DING!

Chapter 23 (Bonus)

Title: DING!

….

'What will the shandians who have suffered for 400 years do to their enemies?!' Gan Fall thought with sweat pouring down his head.

"Don't worry" said Amon from behind. "We're not going to do-!!"

Before he could say anything, Gan Fall rode on his Burung that turned into a pegasus. "Pierre! Let's go!"

Without wasting any time on Amon, Gan Fall tries to fly to that place, however, Amon stops him.

"Wait!" *engah!*

Using [Geppo] along with his Shooter, Amon floated in front of them. "I need to ask about the Golden Bell," asked Amon, floating.

Actually, Amon already knew Bell's location, but he only saved time. According to what he had calculated, Gan Fall should have only seen the situation in 'formation' after 20 minutes. Otherwise, his plan may fail, and Gam Fall must die.

"Golden Bell?" Gan Fall asked, puzzled. Immediately, he frowned as his veins were visible. He didn't know the Golden Bell, did he play with it? "Young Soldier, the current battle has taken more than 200 Militia's lives, don't you think that's enough? No need to kill them all, right?" The Fall Game. "Now get out of the way, or I'll hurt you." Speak with full seriousness. Amon did not move.

"I will say this again, the war is over, we don't want any bloodshed. You don't have to worry about the rest of the militia, they'll be safe, now tell me about the Golden Bell?" Amon then frowned. "Don't tell me, did you hide it?" He asked as he looked at Gan Fall suspiciously.

However, Gan Fall asked his people to be saved, because above the air, he ran towards Amon with his spear. "I'm sorry young soldier, but you did this yourself."

"CHICHII!" Pegasus roared as he reached near Amon.

"I DON'T EITHER!" He yelled. "If you really plan to hide the location of the Shandorians' ethical bell, then I will go all-out too!" As if he was really angry, Amon shouted and also rushed towards him.

So the battle for the heavens began.

….

A few minutes had passed, and on the other hand, around the formation, where the Gods army was being held hostage, something strange happened.

"Name?" Warashi asked the militia tied to the notebook and pen in his hand.

Something strange, actually very strange is going on in this place right now. No, the Shandians did not kill, or hurt the militia, instead, they recorded their personal information, and then strangely.

Clearly, in no other way, the militia informed them of their information, and after being released, they fled without looking back.

By this time the chieftain had also reached the upper courtyard and stood to the side, with Shandian surrounding him. "Er... Chief, is it a good idea to let them go? We've been bullied for 400 years by them." Ask Shandian randomly.

The chairman sighed. "You don't know. We have been fighting for peace all our lives, now there is a chance to get it, then why waste the opportunity?" She said. "We've killed over 200 of them, yet we haven't lost anyone on our side, isn't that enough ?." He then continued. "Also, don't forget it's all thanks to Amon and his strategy."

The Chief then looked at everyone, as they also looked back. "Do you know how worried he is that you won't accept him doing this?" They stay quiet. "His father, meaning Viper brother, Cobra was the first to want to start peace between us." The chieftain deliberately hid the fact that the previous chieftain killed him. It will only complicate matters.

"But he died trying to do it, but here's Amon, his son, a 10-year-old who almost achieved this. Do you all want to destroy everything by killing these people as well?" The chief then took a deep breath. "Not enough blood has been spilled?!" He roared as everyone remained silent.

"Yes," Duy replied from the side. "We don't want to see blood anymore. We've had enough." As he said, slowly everyone nodded.

In fact, the chieftain had supported Amon's father, the action of the Kobra from the very beginning. However, the Cobra was the front one, so no one had ever known about the chieftain, or the previous chieftain might have killed him, his son.

The head then thinks with a guilty heart. 'I hate to admit it... But I've been manipulating Amon from a young age to make him not be the Viper.' He felt guilty for manipulating a child. 'However, that was the exact reason why he started peace today. I am glad that this war will now stop. It's for the greater good.'

