Clarra stood by the twenty-floor window and stared at the scene below in silence. He took a breath and exhaled slowly, then returned to the desk where he was on duty.
The woman sat down and pressed her back against the back of the chair, enjoying a heart-wrenching pain as the two lovebirds below embraced even in the open.
“Its okay Cla, this isn't the first time you've experienced it. It was even more painful than this. And you're lucky, this hasn't gone much further. You knew the truth long before you felt too comfortable and carried away.” He's monologuing.
Clarra then chuckled softly, laughing at herself who almost felt that what she had experienced the past few weeks was real.
I should have known, and understood, that what the man was doing was merely a diversion. He was heartbroken, and needed someone to fill the void of his feelings. He is too young to like.
Once again Clarra took a deep breath in order to get more oxygen for her lungs that felt dry.
What is it, and how does it feel to fall back for someone, and why should it be him? Why should Galang, who was able to melt the ice in his heart and make him feel better every time they spent time together even if only a few minutes.
Perhaps his calm, warm and friendly nature made him feel comfortable and put the confidence to open up. Although in reality it is still disappointing.
Disappointed? He doesn't even have the same feelings as you. What should be disappointed? Only you and your heart are disappointed.
“What next is there an exit schedule again?” Suddenly Galang was already in front of him, making Clarra jump so surprised.
“Jeez, Galang!” The woman half shouted.
“You why the hell? Daydreaming huh?” The man even laughed.
“Cih, happy to meet a girlfriend after two years apart.” Calra's sneer.
“Apaan?”
“Eh, haven't you guys broken up? continue if for example now see you again, that means you are made again dong?” Clarra straightened her body.
“Mmm ...”
“So don't worry anymore sir, your heart patch is home, and you should be happy for it.”
“Yes, I should be happy.” Galang replied, but the look on his face did not match what he said.
“What is it? Why is your expression even that?” Clarra turned on her laptop, opening up some of the reports she received from the employees below.
Steady where he stood.
“I was wrong no yes, if for example do not respond to Ara?”
“You mean?” Clarra is focused on her work.
“Eh, I forgot it's business hours. I shouldn't have talked about personal matters with you. After all it should not be something like this I talked about as well with others.” The man said.
Clarra gave a quick glance.
“Cla?”Â
“Ya?” He immediately responded.
“My current work is what?” Galang leaned his body, looking at some documents on the woman's desk.
“Help me check all these reports.” Clarra answered.
“A lot?” The man pulled the chair on the other side.
“Indeed.” Clarra stared back at her laptop screen.
“What should I send to Mr Dimitri?” Galang then sat down in the chair he had just pulled.
“So far no, wait for me to check first lah.” Clarra answered.
“Or if you want faster, help me now, so later in the afternoon you can leave it to your boss. So that tomorrow he can give a decision to the prospective recipients of this project.”
“Whatever you order, Bu.” Galang pulled a document from near Clarra, then opened it like the woman.
“So feel old when I hear you call me Bu.” Clarra muttering.
“Masa? Hahaha ..”
“About us not the same age.”
“You're too sensitive.”
“People at this age like me are sometimes too sensitive for everything, so don't mess around?”
“What kinds?” Galang frowned, but his attention was not diverted from the laptop and the documents in his hands.
“Do not overdo me.”
“Means?” The man glanced at a glance.
“Do not pretend to pay more attention even if it is just a concern, because the impact will be very large to me.”
Galang stopped his work for a while, then looked at the woman's face.
“A fragile person like me would very easily wish for little attention, so I try to keep everyone away from my territorial limits so that I will never feel hope for them. You know why?”
Galang.
“Because it hurts to know if reality doesn't live up to your expectations.”
The atmosphere felt quite quiet at that moment.
“Nah right, I also so discussed personal matters with you.” Clarra chuckles.
“Haih, .. why do you like to make someone feel that they are very important when in reality not?” Clarra was still focusing her attention on the laptop screen in front of her. While Galang was watching him.
There's something about this woman that no one has. His strength showed how weak he was. And all his decisiveness even shows how fragile he is. Especially after he knew many things about Clarra that at the beginning made him feel sorry for knowing that she had gone through many painful things during her life. And he witnessed how much pressure he was under, especially the pressure on his psyche.
But here comes Clarra. He faced it calmly and so maturely. Maybe behind the scenes he crumbled, but he never showed it in front of others. Although he had to pretend that he was fine, at least he always tried as hard as possible to survive then struggled.
“You know Cla, you can always say anything to me if you want, without being embarrassed or awkward. I'd be a good listener if you needed.” Galang.
“No need, thank you. I don't want to be too comfortable and end up making me dependent on others.” Clarra smile. “You know, because it will make me weaker and more fragile than before. And later I will be destroyed easily.”
Galang felt his heart as if it was being crushed firmly. As a grown man his heart was as gentle as that, and he was unable to resist this complicated feeling.
“What has my attitude been too excessive for you?” He finally stopped his work.
“Hum?” Clarra also looked.
“Have I done anything wrong to you?”
The woman looked at him for a while.
“No, it's just that my circumstances like this are not able to distinguish which are ordinary attitudes, just friends, and which contain certain intentions.”
“You mean?”
“Already, do not talk. Later I even digress everywhere.” Clarra laughed as she pushed the man's face with her hands.

"Where's Pah?" Amara sat on an empty chair beside her father.Â
They met in an office area that is quite strategic. Seen from the crowded conditions, what else in such working hours.
"good. You are good at choosing a place. How do you know this place?" Arfan looked around at the not-so-big building.
"From sosmed."
