Previously, Raya and Nev were given complete instructions regarding diving. Starting from how to use an oxygen mask to how to see oxygen levels in the tube. Then, they are asked to wear wetsuits, diving masks, then choose diving glasses that are comfortable to wear.

"OK, breathe normally and relax while in the water. Breathe in deep air through your mouth and get it all out by mouth, too" said their diving instructor, named Robert.

"The most important thing when diving or diving is not to hold your breath while underwater. Sometimes, unconsciously, we hold a little breath when exhaling air through the mouth. That is very dangerous! It can cause an accident in the lungs" Robert explained again.
