I don't understand what you mean

The days of Vania passed with a heavy heart. He was like a stranger in his own home. Even to meet his mother alone was so difficult because his father seemed to dislike his wife lingering outside the room.

"god, is this a punishment for me who defies my parents' orders? I just don't want to be betrothed to that man" Vania complained with tears.

Almost a week papa Firman ignored Vania. Even when Vania wanted to see him, Papa Firman always refused on the grounds that he was resting. That makes Vania more and more uncomfortable at home and often time outside.

Vania chose to spend her time at the nearby campus and park by leaving early in the morning and returning late in the evening. He did this every day for a week since the dispute with his father.

This morning Vania remembered something. He must return to the SA Group building to meet Devan. He forgot to borrow his identity card.

Vania hurried to finish her book and put it in the bag. He was determined to keep going. He no longer cares will be able to stay in or even be expelled by security.

Vania immediately ordered a taxi online to deliver it to the SA Group building. And soon the taxi came. He immediately got into the car. Afterwards the taxi driver drove his car to take the passenger to the requested address.

After almost an hour, Vania arrived right in front of the gate of a magnificent and tall building. He immediately approached security to deliver his destination after getting off the taxi. But unfortunately the security could not let just anyone pass through the gate that was two meters high.

Vania continued to negotiate with the security guard at the gate so that she could stay inside. But unfortunately, his efforts were in vain because indeed without an identity card they could not enter except the family.

After going through a long debate, Vania finally began to despair and willing to accept so strict company regulations.

But just as he was about to step away from the security post, suddenly came a luxury sedan car that was about to enter the gate. Two security guards outside immediately ran to open the gate for a sedan car that was so familiar to them.

Devan, unaware of Vania's presence, enters the opening gate. And when the gate will be closed again Vania shouted and forced to enter the gate because she saw the figure of Devan with another bule man opening the car door.

Vania screamed out the name of Devan to hear and turned towards him. And sure enough, Devan was surprised to hear the noise of the people outside the gate.

Devan walked out to find out the sound that was bothering his ears.

"i'll take care of it sir" Ronald said, stopping his boss's move that would see a commotion outside.

"no need, I just feel not so familiar with the voice, and I want to see it firsthand" he replied as he approached the security guard at the inner post.

Devan made his point to security to open the gate. He was so surprised when the gate opened and found the figure of Vania who was being blocked by two security who masyinh each holding the right and left hand of Vania.

"let her go" she snapped quickly as she felt unwelcome with the girl she loved in pain.

The two security guards immediately released their handrails. They felt fear because they saw the big boss looking angry.

"Let him in" said Devan who began to understand the reason his men did all that.

Vania walked over to Devan. Without speaking Devan walked first into the SA Group building. Ronald immediately follows her and asks Vania to walk tailing with him. The three of them were in front of the elevator. Devan, Ronald and Vania entered the elevator special section for the president director which is located in the middle between the employee lifts.

The elevator carrying Devan has reached the 20th floor, the top floor where there is only a special room of the president director and his assistant, the presidential secretary room and a pantry.

Devan enters his room followed by Ronald and Vania. Devan sits in his seat of greatness and asks Ronald to leave them alone.

Ronald immediately followed his boss' orders to leave the room. But previously he allowed Vania first to sit in a chair in front of Vania which is only a work desk.

Devan's gaze was so cold. Yes, actually this is a way to not continue to dissolve in sadness because of seeing the girl he loves.

"what's it gonna take until you get here?" the tan is so cold yet with gentle intonation.

"i want to ask for clarity from everything you've done" Vania replied staring intently at her interlocutor

"you mean?"

"what you told my papa until now he no longer cares about me, even he treats me like I'm a disobedient child" he said with a face that began to blush with anger.

Devan frowned because he did not understand what Vania was saying. He felt like he was saying something that would make Papa Vania hate her daughter.

"why are you quiet, huh?" he continued because seeing his interlocutor who was just silent did not answer his question.

"i don't understand what you mean"

"you don't have to pretend to be stupid anymore. I wonder what you said to Papa until he even more forced me to accept this matchmaking. Even papa is more on your side. Papa ignored me and was reluctant to meet me even though I was his own son. Didn't you yourself say you were going to tell papa that you were going to ask for this match to be annulled for reasons that wouldn't corner me? so now what? where's proof? I'm sure you're just the opposite by saying the no-no and asking papa to keep making the match that you know I never expected at all" she explained excitedly because of the growing emotion.

Devan just kept quiet not responding because he knew this was all just a misunderstanding. He did not feel like he was pumping papa Vania to continue this matchmaking.

"i can explain" Devan replied gently.

"explain what? don't tell me you're gonna dodge after doing everything that's hurt me. I really hate you. You are a man who has no mercy. I know you have everything and you can do whatever you like. But remember, it's not that easy you can buy me with your money. I won't forgive you that easily"
