Amara had not gotten out of bed since she opened her eyes. He even continued to roll his body with a blanket in a state of the room is still dim, even though the sun has risen.
He decided to take a day off after waking up feeling not okay. His head was dizzy and his eyes were still swollen the rest of the crying last night.
If Piere hadn't forced her to go home, she would have stayed at the airport for some absurd reason.
Amara repeatedly checked her phone to see if anyone was calling, or texting her. And the most he expected was that Galang might contact him.
But no, the man did not even unblock his whats app number, and his social media account disappeared when Amara searched for it last night.
He forgot, if Galang blocked all the media access that allowed him to contact him.
"Sister Galang, why just leave? Why don't you keep seeing me? We can talk first!" he said, on his illuminated phone.
His attention was then sidetracked when he heard someone knocking on the door. That made him force himself to get up immediately.
"Hey, are you okay?" Piere appeared as soon as Amara opened the door.
"Hm ...." The girl replied with a murmur.
"From the morning you're hard to contact, you know the manager said you were asking for a day off?" Piere followed him in.
"Yep (iya). My phone's dead."
"Is that so?"
They sat on the available sofa.
"Hey, are you hungry? Looks like you just woke up? I brought you some food." The man showed me the package he was carrying.
Amara did not answer, but she immediately bent her legs so that they stuck to her chest, then hugged her and cried loudly to hear Piere speak like Galang was nearby.
"Hey, don't you cry anymore? Your circumstances are worrying." The man approached.
"He can't be reached, Piere. I can't call her." Amara slid her face between her knees.
"How can you?"
"I forgot to follow her social media a few weeks ago. But he replied to me by blocking all the things I could use to contact him." The girl was crying hard enough.
It was quite painful, and he felt like he could do nothing more.
While Piere only scratched his head that did not itch. He didn't know what to do to stop it.
"You want to go home?" And the question succeeded in making Amara's cry stop.
"From this you'd better go home." Continue the man who since last night witnessed how bad the girl in front of him was.
"You seem to love him so much that his passing leaves you down like this." Piere chuckled a little.
"When he goes home to your country, and you can go back there too. You're only sixteen hours away by air, and it's not the twenties. You can look for him wherever he is without going to encounter any significant difficulties. You know, you're very capable of that?"
Amara rubbed her wet face.
"What makes you feel so hard?"
The girl then turned to look at him.
"It's not the end of the world, you can still track him tofu?" The man laughed while rubbing the top of his head.
"Just go home first, and then come back at graduation. What's difficult?"
"Why do women like to exaggerate problems? Not focused on solving?"
"But it takes time to take care of the return. The letters, and everything." Amara finally opened her voice.
"Then do! How many days do you want to spend like this? Whether it's two days or maybe a week, then do it from now on! At least you've tried." Piere.
Amara was silent.
"Hurry up, will I drop you off or go alone?"
"But you're at work?"
"No. I took a vacation today too. Intentionally because you want to do something. But hearing the manager say that you didn't go to work made me think again."
"Come on, get ready!"
...ΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩ...
Clarra frowned to find Galang walking into the Nikolai Group building just a few minutes before work began.
"Will you go to work?" The woman asked when their distance was near.
"As you see yourself." Stopped the step.
"I've emptied the schedule for you both" Clarra said.
"really?"
"Yes, did Dimitri also enter today?" Clarra looked behind the man's back.
"Looks not. He still wants to be with his family."
"Is that?"
"Yeah."
"Why don't you do the same? That sixteen-hour journey long knew?"
"What is this attention to you?" He pulled both corners of his lips together to form a smile.
"But thank you, I have to keep working."
"It looks like your head hit something huh?" Clarra laughs.
"Hum, what?"
"Have your head hit? Or someone hit him so that your mind just works? And yesterday begged me to give you some leave?"
"That's it, but after I thought it seemed like it kept working there was good too. You know, going to Bromo can be anytime." Error answering.
"What's? Bromo?"
"Yes. The plan is for me and my motorcycle community to go to Bromo. But I'm not going to come in at last."
Clarra's speechless.
"So it's better to just work."
"When should you go?" Clarra looked enthusiastic.
"It should be next week." Error answering.
"Next week?"
"Yeah, ...."
"It has to be four days? Can't be less? Isn't Saturday a holiday? Looks like you can go on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning?"
"But my friends are going to go on their Rabbit's day."
"Why?"
"Softer?"
"Yes." Yeah."
The woman was silent again.
"Is there a good view?" Then he asked.
"good. Very good in fact. Especially if you see the sun rise. You'll get a view that's nowhere else."
"Have you been there?"
"Frequently."
"Now?"
"Know for yourself since entering this company I rarely take holidays except Sunday?"
"That's why you begged to take a leave of absence for that long?"
"Yeah."
Clarra nodded her head.
"So ... Which should I do?" Dismissing the topic of conversation.
"Umm .. wait for me to search first. Was I supposed to do it because I thought you weren't going in? But ...."
"Then I'll just do it here, so that there'll be a conversation partner." Galang walked around, then pulled a chair near Clarra's.
"What?"
"Working alone in that room is not good. It's like I don't have anyone." The man laughed, then sat down not far from the main secretary of Nikolai Group.
He put down the bag, then took out the laptop he was carrying. Received the documents Clarra offered, then began working on her part.
"How does it feel to always work alone, Cla?" He spoke before.
"It's normal."
"Do you not need a partner?"
"Partner what? You and Mr. Andra, right?" Clarra laughed awkwardly. This was the first time he had worked one table with someone, because all this time there had never been anyone who could work with him. Especially this close.
"I see in some other companies, secretaries usually have partners?"
"Not with me."
"Why?"
"As you once said. I'm fierce, let alone partner, mate just don't want to come closer?"
"Hmm .. that's why it's changed." Galang muttered, though timidly.
"No, why change for someone else? What's delicious?" Clarra answered.
Stare at him for a moment.
"How old are you really?" Then he asked.
"Why ask about age? You want to make fun of me again, right?"
"Just want to make sure."
"Sure what?"
"If I act as you should."
"You mean?"
"My way of speaking, my way of behaving. Who knows you're uncomfortable, so you're often bad?"
"You're!" Clarra.
"I'm serious."
"I'm 30 next month." Clarra then answered
"really?"
The woman nodded her head.
"Isn't age just a matter of numbers?" Galang then said.
"Hum?"
"Because I feel like we're the same age. Hahaha." said he.
"Ish, what the hell are you?"
"Or do I have to call you Mother?"
Clarra looked grunting.
"Eh, forgot. I haven't called you that in two years?"
"You are indeed an impolite junior!"
"And you're a fierce senior."
"Why are you always so close to me?"
"Because I like being close to you."
"What?"
"Your aura makes me always want to work. You're like a laptop that if I open it, then all the work is immediately plastered in front of me."
"What the hell are you?"
Galang laughed out loud.
"Well, you are that serious. Not cool!"
"Indeed. I came here to work, instead of kidding you know?"
"Yes yes, I know."
"Hurry up and do your part!"
"Good senior ma'am."
"Good, that's sweet. Be a good junior." Clarra smiled a smile.
Then they both started working.
