taqwa dress is the best. Such are some of the signs of God's power, hopefully they always remember.” (QS Al-A’raf :26)

QS Al Ahzab Verse 59

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِىُّ قُل لِّأَزْوَٰجِكَ وَبَنَاتِكَ وَنِسَآءِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يُدْنِينَ عَلَيْهِنَّ مِن جَلَٰبِيبِهِنَّ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ أَدْنَىٰٓ أَن يُعْرَفْنَ فَلَا يُؤْذَيْنَ ۗ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا

It means “O Prophet, say to the wives, daughters and wives of the Mukmin, ‘Must they extend her veil all over their bodies.’ That is so that they may be easily recognized, therefore they are not disturbed. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.” (QS Al Ahzab :59)

QS. An-Nur Verse 31

وَقُل لِّلْمُؤْمِنَٰتِ يَغْضُضْنَ مِنْ أَبْصَٰرِهِنَّ وَيَحْفَظْنَ فُرُوجَهُنَّ وَلَا يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا ۖ وَلْيَضْرِبْنَ بِخُمُرِهِنَّ عَلَىٰ جُيُوبِهِنَّ ۖ وَلَا يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا لِبُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ ءَابَآئِهِنَّ أَوْ ءَابَآءِ بُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ أَبْنَآئِهِنَّ أَوْ أَبْنَآءِ بُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ إِخْوَٰنِهِنَّ أَوْ بَنِىٓ إِخْوَٰنِهِنَّ أَوْ بَنِىٓ أَخَوَٰتِهِنَّ أَوْ نِسَآئِهِنَّ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَٰنُهُنَّ أَوِ ٱلتَّٰبِعِينَ غَيْرِ أُو۟لِى ٱلْإِرْبَةِ مِنَ ٱلرِّجَالِ أَوِ ٱلطِّفْلِ ٱلَّذِينَ لَمْ يَظْهَرُوا۟ عَلَىٰ عَوْرَٰتِ ٱلنِّسَآءِ ۖ وَلَا يَضْرِبْنَ بِأَرْجُلِهِنَّ لِيُعْلَمَ مَا يُخْفِينَ مِن زِينَتِهِنَّ ۚ وَتُوبُوٓا۟ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ جَمِيعًا أَيُّهَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ

That is: “Must they withhold their views, and **********, and let them not show their adornments, except those (common) visible from them. And let them cover the veil to his breast, and show not his adornment except to their husbands, or their fathers, or the fathers of their husbands, or their sons, or the sons of their husbands, or their brothers, or the sons of their brothers, or the sons of their sisters, or the Muslim women, or the slaves they had, or the slaves they had, or men who have no desire (against women) or children who do not yet understand women's awrah. And let them not smite their feet, that they may know the jewels which they conceal. And repent ye unto Allah, O you who believe, that ye may be fortunate (QS An-Nur :31).
