"Your all day cheer?" Dimitri said after they both got into his car and Galang who was behind the wheel.

The two had just attended the last important meeting with some businessmen from abroad to hold a promising cooperation.

"It's customary sir." Error answering.

"Will win the lottery? Your face is a different aura." The boss still watches his subordinates.

"It's up to you." Galang rolled his eyeballs, but he no longer wanted to crush his boss.

Must be the kepermusangan si Oneng. His inner.

"Isn't Ara's operation today?" Dimitri spoke again.

"Yes, it should be a minute." He glanced at his watch.

"Well, then hurry, do you want to miss it?"

"Macet Sir" said Galang who stopped the black Mercedes Benz Pullman when the car in front of him stopped.

"Ah, I forgot that this is Jakarta." Dimitri put his head on the back of the chair.

"Yeah, and this is what causes me to prefer to use the motorbike than the car" replied Galang who also did the same thing.

"True, true." Dimitri also agreed.

The vehicles are moving very slowly. There were even times when they had not moved at all for nearly half an hour. And that's pretty frustrating.

Time and again Galang saw the clock getting longer indicating the time was getting late afternoon and was nearing the time of Amara's surgery.

His daydreams ran out when his phone rang, and it was Arfan's contact name who called.

"You're not done yet?" The man immediately asked as Galang answered the call.

"I'm still on the road, sir. It's jammed."

Arfan sounded snorting.

"What operations should be done?" I asked back.

"Ara is ready, and the doctor is too. They're just waiting for you to come." The in-laws answered.

He pulled and exhaled slowly.

"If I can't accompany Ara it's okay sir?" Galang ventured.

"Can't you go home soon?"

"I don't know. It's pretty far to the NMC, while the traffic is choked up here." Error answering.

"Hmm ... So what's your decision?"

"Can it start without me? Because if I wait, I don't know what time it'll be."

"Alright" said Arfan who ended the call shortly after.

The man then fell silent.

"You let them start the operation?" Dimitri.

"Yes. To finish faster." replied Galang who returned to run the car he was driving in silence.

The traffic that afternoon was indeed quite heavy, and they had to pass through it because it had already happened, and there was indeed no choice but to.

While the atmosphere at Nikolai Medical Center was quite calm. Although some people have been present to provide moral support to Amara who will undergo surgery on her face that afternoon, but they try not to cause an uproar.

Moreover, this was arguably only a small operation, but they still wanted to show their attention to the woman.

"So you can't come, can you?" Amara was disappointed. Knowing maybe her husband could not accompany her as she had said before.

"He said to start immediately. To have the operation completed quickly. No need to wait." Arfan approached his daughter.

"uh right? Is he still busy? From yesterday's promise?"

"Street jammed Brother." Arfan rubbed his back.

"You know that Jakarta is jammed every day? Why not try it out?"

"He's working, not walking."

"He was the second person in the Nikolai Group. He said his authority is the same as Kak Dim, kayak period so can't tell people to change?"

"The responsibility of Galang is great, it cannot be careless to give orders."

"Yesterday he said he could? People make the rules for NMC can."

"That's different. His job with Dimitri did have to do it himself, could not be replaced by someone else because it was his job." Arfan explained.

"If he could he would come." Dygta.

"So, is it okay if we start the operation now? Who knows when it's over, Galang's home?" Arfan with his spirit.

Amara was silent.

"Sister, this is not something that should be exaggerated. It is impossible not to try to finish his business quickly. But remember, he is also a human who has limitations. Who might not be able to do everything on time."

Amara looked up to her father.

"Our presence should be enough for you, and let your husband finish his business."

"Papa's right. So we better start the procedure now, huh? So you can quickly go home and we can get together again as usual." Dygta persuaded him.

"Mama agrees too. Galang has done his part, signed a letter of approval, taken care of your needs, and done everything necessary to make you get the best. So what's wrong with us doing our part?" Mytha came before her daughter.

"You defend Galang."

"Not defending Galang. Is that the truth?" Mytha.

"So how?" Arfan broke the silence that was created.

"Yes already." And Amara answered.

"What has it been?" Mytha reacts.

"Yes, the operation is now." Amara clarified her sentence.

"Yes." Yeah."

"Don't have to wait for the galang to come?" The mother assured.

"Yes." Yeah."

"Related?"

"Mommy's sure."

"Well then." Then Mytha turned to Arfan, and her ex-husband understood her gesture. They then contacted doctors and hospital staff who immediately prepared.

"Don't strain, you just have to pray for the process to go smoothly." Arfan pushed his daughter's wheelchair towards the operating room. Followed by Myta and Dygta who did not stop providing support. There were also some medics behind them.

"Don't be afraid either, because this isn't a big thing. You will recover quickly and everything will return to how it was. You hear?" said the man again strengthened his daughter.

Amara just nodded her head.

After a few minutes they arrived in front of the operating room. Doctor Kirana was ready to welcome on the doorstep with her special clothes.

"Welcome?" greet with a friendly smile.

"Are you ready?" ask her Amara.

"Udah." The patient answered.

"Well, then can we go in now?"

Amara nodded her head.

A medic takes over from here. He pushed Amara's wheelchair and almost took her into the operating room when a screaming voice rang out in the hallway.

"Wait!" Galang ran since he got out of the elevator, followed by Dimitri from behind.

"Aren't you done?" Amara with a face.

"Already, it's just that it was stuck in traffic" Galang replied with a gasp. He bent his body to keep it balanced.

Amara glanced at Mytha who then smiled. His expression was like explaining if his words were true.

"Sorry I'm late. Next time will no longer" said Galang again who approached his wife.

Amara shook her head with a smile, then she extended her left hand. And the man immediately slumped so they hugged.

"Don't be afraid, this is just a minor operation. Remember your face will be good again and everything will be back to how it was." The man whispered.

"Sister Saying Papa." Amara sobbing.

"really?"

"Hu'um." The woman nodded as if Galang could see it clearly.

"Definitely Papa taught you?" amara continued, holding her arm around the man's shoulder.

Galang chuckled and he glanced at Arfan who was behind his wife.

"Everything was taught" she said again, then she pulled away as she felt Amara let go of her hand.

"Everything?" He parroted, and Galang replied with a nod.

"That too?"

"What?" Galang crouched before him.

"His mode?"

"What mode?" The man frowned.

"Would you like ml mode?"

Galang's eyes widened and he covered Amara's mouth with his hand, stopping her from anything she would say.

"Don't talk about it now! I can have a scolding later." The man whispered.

"Ups!"

"Gum!" Galang cleared his throat then stood up.

"Well, now come in. Run the operation quietly while I wait here" he said later.

Amara reached out a hand that was immediately grasped by Galang.

"Wait for me, huh? Just for a second." They hold each other tight.

Galang nodded his head.

"OKAY. I'm in?"

"Yes." Yeah." Then they let go of that grip.

Medics pushed back on Amara's wheelchair until they entered the operating room.

***

Amara felt a cold air in that place. A large room with all its medical equipment is very complete.

He was laid on the operating table in special clothes. Not to forget the nurse's head covering put on him to keep his hair out of reach.

"Rilex huh?" Doctor Kirana approached and then marked the cheek part that he would surgery according to the existing wound.

Amara nodded.

"This will only last for a while" said the beautiful doctor who had held the injection device that had been filled with drugs.

Amara closed her eyes as Kirana's doctor pointed the tip of the syringe at her face.

A few seconds later she felt something penetrate her cheek skin, and it repeated itself several times.

Amara felt so cold and the whole face to her neck felt numb. Then drowsiness also attacked him immediately.