Even though the chieftain had good thoughts behind his manipulation, he still felt guilty. But ... Unbeknownst to him, he was the one who was manipulated all along.

….

"Sorry young soldier, forgive me." In the sky, Amon fought, or rather saved time, as Gan Fall flew towards him with the Impact button. "The impact!"

Amon dodged the attack quickly, then he took out the [Ball Dial], resulting in many cloud spheres floating in the sky. It let him jump on them to gain better mobility in the sky.

As Amon tried to stabilize himself, Gan Fall tried to ignore him, and instead rushed towards the formation, his main priority was not Amon. However, Amon stopped him once again. As he threw the [Smoke Bomb Dial] at him.

Just now, Amon had seen the "Shandorian Golden Belfry" some distance away from here, he could not let Gan Fall leave now. Previously, although Amon had guessed where the bell was, he had never seen it in person because for that, he had to climb the Giant Jack. But he never had a chance to do so, because it would get him caught.

There was a reason other than blocking Gan Fall in this fight, and that was to reach Bell. He wants to beat her by making her hit the bell, just like Luffy did to Enel. That way, many things will be solved at once.

….

Amon mostly dodged his attacks, however, he slowly, but surely pinned Gan Fall towards the bell, unbeknownst to the other party.

"Young Soldier! Stop this! You're strong, but I have to come down and save my people! Help me!" Gan Fall even bowed so low as to plead with Amon, for the life of his people was more important than his pride as God.

"Shut up!" shouted Amon. "I asked where the bell is!?" Amon, as it were, couldn't take it anymore, jumped onto the [Cloud Ball] then kicked hard and fast towards Gan Fall.

[Tempest Kick]

He's using Rolushiki, my Rankyaku. Although he had not been able to produce a blade of wind that could split people in half, he was able to do as he expected. The moment the compressed blade of wind was released from his feet, and it hit Gan Fall!

"ARGHH!" Blood gushed from his chest, while Pegasus lost his balance, Gan Fall flew several hundred meters back, and he crashed into something hard. "GOH!"

*DIIIGG!*

*DIIIGG!*

*DIIIGG!*

It was the Shandorian Golden Bell!

In the Blue Sea, in the small part of Jaya that was left behind, a muscular man with a chestnut head, rose from the sea, as he began to walk towards his strange-looking home.

"Huh... Maybe, in the end Noland was really a liar. Sky Island..." He is Cricket, the descendant of Noland the Liar. "Maybe it's all fake." He said as he stopped in his way, lowering his head.

*DYINGG*

"Well?!"

*DYINGG*

"What's that sound?!"

*DYINGG*

"Where did it come from?!... Don't tell... SKY?!?"

The sound of the Golden Bell reached the Blue Sea, as the people of Jaya wondered about its source. Except for Cricket, who was laughing and jumping around in that place. His ancestors were not liars, nor were his life lies!

«....*...»

*!Boom Boom!* amon flew to where Gan Fall was using his shooter, and the first thing he did was run towards the Golden Bell.

That's a huge one. Made of pure gold, shining in the sun. However, it had vines surrounding it, which only enhanced its beauty. Amon's eyes shone seeing this. "Gold.en.... Bell." He said, fascinated by greed.

"Thuk!!" Amon went out of his mind, and turned his head and saw Gan Fall coughing up blood. He lay on his back and looked injured, but it wasn't too serious. "A-Is this the bell you're looking for...?" He asked almost.

"Yes .. you don't seem to be hiding it ... Sorry." Amon said as if he was truly sorry.

Gan Fall remained silent. "Well, it doesn't matter anymore." Gan Fall looked at the blue sky above him. The dark clouds slowly faded away, as a clear blue sky appeared. 'Is this the mystical Bell Cobra that was told about me earlier?' He asked himself.

A few seconds passed, as he opened his mouth again. "Now, every militia must have been executed..." He said in a barely audible voice.

"Hm?" Amon looked at him, with his false confusion. "Whatchu mean? Why were they executed?" Gan Fall frowned hearing that. "Don't I tell you that Shandian will release all the captured militias?" He said as Gan Fall raised his head.