"It looks like it's going to be crowded during the day?"
"Yes, it's an office area around here."
"Indeed. Nikolai Group is only a few blocks from here right?"
"Papa memorized." Amara smiles.
"Of course, over twenty years Papa worked here." The man checked things out.
"If Papa agrees, can we rent this place for a few months?"
"Lease?" Arfan went back to his daughter.
"Yes." Yeah."
"You know what this place was used for?" The man investigated.
"You know, it used to be bakery, but because of lack of behavior the owner stopped and wanted to rent it."
"Really?"
"really. Papa don't see here there's a kitchen with all the equipment?" Amara walked to the other side, where a cooking area was complete with all the special equipment. There is even a large oven that fills one corner at the end.
"Hmm ... and what are you going to do in this place?" The father asked.
"Sort of a little cafe Pah. Or that shop."
"Why not make a food store that has a special theme?"
"Later to think again, the concept is still raw."
"Think of the ripe Ara. You can't just open a business if your plan is just like that. Because business is not just about capital, but it also requires perfect planning." Arfan.
"Yes Papa."
"So, how many months will you rent this place?"
"I want to try for three months first, Pah."
"Why a minute?"
"And we don't know, what if it turns out in time during the effort is quiet and not growing?"
"Yes you try to let dong be crowded. Don't rely on estimates alone, but you have to get up and make it a thriving venture."
Amara listen.
"The place is good and strategic, but it cannot guarantee it will be crowded or not. It all depends on how hard you try to develop it. There was a place open in a small and hidden alley. But because it has a good strategy and a good way to promote, it is still attended by many people."
"So in addition to starting a business, I also have to learn marketing strategies?"
"Yes. It has to."
The girl was silent.
"It's okay, Papa help."
"Really?"
"Of course."
"But you also have to try. Learn whatever is needed. Because help from Papa isn't enough."
"Okay, I understand."
"So how many months' rent are you going to take?"
"Three months Papa."
"Related?"
"Related."
"What if it turns out to be a lot?"
"Yes, continue to."
"Why don't we just buy them?"
"What?"
"Can't be good. Want crowded or quiet, you do not have to think about the burden of rent."
"And this name I started from zero Pah. Segini also feels like I'm kind of like that because I rely on capital from Papa. I should have put out my own capital, right? Not really from zero." Amara chuckles.
"It's okay. As long as Papa is able, papa will entrust it to you. Take care of everything, turn the money around, and make good use of every opportunity. Not everyone can be like you."
"Yes, I know."
"Papa hope you can keep Papa's trust, for whatever it is."
Amara nodded her head.Â
Then they came out of the building.
"That?" Amara grasped Arfan's hand and linked their fingers.
The two walked down the sidewalk throughout the office area.
"Hmm?"
"On Galang …."
"What?" Arfan looked at his daughter. "Have you met?" then he asked.
"Udah."
"When?"
"So afternoon."
"Where?"
"Nikolai Group."
"You come there?"
"Yes." Yeah."
"Are you better?"
"Now too."
"Early turned?"
Amara stopped her steps.
"Now what?" The man did the same as his daughter.
"How did you know I was there for that?"
"Just think about it." Arfan answered.
"Lied." Amara.
"No, Papa's serious."
"Why must you be watching me again?" The girl squinted her eyes.
"No Ara …."
"But how do I know I have that intention?"
"What else if you want to go there? There's nothing you'll look for but Galang, right?"
"Mm …."
"There's no way you'd want to see Clarra or Dimitri. Especially Andra?"
"What? Ngaco papa!"
"Eat him."
The girl laughed.
"So how? Reversed already?" Both continue their steps. Intending to spend time alone as they often do before Amara goes to Paris.
"No." Amara shook her head.
"Why?" Arfan tilts his head.
"I don't know."
"Kok don't know?"
"So it takes time."
"What's the time for?"
"Thinking."
"Thinking about what?"
"On this relationship."
"Why is he talking like that?"
Amara was silent for a moment.
"Maybe Galang was shocked because I suddenly came home without news."
"Hmm .. can be."
"Are there anyone else?" Amara stopped again.
"Eh, but it's impossible." The girl chuckled. "That time …." Both of his cheeks blushed as he recalled the incident at the hotel where he worked in Paris.
"What?" Arfan reacts.
"Umm .. nope. Hehe ..." then they continued on.
"If for example I turn again with Galang, how?" Amara spoke again.
"Not how." Arfan answered.
"Can?"
"Can Papa ban you?" Arfan turned the question around.
"Not really, hahaha."
"Eat him."
"So it's okay?"
"As far as you."
"But I don't feel good."
"Why?"
"Sister is a little different."
"I mean different?"
"Yes like I said earlier. He's asking for time."
"Give him time."
"Papa thought so?"
"Yes, like you said. Maybe he was a little surprised because of your sudden return?"
"Mm …."
"You can't leave someone so easily, and then just come back without further ado. He might have had a different life than you've ever left, or there might be something else."
"Do you know anything?"
"Not really, Papa just predicted. Two years is ara long."
"Hmm .. Papa really. People can change in time during that time, right?"
"Do you understand the looks?"
"But what if it's real?" Amara.
"What?"
"His brother changed?"
"Yes it's okay. Why why?" The man looked at the princess's face.
"Yes, why?" The girl laughed, even though her heart felt a little bitter.
"Umm ... Let's stop by there first?" Amara pointed at a shop at the end of the street.Â
"Do you think the place is good?" He pulled Arfan across a fairly crowded street that afternoon.
"We haven't eaten together in a long time" he said, and half ran to the place.
