Chapter 16: Foolish temples to be near you

Selin stared at Barra's helping hand weakly, it felt like the world would stop right now. He let out a long sigh thinking about how they could go home penniless.

"Why have you been breathing so much lately?" Asked Bara with a faint smile on his face.

Selin did not understand why Bara could still smile in this situation. Seeing the smile on Bara's face even made Selin's irritation increase. Without replying Bara Selin's hand rose up just like that and tidied up her appearance.

"What should we do?" Selin asked a little annoyed.

Bara chuckled at the desperate look mixed with Selin's annoyance, quickly he reached into his pocket and gave a few hundred thousand bills to Selin. "We're coming home with this," Selin's grim face instantly turned glowing with excitement.

Bara threw away her face holding a smile as she could not bear to see Selin's adorable face. "Enough?" Ask Bara curiously.

Selin was busy counting the money Bara gave and nodded in spirit. "Enough, we can still eat and take the bus. But it seems like the visit plan should be put off."

"Hmm, okay. Let's not just stay here" Bara nodded his head and began to walk aimlessly.

"Hmmm," Inevitably Selin had to obey Bara. He had to lower his resentment a little in order to get home safely. Because after all the money in his hand belongs to Bara.

"I didn't think the cabbie would do us any harm, but in his looks he looks like a good man." Selin said with a bright look.

"Judge people not of his appearance because it does not guarantee." Bara's chirps were instantly embraced by Selin.

"Truly! I also misjudged you." Mumbles Selin in the heart. "Yup! Really do. I also used to misvalue people as a result of my life falling apart," Timpal Selin who managed to stop Bara's steps.

"Why see that? I didn't mean to miss Mr. Ko!" Selin said in panic as Bara suddenly looked at him with a very piercing look.

Bara continued his steps and regretted his so significant attitude. "Can't don't call Father, I haven't been Mr-Bapak Selin."

Selin rolled his eyes lazily. "Keep what should I call? That name is the most suitable to know!"

"Call Brother." Bara's speech that succeeded in making Selin astonished.

"Ahahahaha, be aware of your age as a person." Selin's reflex hit Bara's shoulder.

It was just an ordinary punch but it gave such an incredible effect to Bara. Without him noticing a smile adorning his handsome face. "Emang I'm still young" Bara replied confidently.

Selin rolled his eyes lazily, then turned his gaze to look for a seat. Both of his eyes immediately sparkled happily when he accidentally saw Warung Nasi Padang which was not too far from where he stood. "Let's eat first, I'm hungry!" Shouted Selin excitedly.

Bara just chuckled and followed Selin resignedly. The money has been controlled by Selin, as long as you know the money that has been controlled by a woman is impossible to pull it back. Bara resigned alone Selin would buy him for what.

"Mas don't pack sambal! Nor is it too much a little." Selin's message to the seller.

Bara stared at Selin, apparently Selin still remembered things that Bara did not like. "I know liking you is a mistake, but seeing you like this makes me want to have you back even more." Mumbles in the heart full of pain.

"Where is it lifted?" Said Bara curiously.

"I didn't memorize anyone's number" Bara replied slightly restraining her sense of prestige.

"Huuuh, the time is not to memorize any number where your intelligent brain used to be." Selin muttered while massaging his dizzy eyebrows.

"What?" Ask Bara full of question marks.

"No!" Selin replied with frustration.

Women are the most difficult creatures to understand. A few minutes ago Selin looked excited and happy and was now angry again.

Drowning Selin got up from his seat and gave the cellphone of the Nasi Padang Craftsman he had just borrowed. "Let's get on the bus so we can go home" take Selin to Bara.

Selin thought that during the day like this bus passengers would not be too full, but it turned out to be the opposite. Selin had to stand in close contact with other people because he did not get to the chair to sit. Already fallen on the stairs anyway, maybe it is the most suitable proverb to describe the current state of Selin.

The bus driver braked suddenly, Selin's slender body staggered forward because Selin had just daydreamed and rambled to the point that she forgot to hold on.

"Oh," he muttered with restraint as there was suddenly a hand preventing his body from colliding with the dividing pole.

"Eat him don't daydream, hold on tight." Bara said a little annoyed because he had seen Selin just daydreaming.

Selin was still stunned and noticed her hand held very tightly by Bara. "Eh, yes sir!"

Hearing Selin's reply, Bara Hanga nodded lazily with a busy look looking for an empty seat. "Come here, there's a passenger coming down." Bara said with his busy hand pulling Selin to follow him.

Without much comment Selin followed Bara's invitation, Selin's eyes immediately sparkled as he looked at the empty seat at the other end. Without lingering Selin immediately sat down and stretched his body that felt sore.

"Heah, finally." His murmured while sighing a long sigh of relief. "Thank you sir" Selin said, bowing his head.

Bara threw away her gaze so that the faint smile on her face was not visible to Selin. "Hmmm," Bara murmured in response and followed sitting beside Selin.

Selin smiled warmly towards Bara full of gratitude, it turns out that his speech to Bara a few weeks ago while in the elevator, was not in vain. Since then Bara's attitude has changed as much as the superior to the subordinates, and Selin almost forgot that Bara was her ex-husband.

"Thank you for being professional and making me feel at ease without feeling any threat" Selin murmured inwardly with both eyes slowly closed.

Pluck up! Bara who was initially busy arguing with her own mind was stunned in her seat as she felt Selin's head leaning against her shoulder. Bara's eyes turned towards Selin with a sad look, slowly his hands slightly raised to reach for Selin's hair mane that covered her beautiful face.

"I'm sorry that I was selfish to want to stay near you, even though I know you're not mine anymore." Bara muttered in his heart a little regretful because he pretended not to memorize a single number of his subordinates. Even if he wanted to thanks to his genius, he could even memorize the phone number of the Alpha security guard next to his house that he did not know. Bara deliberately pretended to be stupid in order to spend a little longer with Selin.
