"Don't daydream Lang!" Mayang reminded his son who was behind the wheel.

They immediately left for Bandung as soon as they finished with an important meeting that day. Which no one thought would happen an agreement to get the marriage done in such a fast time.

"We're only nine days until Ma'am's contract." The child is speaking.

"Indeed. Doesn't Ara have to be operated on?" Mayang answered.

"Don't you realize nine days is short?"

"Certain why? Isn't this what you want?"

"I think we're going to plan for a few months, or as hard as a few weeks. Not just nine days, then the day to the tenth marriage." Struggling with frustration.

"It's a good thing that Ara's mother didn't ask today, try if she asks today? We haven't brought anything."

"Don't Mr Arfan say it's okay to be pushed back?" galang Tukas.

"You want to reverse the plan?" Mayang asked.

"Lang's? You want to cancel this plan?" The woman repeats the question when the child does not respond.

"I'm just …."

"Cancel yourself if you want to!" said Mayang later.

"What?"

"Cancel yourself, mother does not want to interfere if the problem is like this. You take care of yourself."

"That's not what dong ma'am."

"Can you call your future father-in-law and say you can't get married in ten days."

"It's gonna be a problem, ma'am."

"Have you figured it would be a problem, what do you think?"

"I didn't think it would be this fast. We have nothing to prepare."

"Lang, abstinence for the male side rejects the insistence of marriage from the female side. What else if you've said seriously." Mayang.

"The thing is, I have no preparation. It's too sudden."

"Yes, if there is no preparation, why do you often meet girls? Yes, his parents were worried, so they asked to get married quickly."

Galang.

They arrived at the front of the house after approximately two hours drive from Jakarta.

"Did I sell the car again, ma'am?" He stared at his car parked in the yard.

"What's? Selling cars? Just bought it."

"motor also. If both are sold enough times yes for the cost of the wedding?" said Galang again who stared at the garage next to the house.

"Why should it be sold? Honey, it's your hard work." replied his mother who breezed into the house.

"But my savings are a little bit leftover. If you knew you were getting married, you wouldn't buy a car."

"Are they going to have a big party? I guess with Ara's situation like that, her family won't make a party?"

"Stay, Mr. Arfan, where would his son only be given a ring?" Galang laughing.

"Hmm ... about how to dowry? Have you asked?"

"Not yet."

"Well, what do you ask Ara?"

"Should it be Mom?"

"Only so that we know and can give the appropriate. So our giving is not in vain later."

Then Galang made a phone call as ordered by his mother.

"Sorry Sir? I'd like to ask you about the dowry."

Arfan asked Amara across the street.

"We leave it to you" answered Arfan.

"No special request sir?" Err asked again.

"No. It's up to you to give me what. The important thing is worth it and you can work on it. But it's not difficult either." said Arfan at the end of the phone there.

"Well sir, thank you" then Galang ended the conversation.

"How's it?" Mayang was already in the middle room when Galang entered.

"It's up to our abilities ma'am."

"Alhamdulillah, make the path easy." Mayang with a relieved look, although in fact Galang is still confused.

"Why confused is that? Hear it, right? If they don't burden us. That means our path is easier, don't worry." Mayang with his consolation.

"Stay ma'am, when we want to be careless. Shame on Ara's family." Galang complained, and his mind was in a state of turmoil at this time.

Not that she was unhappy with what would happen later, but how she could give the things she deserved for her wedding to be held in the next ten days. And it feels too short.

He then dropped his body on the sofa.

"How much savings do you have?" The mother asked again.

"Some this way." The man showed a mobile phone screen with the balance in his account.

Mayang laughed at the numbers.

"Lot less is it, Mom?" Struggling with worry.

"If you want to have a big party in the building it's obviously lacking."

"Continue?"

"If to buy a dowry as Mr. Arfan said I think enough."

"Times?"

"Yes, even more. They must have understood the situation, especially because of Ara's circumstances, so I made sure they wouldn't demand much. What's more about the party, it's impossible to have a big party for now."

Galang.

"But we can't even go there empty-handed, right?" Then Mayang back to the.

"That's what I mean."

"Wait a minute." Then the woman went up to her room on the second floor, and returned after a few minutes.

"It's useful too." He put a box on the table.

"What's this?"

"Our savings."

"Money?"

Mayang did not answer, but he immediately opened the box. In it there are several types of jewelry that he deliberately keeps.

"If this is used as a dowry, it is impossible. The model is old-fashioned and not suitable for Ara. We better sell it."

"Why sold? It's Mom's."

"Have our family. Mom bought it from your savings and gifts. I intentionally kept it for emergency purposes. And it turns out to be useful, right?"

He was silent again.

"Mom realized, we are not rich people who have a lot of money that can be used anytime if needed. But the mother has also considered everything, because having a son must be ready if at any time in forced marriage like this. Do not delay too long, especially with reasons not ready. And we also have to give the things we deserve even if we are not like them. I won't let your pride look low in their eyes."

He stared at his mother's face.

"Dad's got this too." Arif was sitting next to his son, then he put a savings book beside his wife's box.

Savings with a sufficient amount of balance made Galang frown.

"That's the severance pay from the factory?"

"Indeed. Plus what you send every month."

"Daddy don't wear it?"

"Wear it, but a little. The rest can make the cost of your marriage if needed." said the man who is almost the same height as his son.

"Isn't it? What else are you worried about? Everything we have, only your room that really strengthens the heart. Your path is so easy to be with Ara, and don't waste it. Or she'll be back out of reach." said the mother excitedly as usual.

Galang felt his eyes begin to heat up, and something like a bump in the throat. But his feelings of sadness were overflowing, and not quite spoken with any words. But one thing, he felt like he was the luckiest person in the world because he had two angels who always supported him no matter what.

