Love Vania

Love Vania
You always suck

Czech....

The sound of someone opening the door handle from the inside and pulling it slowly made the door open.

Devan saw the figure he was looking for. Without saying a word, Devan hugged Vania's body.

"Mas, don't be like this" said Vania trying to let go of her husband's embrace.

"Shut up. Don't fuss" Devan denied without changing his position.

Vania was silent no longer able to answer. He could only feel the warmth in the arms that he had always longed for.

"Mas, let go first. It's not nice to see the mothers in front" Vania said.

Devan keeps his body away from Vania. He looked back. Sure enough, there were some mothers watching them.

Vania tried to smile to greet the mothers who stopped in front of the fence of her house.

"That's what, Miss Dani? Kok came to play hugging" said one of the mothers with a satirical tone.

"I'm her husband, Mom" Devan replied in a slightly loud voice for the mothers to hear.

The mothers were surprised to see the good looks of Vania's husband. They think that Vania, whom Dhani knows, is an unmarried woman.

"What's right, ma'am? kirain mbak Dhani just lies often say have a husband, because he never saw" said one of the mothers.

"Yes, I think so too, so inevitably the same match with my nephew you know" said the other chimed.

Vania smiled at the words of her neighbors mothers. Hesitatingly, he nodded softly, "Yes Ma'am, he's my husband. He lives in Jakarta".

Devan's smile expands instantly hearing Vania admit it. He looked back at Vania with a gentle look.

"Yes has been continued again aja kangennya. Sorry to disturb you. Monggo, mbak Dhani" said the mothers.

"God, ma'am monggo" replied Vania who understood their language a little.

"Are you going to keep letting me out?" devan asked after the mothers left.

"Oh yeah sorry, mas. Please come in" Vania said, letting Devan through.

"Why was the door left open?" devan asked as he saw Vania following him in without closing the door again.

"It's not good if anyone sees it, ma'am. He thinks we're doing something"

"What if we do anything, we are husband and wife. Remember you are still my legal wife. I never dropped a talaq on you" Devan said, making Vania remember her status.

Vania just stayed in place. Devan, who was already sitting on a long wooden bench covered in foam, just stared at the wonder of his wife.

"I drink first, mas" said Vania suddenly to relieve her nervousness.

"Not come here" Devan said as he patted the seat beside him.

Vania is not moving. He felt awkward to be close to Devan.

"Why silence? Do you want me to pick you up and put you in my lap?"

Devan's question made Vania gasp. Spontaneously he shook his head. Vania is about to approach Devan. Devan stopped his steps.

"Wait to close the door first" Devan said pointing towards the door.

"But____"

"Would I tell these mothers that you purposely went to this town to leave me?" devan threatened.

"Chey, sucks" Vania snorted annoyedly by stomping one of her left legs to the floor then turned towards the door to poke her down.

Devan immediately folded his lips holding back a smile at the upset Vania.

After closing the door, Vania sat on the same bench as her husband. Because he felt awkward, he gave a distance so as not to get too close.

Devan who saw Vania away made him shift his seat to be close to his wife.

"Ouch" cried Vania in pain as Devan flicked his finger on Vania's forehead. Vania rubbed her forehead.

"That's a reply to a wife who dares to lie to her husband"

"Mas, i____"

"Hush still. I already know everything. You live in a city where people have changed a lot. But why is it still stubborn" Devan prunes.

"Well, where did you know?" ask Vania wonder

"I met Sherin this morning on my way to the airport"

"So he told me everything?"

"Yes, except for one thing. The reason you lied to me" Devan stared intently at Vania's eyes. "If you still love me? why don't you want to go back?" continues asking.

Vania was silent and lowered. He didn't know where to start answering. A secret known only to her, the doctor and Sherin must inevitably tell her husband. But there is a fear that Devan will throw away and leave him.

"Why silence? What are you hiding?" tanya Devan grabbed Vania's chin to look up at her face.

"If I say it, are you sure you'll still want to be with me?"

Devan nodded, "Whatever and however you are. God willing I can accept, say" said Devan softly.

"Do you want a child?"

"Of course, which man does not want to have children from his marriage. Especially from the woman he loves".

"What if I can't give you?" vania asked making Devan frown strangely.

"What do you mean?"

"I often had bleeding after curettage that I had experienced so I had to go back and forth to the hospital for treatment. The doctor finally said if my womb was having problems. And it's unlikely for me to get pregnant again" Vania said with a trembling body at the end of her sentence. He could not help but feel tightness in his chest remembering what the doctor had told him.

Devan hugged the crying body of Vania. He could feel how much pain Vania had been feeling all along. "I'm sorry, honey. Because of me, you're like this" Devan said to kiss Vania's head.

Devan took off his embrace. It covers both of Vania's cheeks that are wet with tears.

"Dear, listen to me. All married people want to have children to strengthen their marriage. But back again, the child is the windfall of Allah. We as human beings can only pray and pray. I promise I won't leave you. If you are you we can take various actions to re-fertilize your womb. Trust me, everything will be fine".

Vania nodded her head. There was a sense of relief in his mind. He reattached his body in Devan's arms.

"Today I come. You should be happy. I don't want to keep seeing your tears" Devan said stroking Vania's hair.

Vania let go of his embrace. He wiped away the tears on his face.

"Mas already eaten?" asked Vania in a hoarse voice.

Devan shakes.

"I'm gonna take a minute"

"Can't you cook?" devan said in disbelief.

"I learned a lot here. It's too bad if I just rely on something with money" Vania said.

"Ceh.." sizzle Devan. "You're the stubborn one, the debit card was returned" Devan took the wallet from his pocket. He took out a card that had once been given to Vania. "I don't know how much it is, I just keep adding it every week hoping you'll wear it. Take it. Don't make me continue to feel sinful because you never received a living from me" he continued handing a debit card to Vania.

Vania just kept still not moving.

"Why silence? take it or I'll defrost it and hand it in front of you?"

"Necessary, mas. I'll take it" Vania said, then took the card from Devan's hand.

"Well, that's dong. Why must be threatened first to recede" said Devan held back laughter.

"You're always a bitch" said Vania, waving her lips and stepping away, making Devan laugh.
