Shanks was just one of many surprised.

The entire pirate faction experienced emotions rising and falling. 

First, they feel respect, fear and anxiety – then they start to get suspicious. Did the Celestial Emperor actually defeat Big Mom one-on-one? Or did he attack her with his group?

Soon, a small percentage of them began to have double thoughts ...

"Huaua! The Celestial Emperor defeated Big Mom? It's bullshit! He must have used some cheap tricks!"

A big fat woman with a pirate hat on her head laughed.

She had previously learned that her daughter was with Luffy the Straw Hat. Then the news was confirmed by Warlord Gasparde who was defeated by the Straw Hats. 

Furthermore, when Hina reaches the ship and is about to take Alice after defeating the Straw Hats, Alice refuses to cooperate.

He said he liked being on the ship - instead of being locked in one of the blues. He said, if his father really wants him back – he should come and take it himself.

All this makes Sengoku keep pressing – barely holding it. But now – now something relatively bigger has just happened!!

"Aargha!" Sengoku grabbed her hair, shouting as she could. He looked at the man sitting on the bench in front of him. "STOP EATING!"

The man, Garp, almost choked on his rice crackers as he started hitting his chest.

" Cough !" He's coughing. "What do you want now??"

"Huh?" Garp tilted his head. "Isn't the Emperor's death good? Now we have fewer problems to worry about. All the Marines are celebrating, I don't understand what makes you so depressed"

Sengoku covered his face. "Hahh... How are you a Vice Admiral with that brain?"

The death of an emperor looks good from outside – but its cons bring more than pros.

Sengoku explained after taking a deep breath, "To begin with – Emperors only rule the New World. Even if an Emperor died, it meant that the Emperor's territory would be preyed upon by other Emperors. So there's not much change."

He gripped his rice crackers. "What he did confused me. No matter how bad Big Mom is, we need to appreciate how great she is as a ruler. A lot of innocent people whose lives depend on it - but that kid killed them all."

There is a code of honor between high class pirates. They rob innocent people, they hurt them – but they never kill them without a proper reason. 

"Amon killed them all, that's not necessary!!" Garp growling.

Sengoku looked at the face of his old friend. A series of thoughts flashed across his head as he clenched his fists.

"Garp." She said. "The boy was as strong as Newgate was in his prime, if not stronger."

This causes the GARP to crackle. "What are you doing, Sengoku? Stronger than Newgate? You mean the kid's on par with Roger ?" Garp sneered, "Roger one of his own kind, pure monster. Don't compare a child with him!"

“This boy's trump card is speed. Considering Roger's defensive technique, this kid won't even be able to claw it."

"Moreover," Garp grinned. "He beat Xebec with me."

Sengoku looked at his friend, remembering that fight in God Valley… 

That's when the*knock* falls on the door.

Sengoku looked towards the door. "Lake in."

On his orders, a silver-haired woman came in.

"Fuyus? What brings you here." He asked, waiting for an answer as the young girl nodded politely.

Fuyu is a Sengoku girl rescued from a ruined island. Pirates have killed everyone on the island, only Fuyu survived by hiding in a well. From then on, he hated pirates and sought out certain pirates who killed his family.

Using his powerful demon fruit, "Aura-Aura" no Mi, he reached the rank of Vice Admiral quite easily.

He first glanced at Garp before straightening his gaze. "Fleet Admiral. We have an update on the report from a few days ago where our spies in Wano have told us about Yamato – King of beasts, 'Son' Kaido , who went to the outside world"

Wrinkles appeared on Sengoku's face. He already had a bad feeling about it.

"Reports say, he has attacked the Whitebeard Pirates' main ship."
