14 - Requesting an opportunity

The morning came, as usual Nev was ready with the suit chosen by Raya. Raya pushes her wheelchair towards the dining room because in the morning Nev always tries to behave like a family with Feli by starting the day with breakfast together.

Raya leaves Nev and Feli-who were already in the dining room. Raya went to the kitchen as usual and gathered with ART who had started busy with their respective activities in the kitchen.

Nev finished his meal without many words although Feli was seen watching him in silence.

"Nev," call Feli.

"Yes?" Nev glanced at Feli briefly and sipped his coffee which was still puffing hot smoke.

"Nev, I've decided to mend our relationship, please give me a chance, Nev." said Feli begging.

Nev put down his cup of coffee and then said in a very cold tone.

"Don't start the day with a discussion like this. I don't want to lose my mood" he said.

Felie took a deep breath.

"It's about our household, baby. Can't you give me another chance? Are you really not going to fix it?" lirih Feli's.

Nev rolled his eyeballs, lazily answering Feli's words that would always end in a fight between them.

"Dear, tell me what you want? I'll try to obey him" he said, shaking Nev's arm slowly on the table.

Nev looked at her cynically. "Are you sure you're going to comply with my wishes?" ask Nev indifferently.

He nodded repeatedly.

"Then can you confess before me all your filthy deeds?" satirize Nev lightly.

He looked up with his mouth slightly open because he had never expected Nev to say something like this, he thinks Nev will give up after two years of not finding anything related to his crimes.

"Nev, why do you always associate me with everything that happens in your life? How many times do I have to say that I had nothing to do with your accident!" his protest with angry intonation made Nev smile wryly at him.

"Okay, fine, that means there's no chance for you" Nev replied, pushing his own wheelchair away from the dining table.

"Nev.." he shouted, he felt that he had not finished discussing this topic with Nev, always ending up with quarrels, suspicions and finally the problem was not resolved.

He was chasing Nev who was still in the corner of the room. He stops Nev from leaving by holding the wheelchair handle.

"Nev, please.." he said.

Nev glanced at him.

"You think I don't know what happened? You think all this time I've been just taking my guesses and accusing you of being without evidence?" said Nev coldly.

He frowned, but in the same second he also felt Nev's speech was very intimidating.

"Nev, what do you mean?" tanyanya did not understand.

"You think, with you still standing in my house right now because of what, Fel? It's because I've been trying to give you a chance.."

"But,..."

"You could've hidden all that from me, Fel. You think I'm that stupid?You think I really don't know your football? You're wrong, Felisadira!!" Nev said while grunting rudely.

He freezes in his place, knowing for sure that Nev has mentioned his full name, meaning that Nev is really angry with him. And have his ace.

Does Nev really know what's really going on? Then why has Nev been acting like he didn't know all this time??

"Nev, explain what you mean? Do you have any evidence that points to me?" ask her carefully as she looks at Nev's back which starts to drift away. His feelings began to fall apart hearing Nev's speech.

Nev did not turn his head, but the words that came out of Nev's mouth next actually managed to silence his mouth instantly.

"Don't think I don't know anything, Feli. Silence does not mean I am stupid. I still let you be here not because I still feel for you, but it's because of my generosity."

"Next, pray that I can still be generous to you" Nev said.

He suddenly drowned for a moment, he thought for two years that Nev could really lie, but he was wrong, obviously wrong, because Nev can't be as stupid as he thinks. Moreover, Nev can clearly track his football as he hides it.

Nev's biggest mistake was ever loving him, and his biggest mistake was wasting Nev's sincere (former) love.

Now, he has completely lost Nev's love and feels very sorry. Can't Nev give him a chance in feelings? Not just an opportunity to stay and receive facilities in this house?

She wants Nevan's love back to her, but it's too late and she's only realising it now - because it turns out her husband already knows who she really is, maybe Nevan has known for a long time.. but Nevan harbored it and pretended to know nothing. Wh why?

The answer is true, because Nev is still generous to him or in other words, pitying him. It's shiny and very slick, but he deserves all of this.

It's true said Nev, if she was still in this house because of her husband's generosity. If not, maybe he has lived on the streets because he got nothing even though he had done too far.

She was wrong to have played Nev all this time, she forgot that her husband was not a random person who could take it for granted.

Now, when Nev insinuates her about her evil deeds, it means that she is waiting for the day of judgment from Nev for all that she has done to her husband. I don't know what punishment he'll receive because Nev might have prepared for him a long time ago.

Nev got to the door alone, without the Kingdom because he had just left without calling Raya.

He was at odds with Bi Asih and asked the middle-aged woman to call Raya who was still in the kitchen.

As soon as Bi Asih, Nev looked towards the open door and already displayed a familiar man.

Nev smiled briefly as he looked at the man who had started walking towards him.

"Sir.." greeted the man with courtesy and reverence to Nev.

"Are you done with your honeymoon?" nev asked the man standing in front of him.

The man rubbed his own nape, then gave a small smile. "Already, sir." she replied.

"Good, you know my job's a little messy because of your cut." Nev joked and ended with a slanted smile.

"I'm sorry, sir." replied the man.

"It's okay, Bian. Welcome back, your work is waiting" Nev said.

Along with that, Raya came and approached the two.

"Are you ready, sir? I'll take you to the office." said Raya, referring to her activities these few days that always take Nev up to her office building.

"Oh, yes... Today you don't have to take me, my secretary is back and we're going to go together to the office" Nev replied.

Raya nodded too.

"Who, Sir?" chirp Bian suddenly, he looked at Raya.

Nev glanced at Bian alternating with Raya.

"Bian, this is Raya. She's my nanny. And Raya, this is Bian.he's my secretary." said Nev speaking both ways, - to Bian and to Raya.

Raya just smiled a little while nodding to greet Bian and Bian did the same.

"We're leaving now, sir?" ask Bian.

Nev nodded. But then he looked at the Kingdom who was still bowed stiffly.

"Because you didn't drive me today, come visit your Mama, maybe she needs your support at the Hospital. And you miss him too." said Nev attentively, making both eyes flickering Raya in disbelief.

"Can you, sir?" tanya Raya's.

Nev nodded at Raya's question, making the corner of the woman's lips perfectly curved.

"Thank you, sir." replied Raya smiling brightly.

"Hemm.." dehem Nev, at least the smile of Raya today can restore his spirit that had been lost due to a quarrel with Feli a while ago. Ah, what the fuck!

Nev felt bad because last night made Raya sad and remembered her family because of their short conversation.

Raya and Nev stared at each other in silence for a few seconds.

While Bian, who was still between the two of them, noticed the interaction between Nev and Raya, he felt that there was something strange about his Master with the nanny, but he decided to keep it up without asking much.

Bian will know the answer later, if Nev has started to open his voice. Sure.
