That morning Devan and Vania traveled to Bandung as planned last night. Devan, who is not used to the help of drivers, prefers to drive his own car. Besides being more comfortable, he can also be more free to be alone with his wife while enjoying the scenery around.
"Our journey is still an hour and a half away, if you sleepy go to sleep first" said Devan as he continued to focus on driving after a moment he glanced at his wife who seemed to yawn many times either because of boredom or drowsiness, thought. Vania's face looked really tired. Every now and then the woman moves to justify her sitting position.
"All because of you" said Vania with her sweet lips. "Udah knew this morning would go out of town, still disrupt sleep every night" he said ketus.
"Well, what else, baby. You always make me opiate every night" Devan replied casually by folding his lips with a smile.
Vania just rolled her eyes in annoyance at her husband's answer which was always like that. Yes, her husband was almost every night asking for his rations tirelessly since Vania came back with him.
Vania decides to close her eyes in exchange for her already disturbed night sleep. The drowsiness that had attacked him made both his eyes closed quickly. Devan pulled the corner of his lips to make a smile watching his wife quickly fall asleep.
After tens of kilometers later, the car they were riding stopped and parked in front of a luxurious house they were headed to. The guards and housekeepers immediately approached to help unload the items from Devan's car after getting instructions from Oma.
Devan still silently watched his wife who was still asleep. It felt like he could not bear to wake Vania when he heard the fine snoring escaping just like that.
"Sleep was so good" Devan said, followed by a smile.
Devan got out of the car and switched to the car door next to Vania. His hand opened the door and intended to carry his wife. But when his hand touched Vania's hand suddenly the eyes were open.
"Mas, what do you want?" asked Vania in her lazy voice.
"You awake? I was just about to take you inside"
Vania circulated her gaze watching around. And sure enough, he had arrived at his destination address.
"Oo we have arrived, why not just wake me up" he said, confirming his slightly messy hair.
"Your sleep looks very good. I can't wake you up. Yes, let's go down" asked Devan to thrust his right hand to help Vania get out of the car.
Vania and Devan enter the house whose door was opened by a housekeeper. Their footsteps led to a living room where an elderly woman sat with a cane beside her. Vania walked over after greeting the woman who had given birth to her father-in-law. His tall slender body was held tightly by Oma because of the longing he had felt since his daughter-in-law's granddaughter left home because of household problems.
Devan who looked at the two of them took off each other longing only to quietly lean his body on the wall while putting his hands on his stomach. It was a very pleasant sight, he thought. Seeing the woman he loved was acceptable to his extended family was an immeasurable happiness.
"Oma misses you so much, baby" said Oma rubbing Vania's back. Her tears just escaped while hugging Vania.
"Vania too, Oma. I'm sorry Vania has hurt you"
Oma distanced herself from Vania. Both of his hands were still attached to Vania's arms. For a moment he stared at the sweet face of the young woman. There was a smile painted on that already wrinkled-looking face.
"Yes, Oma. Vania now understands the true meaning of honesty and family" he said, glancing at Devan with a smile. Smile is proud to have a partner who has been able to understand his situation and make him feel capable and worthy of love.
Devan returned the smile by nodding and blinking his eyes slowly. Not forgetting his big smile he reviewed as the meaning of his happiness. Devan walked up to Vania who was still standing right in front of Oma. His right hand embraces and brings the shoulder of the woman he has longed for and loved closer to his body. At first glance he briefly dipped the top of Vania's head. Show how sorry he is to the woman who is now his wife.
Oma was so happy to see the togetherness of her granddaughter-in-law and granddaughter-in-law. Her happy smile was always drawn from her face.
"You must be tired. Rest in the upper room. Your stuff is also inside. Later when it's lunch time let Auntie call you" said Oma.
"Iya Oma, thank you" replied Vania who then left the family room with Devan to the room that Devan used to occupy while staying there.

In the afternoon after Maghrib prayers, Devan asked Omanya for permission to go out with Vania. The man wanted to take his wife to go for a walk to enjoy the atmosphere of Bandung night for the second time after the first time was still a newlywed couple.
A luxurious black sedan driven by Devan leads them to an address known only to Devan.
"Where are we going?" ask Vania who has been in the know how many times because since from the house of Oma Devan still keep it a secret.
"Later you'll know, baby".
Half an hour later the sedan stopped right in front of a cafe which was quite large and crowded.
"VAN CAFE?" ask Vania to Devan after reading the name of the cafe listed on the top building of the cafe.
Devan nodded with his trademark smile. The man turned off his car engine.
"Let's go down" he asked as he removed the seat belt wrapped around his body.
Devan got out of his car and moved to the left door to help his wife get off. Vania who had just been silent while thinking immediately gasped when the car door was opened by Devan from outside.
"Come, why shut up?" asked Devan softly. He reached out his right hand to help Vania.
It didn't take long for Vania to welcome her husband's hand and get out of the car.
Devan shut the car door. He took his wife and led her into the cafe.