"W-what are you talking about?" With a strange radiance of hope in his eyes, he asked.

"Well," Amon again took out his binoculars and threw them at him. "You can see for yourself."

Gan Fall quickly put his eyes in it, as his eyes widened in shock. What a pleasant surprise. “A-wat..” God's militia, they were released one by one!

"I mean, how can you expect me to kill a militia?" said Amon. "At some point, my father, Cobra died trying to make this dream come true, if I did the opposite, wouldn't his death have been in vain?"

Gan Fall's expression froze again. When he suddenly moved his head towards Amon. "You're the son of Cobra?! Y-you're Amon?!" He asked in disbelief. "Are you really Amon? The kid I picked his name for??" He screamed when Amon just laughed.

Amon scratched his head. "Well, yeah, I guess so. But never knew you named me." He said while chuckling. "After all, the world is a small place ..."

Soon, Gan Fall also started laughing. "Haha hahahaha!" He laughed as if he had regained his life, and gained something new, and deep down, he became deeply indebted and grateful to the Shandians. Although many of them died in battle today, he could not complain. This was a war that lasted for 400 years, during which most of the time, Militias of every generation were the ones who massacred the other party. Considering this, he did not have enough regret to complain about something that had already happened.

….

Immediately, Amon ignored the Golden Bell for now, and with the injured Gan Fall and its Spring, he descended to where everyone was there.

People saw him coming with Gan Fall, but they did not glance at him as they saw Amon alone. Hearing the bell, and seeing Gan Fall covered in blood, the winner was clear to them.

"H-Hey Amon!" That is Isa. After hearing the Giant Bell, all the tribe members were here from the hidden cloud village, even Isa with 6-month-old Aisa came here. "B-the voice ..."

Head cut. "Is that the ancient bell that our ancestors mentioned?!?!" He asked, excited.

"Hey, tell us!"

Everyone asked questions, but Amon just smiled looking at them. He did not answer directly. "Who knows, maybe I'm the only one making weird noises."

"AHHH!" People exclaimed their disappointment, but they were fully aware of his mischievous behavior. First of all, the question is just rhetorical. They just don't believe.

They ran towards Amon and started chatting with him happily. How they released the militia, how none of them died, and most importantly, how happy they were to hear the bell.

Beside them, Gan Fall stared at them with wide eyes. This is..the Shandia tribe that has been oppressed by its ancestors for 400 years...? Truly a happy tribe... How did they live up to now?

However, there was no one there to answer him at the moment, because Amon was just staring at him. Then look back at the tribe, he said. "Friends.I have decided to let it go, God Gan Fall lives." He said in a serious voice. "Are any of you against this idea?" He asked even though he knew their answer….

The tribe members remained silent, as they looked at each other's faces.

400 years. They have been oppressed for 400 years by Man and his ancestors before them. Will they let him go?...

"No" said Isa.

"Nobody opposed that idea. It's really over... We don't want to start again by killing him." He said while looking around. "The God's army has been liberated, hasn't it? Then we don't have to do anything to her ..."

"Don't get me wrong" Duy said as he looked at Gan Fall. "We don't like you at all. Actually, we hate you, and we want to kill you, you son of a bitch!" He said as his eyes became teary and his hand holding the gun trembled. He wants to blow his head off now. His wife starved to death, just because the tribe had no food at the time.

He hated the person in charge, this false God. He wants to kill her now, and she's not alone, every Shandian wants to kill her. "But you're lucky that our leader is a good boy, a good man" Duy said.

Gan Fall looked at Amon, as he only smiled. "Get out you old bastard, don't ever show your face here again." He said with a sweet smile, but Gan Fall found no hatred in his words.

"..." - ".Lowering his head slightly, Gan Fall took off his dignified robe, representing him leaving his position as a God, and then he started walking away with his Burung.

However, not so far away, he stopped and looked back. While bending over 90°, he said, "I like pumpkin juice!"
