"How are you preparing?" Dimitri closed the last document he signed.
"Current Sir." Error answering.
"Is there anything you need? You can tell the staff and they'll take care of it for you." The man said.
"No thanks sir. Everything's been handled."
"Yes?"
"Yes Sir. Everything I've given to Mr. Arfan, and his employees will handle."
"Hm …." Dimitri leaned his back against the back of the chair.
"You got along apparently?" The man slightly frowned.
"There's progress." Then he laughed.
"Yes sir."
"Thank God then, so you guys are working together on this?" Dimitri asked again.
"It can be called so sir." Galang chuckled softly.
"good. Om Arfan is usually the most difficult to work with. But to you he softens easily. Can't be trusted."
"Hmm .. I guess, I'm just lucky sir."
"Yes, you were right about that. And make good use of it, for your opportunity is scarce." Dimitri then got up.
"I have to go home, and this afternoon the debate with Rania will definitely continue." Dimitri again put on his suit which he always takes off when working.
"Dissented?" Galang frowned.
"Yeah, he wants us to go with you from Bandung, and I want us to welcome you to the hospital."
"What?"
"She and Anya are very excited about this. You know, your best friend is really very annoying." While the boss is kneading his temple which suddenly feels pain.
"And you only realized after five years?" He laughed softly.
"Yeah, he's always been passionate about everything. Anything has to be done, and crazy again I just have to obey him to keep him quiet."
"That's the solution, isn't it, sir?"
Dimitri.
"You think we're gonna win against Rania? Om Angga just lost, what else we. If you don't follow him, he must go alone to Bandung with the kids."
The boss frowned.
"No way!" He immediately moved from where he stood.
"Will you go home now?" Then galang asked.
"Of course, should I let my son and wife go to Bandung alone?" Dimitri hurriedly made a phone call, while Galang shook his head while laughing.
***
"Oh hey, did I just go in there?" Clarra crooked along with Galang who came out of Dimitri's room after making sure his boss finished his job.
"Yes, what's wrong?" The man put the phone in his suit pocket after checking the incoming messages.
"Someone under received the package on your behalf." Clarra handed a neat parcel to Galang.
"Oh, ... from the NStore?" He accepted it, then examined it.
A small black paper bag with the logo of a purple letter N contains a box object inside.
Clarra nodded her head.
"I see at a glance it seems like it is. You ordered a new hape?"Â
The two corners of Galang's lips were pulled back forming a smile.
"Thank you Cla." said the man and handed Clarra the documents.
"We don't have any extra work after this?" The man half asked.
"Yes, as you know." Clarra answered.
"All right then." They were both silent for a while.
"Well, Cla, I have to get to the hospital after this." Then Galang said.
"Hmm .. good." Clara nodded slowly.
The man breezed toward the elevator and intended to go home before finally stopping his steps in front of the iron box door, then turning around.
"Cla?" call her Clara.
"Yes?" The woman answered.
"We're not going to have a party for now because of Ara's not-so-good state. But I invited you to attend our wedding the day after tomorrow at the hospital." Galang looked back at his former lover's face for a while.
"Me?" Clarra pointed to herself.
"Yes." Yeah."
"I guess it's just for the closest people?"
"I think because you're Pak Satria's cousin, you're quite close to Mr. Arfan's family. Not to mention we work in the same room, right?"
Clarra's stunned.
"Only if you are ready. Neither is it okay, I understand."
"Umm .. We'll see? But I don't promise." said Clarra, diplomatically.
"Well then, you need to get to the hospital right now." Galang then actually got into the elevator which then brought him down to the bottom floor.
***
"What should be Mom? Actually, we could've gotten out of here, out of my apartment. I'll prepare what Mom and Dad need." He talked to his parents on the phone.
"Go home Lang. We have to be thankful at home." Mayang persuaded his son.
"Yes Lang, just a day. Tomorrow I want to give thanks when you don't exist? Isn't it funny?" The father nodded in the back.
"It doesn't have to be that way. Mr Arfan's family doesn't seem to be grateful?" answer again.
"That's their business, but if it's our family business here. Masa, you're the only mother's son who wants to get married just no special event at home? Where are you guys not having a party anymore, right? If there were, it would still be a long time." Mayang persuaded his son.
"Mr …."
"Sir Arfan was his son a lot, so even if Ara's marriage he did not celebrate, but there are still other children whose marriage they can celebrate. Well mother? You're just Lang."
It stopped in front of Amara's nursery door.
"Lang?" call his mother again, which makes the son exhale a little hard.
"Lang?"
"Yes ma'am yes, soon I will return to Bandung. Isha! This mother, maksa." Eventually, she was forced to agree to her mother's wishes.
"What really?" Mayang confirmed his son's words.
"Yes, Mom, it's a long time ago. I want a say to Ara."
"Hmm .. yes good." And then the conversation ended.
