It's been a week since then, and Amon's got some good news. He planned to return to the brothel today, but an emergency has occurred.

The Enherjar attacked all the naval bases that existed in the New World, for the time being. There were some of them who were disgusting, but all of the bases were under the strongest Vice Admiral, so attacking them required Amon to send a strong army.

Just a moment ago, such a powerful group of Enherjar had attacked the base that was under Tokikake, the Vice Admiral who was nominated to occupy the previous Admiral's seat. That's why the Enherjar group that was sent was also one of the strongest— Kuja Pirates.

This was the first attack Sin had followed, and while Amon was confident in Hancock's ability to confront the Vice Admiral, there was an anomaly at the base.

Vice Admiral Tsuru, one of the three black horses of the Rocks-era marines. 

Vice Admiral Tsuru happened to be on the island by chance, but when he saw Hancock attacking the base, he immediately took action. Back when Amon 'recruited' Hancock a few years ago, Tsuru was the one who brought her to Impel Down. He had failed his mission because of Amon, that's why he wanted to hunt down Hancock successfully this time around.

That's why, while the other marines face Kuja, Tokikake and Tsuru jump towards Hancock.

Hancock was honestly very strong, as she was one of the rare people in the world with the Conqueror Layer. He was not talented in that aspect—even with the training of Amon— incense but even just being able to use it at all made it very dangerous.

But against Candidate Admiral, and a woman who was compared to Garp and Sengoku early in her career, the power of the Pirate Empress diminished.

A few hours later, Amon must go and save her for another time.

Amon, as expected, watched the important battle with his clone hovering a thousand meters in the sky. So that his original body could teleport to one of the places at any given time... But, he believed he did not need his real body to kill two mere Vice Admiral. Strong or not.

But he decided to make his clone wait for about an hour until Hancock felt desperate and so, realizing his weakness and accepting it—it was necessary for character development.

There's no hurry either. Impel down was destroyed, and the Marines could not set aside to create a new one at such a time. So Hancock was supposed to stay at this exact base for an unexpected time. 

Finally, three hours after the battle ended and all of the Kuja were captured after the two Vice-Admirals started attacking them, Amon decided to take the plunge.

Tsuru was in the office sitting across from Tokikake. They were at Denden Mushi with Fleet Admiral, discussing what to do with Hancock, and how his capture could change war—right when the door was knocked.

"Ah, Fleet Admiral, there seems to be someone at the door," Tokikake said softly.

["Of course, take your time. After all, I'm in a good mood because of your arrest for one of the Sins."]

Tokikake chuckled a little because of it. Even though he was frowning at the door. 

Thats odd. They should not be disturbed until the meeting is over. Then why…

To be sure, he used his Observation Haki to sense who was behind that door.

"It's just Karim."

That's his assistant. Now that's worrying. Karim should have known better to interrupt now, meaning it was a serious situation.

Just when another knock fell on the door, he spoke, "Get in."

Tsuru also turned to face the door that opened slowly, revealing a black-haired youth with tanned skin.

"Karim, what happened"

Tokikake could not finish his words when from beside the door, someone else, someone he somehow did not feel, slid beside Karim. 

Tokikake and Tsuru's eyes watched as the attacker's palm smoothly slid into the chest of the tanned youth, whose eyes Tokikake noticed back then, blunt and motionless.

["Wait.the voice."] Sengoku's shocked and frightened voice came out from the snail. ["Grooom!!! W-what are you doing there, motherfucker!"]

However, the Vice Admiral did not listen to any of their words. Even before Karim's limp body could fall to the ground, the two had raided Amon together.

They both relied on their fists, so both of them punched Amon at once. Tsuru even gave him a touch of demonic fruit in his knuckles.

Ammon just avoided it like a leaf falling from a tree. Stepping in the air with your hands in your pockets.

"Oh, dangerous fruit," commented Amon, avoiding Tsuru's blow.

"It can clean up the 'Evil' inside someone, I hear?" 

Thas right. The Wash-Wash Fruit also has metaphysical powers.

Amon's body shivered, even as he dodged more attacks.

"I can imagine a future where I was a man who donated money to an orphanage, took flowers for a beautiful woman, and bought ice cream for little girls." He blinked. "Actually, I sometimes do the 2nd. Does that mean I'm a good person?"

"Shut your mouth!" shout Tsuru. "My fruit can only cleanse a small part of evil. I'm doubtful it will affect you at all, even if I wash you for decades."

"Aww, that's how good Amon is in the alternate timeline." Amon sighed with excessive disappointment.

Then as another punch came to his face, he gently and casually aimed it at Tokikake's face.

Tsuru tried to change her attack protection, but she could only stop her demonic fruit before the impact occurred and Tokikake was pushed back a few steps. 

"Aww, the reaction speed is pretty good for someone with a bone that old," muttered Amon. "By the way, it looks like the girls have reached the ship. So let's end this."

The vice admiral groaned at his words. Kuja freed!

In desperation, they tried to reach him again, however, Amon's body suddenly began to glow. It began to glow yellow, but had a different hue compared to the Pika-Pika no Mi, which both Admiral knew Amon had eaten.

["What happened?! Hello, are you two still there?!"] Sengoku's voice still flowed from the snail but none of the three answered.

Amon did not care, while the other two did not have the free time to do so. Because they watched Amon's body glow orange... 

'No, God ...'

...Before he exploded in a brilliant mixture of light, heat, sound, and destruction.

Even as the two vice admirals covered their entire bodies under weaponry, the brilliant explosion of the Bomb Fruit did not allow even their hair to remain intact even the entire island just exploded.

Author's Note: The battle against Amon was just a way for him to show off. So I guess it's time for the big villains to enter the game.

So far, we've seen Amon use these fruits: Rumble, Phoenix, Operation, Paw, Gravity, Soul, Glint, and now—Bomb. 

Eight, all of them.

The last five were the ones Amon had eaten from the five clones he had obtained after the destruction of Skypiea.

There was more because it had been quite a while since he had eaten five. Since there are some clues about some other fruit, some of you might be able to guess it…
