Chapter 54. My 22nd Birthday

After breaking the fast that day, Adi got serious about my relationship with him. Om Ilyas responded well and agreed Adi chose me. 

"I agree with Riri..." Adi said as we were leaving. 

"Again what?" I'm embarrassed. 

"Yaa fits the same choice Ka Adi. So yesterday it was fitting RIri again pray with Mama, Ka Adi chat with Om Ilyas. That's a lot of talking anyway. And the point is that Om wants and agrees that Ka Adi is more serious with Riri." Adi Clear.

"Alhamdulillah if that is Ka.. Oh yea.. The Mbak Tiwi event is like next month. Proposal first.. You asked Bulek Cici." 

"What day is it?" Ask Adi.

"Weekend, it's like Sunday..." 

"It's Sunday InsyaAllah Ka Adi can be because it's a holiday, but hopefully Ka Adi not picket schedule yes..." 

"Emang hasn't been out of schedule yet, have you?" 

"Yes not yet dong, it's still not in July." 

"Yes anyway... Usually early in the month come out hahaha.."

"Yes, did you forget?"

"Hehehe.... Understandably most of the same thesis task." 

"Passion, dear..." 

"Yes, thank you, baby.. Are you busy with your work?" 

"Yeah. Because the new project is so busy...." 

"Don't forget to eat.." 

"Yeah eat mah definitely, will bring provisions also from Mama." 

"Yes, don't snack too often.."

"No, Ka Adi is rarely a snack. Food on the road is sometimes unhealthy... Eating in the Mall."

"Yes, it's cleaner, because inside."

Almost every day now Adi always take me to campus, Adi really step by step approached me. From the stage he drove me just from near the house until he finally drove me to college. 

"Thank you Ka.." I answered while cleaning the bag.

Before getting out of the car I kissed her cheek. 

"Well baby.." Pamitku while opening the car door.

"Heart, too..." I closed the car door and waved to Adi.

I walked into the campus with a happy heart, because tomorrow is my 22nd birthday. It doesn't feel like 2 years I'm 24 and that's the target age for me to get married. 

"Eh tomorrow we're bukber yuk.." Take Mily while we're gathering in the car.

"Yuk.yukk.." Answer Fily.

"Judah gas is that tomorrow we bukber..." Sissy Sahut.

"That means you fast tomorrow.." Viana Sahut.

"Oh yes, I am fasting..." Answer Sissy was forced.

"Masa??? Really huh?" Ask Fily like a prank.

"Gue's fasting tomorrow."  Sera Sahut.

"Yaa lo mah emang diligently follow us fasting Ser." My answer.

"Resty can come?" Ask Mily.

"I can't go with Ka Mily, because I want to break my fast at home." Answer Resty.

Resty always refuses if we take him away. 

"Si Yanti is cool again, is she playing with her new friends?" Ask Fily to Aira.

"Yeah it's hard on him now.. Same with the kids of the law." Answer Aira.

"Judah justin she's just learning that identity again." Sissy Sahut.

"Pantes he left the group.." Tami Sahut.

"Yes, that's why.. Just let him be first.." Sahut Mily's. 

"Well, could this be tomorrow other than Resty?" Ask Fily. 

"God can do it.." My answer.

The next day after the completion of campus activities, we immediately rushed to the Senayan area. The streets have begun to crowded because it is approaching the maghrib bedug. 

"Si Mily's in front, huh?" Ask Sissy.

"Udah... You know he's driving like a racer." Answer Viana.

"It's a boarding place, isn't it Fily?" Tana Sissy again.

"Udahh.... Bawel very you." Answer Sera. 

Yes, in the car SIssy there is Me, Sera and Viana. While in Mily's car there are Tami, Fily and Aira. 

"Ihhh already lar so bawel.. I'll follow the fast with you guys." Answer Sissy. 

We all laughed because Sissy nagged funny all the way because the streets were jammed and Sissy was hungry. 

After 1 hour we traveled, we finally arrived at the Mall Senayan area. At the parking lot, it turns out that Mily, Fily, Tami and Aira are still waiting in the basement. Then Mily came straight to me.

"It's been a long time you guys.." Sahut Mily's.

"Tauuu Mil's Jacket." Sissy Sahut.

"Through alan mebasik duh duh how the hell.." Sahut Fily's.

Then we went directly into the Mall, when entering the Mall Mily was busy playing a mobile phone. I accidentally saw the contents of Mily's chat, she communicated with Adi apparently. And it turns out Adi will come later, ah surprise this time I know. But I kept quiet, so that my friends would not be sad and disappointed because they wanted to give me a birthday surprise. 

"Eh you guys go first.. I want something to look for first. Ser... I'm yuk.." Said Mily. 

I, Fily, Tami, Aira, Sissy and Viana went straight to the restaurant and waited for the Maghrib Adhan. 

"Alhamdulillah break the fast..." Said Fily.

"Seriously open it?" Ask Sissy.

"Udah... I've been drinking this.." Answer Fily.

"Yeahy... Eat kolak first ahhh.." Sissy happily. 

I don't know why Sissy looks so good today, usually she's not like this. 

When I was eating compote, suddenly someone closed my eyes with his hands. 

"Who is this??" I asked while trying to open my eyes.

I heard the song Happy Birthday. But my eyes are not open. And it turns out that the one who closed my eyes was Mily, clearly heard her voice. When Happy Birthday was almost over, Mily opened my eyes slowly. I also immediately tidied up my hair that was messy because it hit Mily's hand. When I opened my eyes, I turned to look at the cake with the candle lit. It turned out that Adi was holding the cake. 

"Cieee.. blow the candle dong." Sahut Fily's.

I blushed embarrassed and happy when I saw Adi giving a surprise birthday with my friends. 

"Kiss dong ahem.." Mily Ledek. 

"Pasih Mil's... Month of fasting tau." Answer Adi. 

Me and Adi sat down.

"We'll take a photo of dong...." Sera Sahut.

We also took photos together. After the photo, we ate and talked to each other. 

"Again't Ri?" Mily asked as I was sitting alone with Adi. 

"Seneng lahh's... Shocked but not too surprised." My answer. 

"Masa? This is special, you know. Usually there is no Adi, do you give a surprise gini?" Said Mily.

"Yaiyalaah, I've just been dating Adi yaa..." My answer.

It was a great day for me, a special birthday with special people too. On the way home, Adi gave me a gift that is a pair of tosca green flat shoes. What a meaningful word from Adi. He was the one who always made me laugh. Adi always had the sense to make me smile every day even in a sad state.