Galang was silent for a moment listening to the voice of people conversing in there. Amara and Piere must have known that Arfan was assigned to accompany his lover today, sounding quite pleasant conversation. It was evident from the carefree laughter that is often heard, especially Amara.
Galang pressed the door handle while pushing the object quickly. The conversation between the two people immediately stopped. Amara was lying half-sitting on her bed, and Piere was sitting on a chair not so far away from her.
The man entered without saying a word and immediately approached Amara, then he sat by the side of the bed as usual regardless of Piere's whereabouts there.
"Aren't you late?" Amara asked.
Galang shook his head, then he placed the small paper bag he had brought from the office near the girl's arm.
"What did you bring?" Amara grabbed the thing and examined it.
"Aren't you buying a new phone?" Amara asked again, to which Galang answered with a nod of his head. Then he took the thing out of its place.
"Let's not be lonely." Galang turned on the communication device and showed it to Amara.
"You can listen to music you like, watch videos, or even call me." He put it in Amara's grasp.
"The number and all the applications I have set exactly the same as in your previous page."
"Hum?"
Galang smiled.
"Hape you" he said, pointing out the object and everything in it.
"So, didn't you say I was destroyed in the accident?" Amara looked to be looking.
"Indeed."
"All the apps are new, have you set them up again?" the girl moved her fingertips, shifted the screen and pressed the button.
It seemed that everything on the flat object was exactly the same as hers. Even the profile photo of his social media account was the same as the one he made including the data in it.
"I set and download all the data you have and move it here." Galang.
"Can you?'
"Can I, now what can I not do?" The man leaned his body towards Amara.
"Hmm .. cocky!" The girl sneered, making Galang then laugh.
"Ehm …." Piere cleared his throat to make the two people in front of him realize his whereabouts.
"It looks like I'm going out for a minute, I have something to do." Piere spoke in French to Amara.
"Oi." The girl nodded her head.
"okay." Then the bule man immediately rushed towards the door and came out as he said just now.
The barn looks a little loudÂ
"Didn't he speak Indonesian?" he said, with a dislike tone.
"Can."
"Why did he just speak his language? I don't understand."
Amara laughs.
"Laughs?" Galang.
"It's okay, we can talk in the language, right?" Amara answered.
"Yes, but I don't understand."
"No need to understand, not a serious problem either."
"What did he say just now?" Struggling with his curiosity.
"It's nothing." Amara clenched her mouth tightly to hold back the smile when she saw the look of her lover's face changed.
"Later to learn the language of Parancis let me know if you guys talk."
Then Amara's laughter broke out instantly.
"Laughter, what's so funny?" Galang now with an annoyed look.
"So, why have you been like that lately? Weird know!"
"How indeed?"
"Here you are nothing relaxed, continue not to bother about trivial things. But now you're getting too serious."
"Times?"
"Yes." Yeah." Amara nodded her head.
"Did the work at Nikolai Group make Brother change?" Then he joked.
"Not really."
"But in fact, Brother has changed."
"Is that bad?"
"Continue?"
"I feel a little weird." Amara laughed again.
"Hm …." He stared at the girl's face.
"Don't you like me like this? How do you like me? Or do you like people like Piere?"
"Huh?" Amara frowned until her eyebrows looked intertwined.
"He seems like a pretty fun guy. Often makes you laugh like that, are you always cheerful if there is him."
Amara closed her mouth again.
"Sometimes I don't feel safe if there's him. Like Piere it'll turn you away and …."
Amara grabbed the hand that was resting nearby.
"Aren't you jealous of Piere?"
Galang.
"Aren't we getting married the day after tomorrow?"
The man did not answer.
"He's just me."
"I know, but still." He looked a little, but he felt funny in his own mind.
Amara was laughing.
"Don't laugh at me, this is normal know?" He touched the girl's face with the back of his hand.
Amara nodded but did not stop her laughter.
"Stttt!!" Steady with both of his cheeks that began to blush. Of course he felt so anxious towards this girl.
How could he laugh at himself for having this kind of feeling? But it felt pretty ridiculous to him.
"But ah, .. was relieved as well" he said, with both corners of his lips pulled back forming a smile.
"Lega why?" Amara stopped her laughter.
"I can make you laugh like that too." Galang shrugs his shoulders.
"Did you?"
Smiling again.
"You happy with me being like that hum?" Galang again leaned his body towards the girl.
Amara shook her head.
"But you look really happy when you're with Piere. You laugh a lot, and your face is always cheerful. Sometimes I feel like …." Suddenly Amara shut the man's mouth with her palm to stop talking.
"Don't you keep talking, brother make me dizzy." Then he said.
"Mm …."
"I like it anyway Brother. No matter Brother often makes me laugh or not, because when Brother often makes me cry even I still love Brother."
"So don't be like anyone else, because in this way I'm happy. If you're like someone else, what's the difference?" Slowly the girl's lips curved into a smile.
He touched her wrist, then pulled her down. Then he crumpled the girl's fingers and felt a warmth that immediately spread every time they touched.