"Have not cried." Mayang noticed his son's expression. He approached then embraced his shoulder, as did Arif.

"Don't worry anymore." The woman rubbed her son's back which started as hard as she could.

"Ah, want to get married but still like this? Not ashamed of you as Mr Arfan? Her daughter-in-law's time is whiny?" Arif laughing.

While Galang was even more so bothered to hear his parents joke.

"Okay, it's great to hear that. Hope everything is good until H." Satria closed the phone after a long conversation with Arfan.

The man reported about Galang and Amara's marriage which was finally decided to take place in about ten days.

"Now what?" Sofia was waiting nearby.

"They're getting married." The man replied.

"What?"

"Ara and Galang are getting married."

Sofia rolled her eyes in disbelief.

"Yes, Arfan told me himself."

"Why so fast?"

"It's time."

"I don't think it's going to be this fast."

"Yes, me too. But sooner or later it will happen too, right?"

"How about Clarra?"

"They broke up, right?"

"Yes, but …."

"Don't worry, Clarra's fine."

"really? How can?"

"Can be."

"You sure?"

"Related."

"Hmm... You're watching him too?" Sofia looked suspiciously.

"Only occasionally. He's in our family circle, isn't he?"

"Yes too."

"But now it seems like it's no longer."

"Why?"

"She's already with the right person, no longer can Larra reach her, so now Clarra is safe."

"Hm ...."

"So we can focus on Ara's marriage" said Satria, then she laughed.

"Ah, yes. Is there going to be a party?"

"Looks not. Ara condition does not allow for parties. Maybe just a deal."

"Ah, that's disappointing. I was imagining the party."

"Maybe it'll be darling."

"What party?" Daryl appeared on the doorstep.

"Hey Son? You're home yet?" Satria turned to her second son who had just arrived.

"Yes, as Papi saw." The man entered the room where his parents were.

"Tumben went straight home?" Sofia.

"Yes, I'm lazy to the store." Daryl dropped his body on the couch.

The couple looked at each other.

"You mean, there's no overtime in the office?"

"Umm .. no." Daryl replied with an awkward feeling.

"Darren?"

"Boy knows for himself how he works." Then he answered.

"All right."

"So Mama talked about the party?" Daryl then asked.

"Oh no, Mama was just wondering. I was thinking of a great party."

"What party? Is your birthday near? I remember long?"

"Not."

"Then what party?" Daryl asked back.

"Wedding."

"Whose wedding?"

"Fine."

Daryl froze.

"Mama's already excited, but given Ara's condition, it's unlikely that they'll have a party either."

"Ara want to get married?" Daryl was surprised.

"Yes." Yeah." Satria answered.

"Who?"

"With the Galang, who else?" answer the father again.

The 26-year-old froze.

"When?" Then he straightened his body.

"Ten days from now." replied Satria, somewhat hesitating. Seeing the look on his son's face that he knew what caused it.

Daryl exhaled quite loudly, with a feeling he somehow had to call it.

He then got up while rubbing his rough face.

Surprised? Yep.

Disappointed? For sure.

Although he already knew that this would happen, whether or not with whom, but in reality Daryl was unable to control his feelings.

"I'm ... go first" she said, and she was quickly out of the house.

Daryl got back in his car, and he immediately got gas from there.

Sofia and Satria looked at each other, and they knew why the son was acting that way. Among her three sons, only she can openly show how she feels and is close to Amara without feeling awkward or clandestine.

Although Daryl knew what their family was like, he didn't seem to care. Especially after knowing if the relationship between Amara and Galang ran aground two years ago, it was like being a cure for his turmoil so far. And he could freely approach the girl since they both came home from overseas adventures. And in fact, it was also what made him want to return home.

But apparently, things are really impartial. On the one hand the complicated family relationship that made Satria hinder her intention to approach Amara, and on the other hand the girl had also reached her soul mate.

"Daryl's heartbroken, Papi." Sofia with a soft look. Seeing her son again having to succumb to the circumstances made her feel pain herself.

"Yeah, what can you do?

"Ah, why should Ara? Had it been another girl then I wouldn't have banned her at all." Sofia with a disappointed tone

"We've done the right thing, honey, it's okay. It's just one other maturing process for Daryl." Satria tried to comfort his wife.

"Yes, but I don't have the heart. Our two sons must experience the same."

"But Dimitri is fine, isn't he? She has a happy family with Rania."

"Yes, I hope Daryl does too."

"Hm …."

"Ah, I feel so sad."

But Satria laughed.

"Are you glad your son is heartbroken?" sofia's protest will be her husband's reaction.

"Why should I be sad. I'm sure this won't last long."

"really?"

"Yes, he has a lot of activities and a lot of busyness. One of them is bothering Ara's employees." The man explained.

"Oh yeah?"

"Yes, so why should we be sad? Daryl will recover quickly, as will Dimitri."

Sofia frowned.

"Don't get too thought out, they'll find the right soulmate if it's time. And eventually will be happy too."

"What about Darren? Don't-don't he either …." Sofia remembers her third son.

"No, don't worry about Darren. She's doing just fine. He's just learning how to be a real Nikolai. Without thinking about personal life, or girls. He's safe."

"You sure?"

"You doubt my oversight of my children?" Satria squinted her eyes.

"No dear, I mean …"

"Trust me, now all that is busy is work. But do not know if for example there is a secretary or employee who attracted his heart. I'm not responsible for that."

"Hmm ... so the only worry is Daryl?"

"Maybe, but not too worried either. He'll be fine, trust me."

"Would you do that?"

"Hmm ... so .. let's take a break? I'm tired." Satria got up and pulled the woman towards the stairs leading to their room on the second floor.
