Chapter 47: The Warming Dusk

When he realized that his body was okay, Selin was able to relax more and slowly loosen his hands on the Bara shirt. Slowly his eyes opened with the faithful Bara looking at him with a warm gaze. Bara smiled warmly towards Selin full of calmness, his hands outstretched to take the dried grass from Selin's hair. While Selin just froze in place with a locked view in Bara's eyes are so clear and a condition of affection.

"Yes!!"

"Yetoo!"

Strangled Juna and Jeno while running towards Selin. Selin flinched from her daydream and prepared to rise from Bara's body, but Bara swiftly grabbed Selin's hand and laid Selin beside him with her head turned up to the sky. "Beautiful right?" The whisper right in Selin's ear.

Selin stared at the afternoon sky which gave a calm effect to the point that he forgot that his two children were already in front of him. "Shtt's!" Bara put her index finger in front of her mouth as a signal so that Juna and Jeno are not noisy.

Juna and Jeno nodded in understanding then looked at the mother who looked fine. Bara smiled warmly at the twins, then reached out to take one of the glasses he bought earlier that was tucked in the neck of his shirt and then put it on Selin.

Puk! Puk! Bara patted the ground beside him so that the twins would lie down together to see the twilight sky that was so warm. "Beautiful?" Bara asked with her hands folded behind her neck as a cushion.

"Indaaah," replied Jeno with a dazzling look.

"Mother why is the afternoon sky orange?" Ask Juna who was directly answered by Bara very clearly and in detail. From there the random conversation began, they chatted casually like a happy family while enjoying the twilight in the afternoon.

When the sky began to darken they moved from the backyard and then walked into the house. Jeno rose on Bara's neck while Juna was led warmly, Selin smiled at the sight in front of his face that felt warm to his heart. Selin stopped his steps with a straight look towards the backs of the three men before him.

Selin accidentally notices Bara's left arm bleeding slightly from colliding with a fairly hard rock, while saving her from Juna's collision.

"Am we playing again tomorrow?" Take Jeno with a face that is still excited.

Bara nodded. "Okay, we play karate practice okay. Agreed no?"

"Again, we can't waste any free time. The movement is not easy." Timpal Juna agreed.

Slowly Bara lowered Jeno. "OKAY. Let's take a shower, Om go home."

They nodded in understanding, "Bye Om, be careful on the road."

"Okay!! Babay champ! Let's get in!" Say Bara and walk straight to his car parked outside.

Grep's! Bara's steps came to a halt as his arm was held by someone.

"Obati used to be a wound on your hand" Selin said seriously.

Bara turned towards Selin with a warm look. "All right."

"Shhht," Bara pretended to grunt in pain as Selin attached a gauze filled with alcohol to her arm.

Bara chuckled, "I'm not pretending to be, but my hands hurt. Try to imagine my tiny hand catching your fat body while rolling on the ground. How does it hurt to try?" His words are full of drama.

Selin let out a breath of air and then stared intently at Bara. "I'm not fat!... Just a gembrot."

Bara laughed out loud. "Hahaha, could've." With a hand that reflexively ruffled Selin's head was anxious.

"Don't touch me. Your hands are dirty know!" Selin snorted bitterly, deliberately pressing Bara's wounds hard. While Bara instead laughed out loud to see the annoyed look of Selin who he thought was very adorable.

"Why didn't you tell me you were going to pick up the twins?" Selin asked while busily bandaging Bara's wounds.

"I was so excited that I forgot to forget you." Answer Bara honestly.

Selin stared at Bara's arm which had been wrapped neatly and then released his touch in Bara's hand. "Why do you seriously keep your promise anyway, but do not bother let alone ignore your work in the company. To the extent that the employees are drunk." Selin's words contained an outpouring of his heart.

"There's Raka holding everything. Or maybe you're upset that you can't see me in the office?" Ask Bara with a seductive look.

"What ain't funny!" Selin said, then prepared to leave. However, Bara's hand first held Selin's hand so that Selin again sat in front of him. Bara smiled warmly then grasped Selin's hands tightly.

"Chelin?" Say Bara with a straight look towards Selin.

"Hmmm," muttered Selin in response.

"What do you think I've been fighting half-dead for success?. The answer is especially if not to be happy, I want to be able to spend as much time as possible with the precious people in my life freely without being overshadowed by work. Enjoy happiness at will, and as long as you know where my happiness lies in you, Juna and Jeno."

Selin only sighed softly without commenting.

"So, please understand my selfish attitude of ignoring everything for you. I want to spend more time with the people I care about. Although only limited to fulfilling the promise to the twins. But I really want to keep that promise."

Selin stared at Bara with a pus. "What right do you have to put happiness on us? You don't deserve that." Lirih.

He closed his eyes for a moment. "I know, I'm the most shameless human being. But please, if you can't let me in at all times, at least for a week. Because in the next few weeks, I'm going to fly to America. So I beg you, please let me be with your two children for the next few days."

Selin froze on the spot feeling claustrophobic, hearing the news that Bara was going away somehow his heart felt unwilling. "All right, it's up to you. At least you have to learn to keep your promise, so that no one will be the same fate as me, whose life is ruined because a man she loves reneges on her promise and leaves her for granted." Selin answered and then pulled his hand from Bara's grasp. Without looking a bit, Selin walked into his house.

Bara stared at Selin's increasingly invisible back. "I'm sorry" murmured Bara full of regret.