"Even after everything we've been through, your feelings are still the same." The man said.
"So don't know how hard my efforts are so that I can escape Brother."
"Times?"
Amara nodded slowly.
"And you also don't know how hard I've survived. Although I finally got over with someone else." They remember times when they were apart.
Amara chuckled softly.
"We can't both move on?" Galang scanned the face on his right there are some scratches. Among them are quite striking even though it has dried.
"Can't falling love, when I found the one how can I expect to move on? When you never really too far gone." Amara sings slowly and intermittently.
"The memories won't go away, I feel pain everytime I hear your name. But I always think of you the same?" Then he smiled again.
"Don't go on, it's a farewell song." Galang's hand stretched out to grab the girl's neck and then pulled her until the distance between them disappeared.
Their faces almost pulled over and their lips almost collided, and Galang chuckled.
"Sister, I'm still sick." whined Amara, reminding.
"I know."
"Keep why do you often do things like this to me? Don't often why? My equal foot hand hurts when I move suddenly like this." Then he complained.
But Galang even laughed at his own absurdity.
"Sister!"
"I'm sorry" he said, letting go of the girl and letting her back lean on the pillow behind.
"I want to say goodbye" said Galang later.
"Pamit? Where is my brother going?" Amara was quite surprised to hear the words of her lover.
"Just go back to Bandung." Even the answer answered.
"Oh, .. kirain where to go." The girl laughed.
"And we'll see you again the day after tomorrow?" Galang still held Amara's small hand.
"What then? Then we'll meet again after marriage?"
"Yes, you're right."
"Mh …."
"Mom's gonna have a big thanksgiving at home before we get married next week." Galang.
"Size?"
"Yes. It's a kind of parenting wish I can't resist. Mom's gonna be mad and I'm gonna be hard."
Amara laughs.
"Seriously. If you're angry, it's dangerous." And Galang also laughed.
"Well me alone dong?"
"Yes. Just two more days. But your papa has assigned Piere, and I'm sure you won't be lonely if he's around." He looked back where the door was closed.
"Ah yes, Brother is right. He can also let me sleep here huh?" Amara with her cake.
"Gee! Why are you saying that?" Galang's forehead crinkled deep.
"Why?"
"Don't say anything like that, later if anyone hears it, it's a misperception."
"What?"
"On sleep accompaniment."
"Why indeed? If I sleep at night, right? Kayak Brother."
"Come, ... About that .. it is, but it is ... ."
"What?" The baritone voice in the back interrupted the conversation of the two people.
Galang turned his head again and he found Arfan standing in the wide open doorway, with Piere behind him.
"What did you just say?" The man stepped forward, and he stared at the faces of the two people alternately and suspiciously.
"What I sleep about." Amara answered, and her words made Galang pat her forehead while shaking his head.
Must have been misrepresented. Inner Galang.
"Who?" ask Arfan again.
"Sister Galang, who else? Which brings me every night, Galang, so he's the one who wants me to sleep."Â
Die me! He looked at Arfan's face that looked hardened.
"I am here even though it is often difficult to sleep, and Galang Brother there who if his head has touched the pillow directly just a dream does not know where to float." The girl pointed at the sofa near the wall.
Arfan looks dodged.
"Papa don't misunderstand me. Do you think Galang likes misunderstanding?" The princess slightly defended her lover.
"Yes, you said that." Arfan answered.
"But not like the one in Papa's mind with Kak Galang." The two men in question glanced at each other.
"You don't have to go back to Bandung today?" Then Arfan turned to his son-in-lawÂ
"Yes sir." replied Galang. "Kok you know?" He also asked.
"You know, your mother called me this afternoon."
"Duh? What did my mother say?" Galang was worried, afraid that his mother would say something else to her future father-in-law.
"Just ask you to go home first."
"Then?"
"Nothing else."
"Hm …."
"Hurry home, your family is waiting at home" Arfan said again.
"Mm .. good." He stared at Amara for a moment.
"I'm leaving, Ra." With a heavy heart he said goodbye.
Amara nodded her head.
"When do you see Sunday songs?" Get out of bed.
"Yes." Yeah."
"Let me call." He walked backwards.
"okay."
Stopped for a moment.
"I'm going sir." He said goodbye to Arfan.
"Hm …." The man simply replied with a mutter.
"The father who accompanied Ara is here right?" But Galang asked before leaving.
"of course. What do you think I came here for?" Arfan answered.
"Oh, .... I think …." The man glanced at Piere who was standing right beside him.
"I'm the one who accompanied Ara to sleep tonight." Arfan.
"It's good sir." Galang nodded, but then he frowned while looking at his future in-laws who immediately sat on the sofa near Amara's bed.
"Oh, go there. If you arrive late in Bandung, your mother will call again." Arfan half kicked him out.
"D-yes." He then glanced at the smiling Amara as he waved his hand.
Galang was stunned for a while, although he finally decided to leave immediately.
"I left" he said, and he came out of the room.
