Combat Fields

My gaze was misty, my body felt limp from seeing the sadism before me.

“Tak will I forgive..”

“Knox..!”

Jumping myself close to him to attack. A gun mark that erupted in the air started the rumble of battle. My troops and Knox's troops faced off on the bleak battlefield, as if the universe was holding its breath awaiting the outcome of this fight. Shouts and snapping echoed through the air, creating an indescribable chaotic atmosphere. I'm trying to find the strength to fight back, to stop the madness of the Antagonist. Alya and my friends are trying to survive and protect each other in this mess.

My eyes focused on Knox, my nemesis who had created this chaos. He floated in the air, smiled cynically, and uttered a sentence that pierced my heart, "It's time we end all this…"

An unstoppable anger was burning inside me. I have lost so many friends, witnessed the destruction he caused, and he cannot be forgiven.

“Knox! I'm the one who's gonna stop you!” I shouted with hunting breath.

He swept his black sword over, and black smoke accompanied his movements as he headed towards me with incredible speed. I took out my sword and prepared for the attack.

The battlefield was filled with the roar of battle, swords shining, and dark magic darting through the air. Our troops fought tenaciously against the evil forces of Knox. Amongst this chaos, I felt this heart pounding because of the challenges and tensions we were facing.

I looked around, looking for the faces that had been with me on this long journey. Alya, Cathy, and Lena were on my right, together equipping to face the threatening enemies. Over there, Ellie and Ethan stood firm, providing support and strength to our troops. So did my friend and the others, especially Jack who I saw sweeping through Knox's army.

“We can do it! Don't give up!” I shouted, trying to encourage my comrades.

They nodded with the same determination, showing that they would not give up so easily. We have experienced so much together, and it is an irreplaceable bond between us.

“Synnefa!” shout Alya.

“Synnefa...!”

Together, we lunged at Knox's forces with a burning war spirit. Swords and arrows shot out, flying magic attacks swept across the battlefield. I felt the energy flowing within me, burning the spirit to fight against this evil.

However, in the middle of the battle, my gaze focused on a single figure floating in the air haughtily. His face was filled with darkness and a thirst for power. Our gazes met, and I felt a vibe of anger within. He smiled sinisterly, emitting a dazzling aura of evil.

“Knox, end this! Stop madness!” I shouted firmly.

He simply laughed disdainfully, then unsheathed his black sword from the steaming black smoke, pointing it at me. He's ready to attack me.

I prepared myself to face his attack. All the sounds around me became dim, and I was only focusing on the enemy in front of me. His sword attack hit me hard, and I managed to dodge some of it, but I felt such a great pressure.

“You won't be able to stop me, Malka! I will rule this world!” he said with a proud tone.

“Such power will only bring destruction! Stop this right now!” reply, stand firm.

“You know what about all this? Even you don't know the answer!” lontar Knox with his furious face.

We kept fighting, attacking each other and trying to avoid the opponent's attack. All around us, a fierce battle took place, and my friends fought with all their might. Time seems to be going very slowly. The sky had darkened due to all the chaos that was happening here was getting gloomy. I felt tired, but my determination to fight was never extinguished.

Alya, Cathy, and the others tried to approach me to help, but I shook my head. They must protect the other troops and confront Knox's forces who are still trying to invade.

“Stay there! I'll be fine!” I said to them with great confidence. They gestured in agreement and returned to their respective battles. This fight is mine, and I have to solve it myself.

Meanwhile, the fight with Knox was getting more and more intense. He showed his skill in using darkness and black magic, while I relied on my unshakable skills and spirit.

“You're so naive, Malka!” said Knox while attacking me with that black magic attack of his.

I dodged and rolled myself to dodge his attack, then attacked him from behind. But he anticipated my movements, and I had to jump back to dodge his attack.

Minutes and hours passed, and the sky grew darker. The battleground had been reduced to ruins by attacks, magic explosions, and black smoke. I looked around, and most of our troops had succeeded in driving out Knox's army. But I know that this fight is far from over. Knox and I were still standing on the battlefield, staring at each other with eyes full of anger and a desire to defeat each other.

“That's enough, Knox! We have to stop this right now!” lantang.

“Really! There is only one way out of here, and that is your defeat!” I dream with a cynical smile.

“I won't lose! I won't let you ruin this world!” I screamed with a loud breath.

However, Knox showed no signs of weakness. He still looks strong and confident. His power seemed unstoppable, and I felt like I was just a piece of wood in the hands of a hurricane.

We keep fighting hard, trying to beat each other. But somehow, I feel more and more left behind. My strength was running low, and I knew I had to find a way to change things.

“I must not give up.. I must find a gap..” I murmured in my heart.

Knox attacked me again, and this time I could barely avoid it. However, I saw a small gap in his defense. I need to act fast.

When he attacked again, I dodged it nimbly, then followed with a quick counterattack. My sword came into contact with hers, and I felt a strong energy vibration.

He was shocked by my attack, and I took advantage of the opportunity to send a punch of concentrated celestial energy towards him. He dodged, but I could see that my attack touched him a little.

“You almost got me, Malka. But it's hardly enough!” knox said with a stronger counter-attack.

Our fight continued, and I realized that I had to use my intelligence as well, not just physical strength. I need to figure out a way to foil his plan.

Knox attacked me again and again, but I began to recognize the pattern of his attacks. I tried anticipating the next move, and it helped me to avoid some of the attacks that were supposed to hit.

“You're great, Malka!” praise Knox.

However, I don't have time to mince words. I need to get in action. I scanned the surroundings, looking for a way to distract him.

And that's where I saw it, a huge rock left over. Quickly, I aimed my attack at the stone and then towards the floating Knox.

“What are you trying to do, Malka?” asked Knox, a little confused.

But he was too late to realize my plan. My attack hit the boulder, and with a rumbling sound, it fell on Knox. He fell down from the sky, carried away by that huge rock. However, he still swung his sword furiously.

My comrades who saw the situation shouted, “Malka…! His dark heart had blinded him!” At that moment I realized that the battle around me had dimmed with the scattered troops and my comrades who were already helpless on the ground, could only watch me and Knox face off.

I looked at Knox who was still trying to get up with unstoppable fury. My heart trembled at her persistence and obsession for power that ruined her.

“That's enough, Knox! You won't get anything this way! Stop this battle!” I cried, trying to open his eyes that were closed in darkness.

But he kept trying to attack me with the rest of his last strength. I dodged, dodging every attack.

“You don't understand, boy! I must gain this power! I have to prove that I'm better than anyone!” he shouted with hatred.

“Power won't take you anywhere, Knox! You will only be caught in the darkness that is deepening!” reply to me loudly.

“I'm sick of hearing your talk that keeps going!”

I saw a blank look in his eyes, as if he didn't recognize himself anymore. The darkness had completely blinded him and shattered his heart.

“I won't give up!” he shouted, then unsheathed his sword made from the accumulated black smoke for the final attack.

“Dead you fucking boy!”

I faced it with the last bit of courage, knowing that this was our ultimate fight. He floated swiftly, his attacks coming at an incredible speed.

But I'm not giving up. I moved my sword, preparing to face the attack.

However, before his attack reached me, there was an unexpected surprise.

“A—What happened?”
