City Edge

We arrived at the Enhaud border. Seemed calm and peaceful, like nothing happened in this city. Fortunately, there was no vehicle check. We can go straight across.

We didn't go straight to the center of this small town. Stopping in the suburbs, we tried to find information first. There's a little inn here. We plan to spend the night at this inn. So far we are not suspected by the people here. Maybe the activist movement did not reach the area

these.

“Wuah... Pretty long trip we...” said Ellie while stretching her hands. “You didn't sleep earlier, Malka?” ask Leora.

“No, I can't sleep in there,” I replied.

“You must be getting tired and sleepy now,” said Gras.

“No. No problem, I can still be awake,”. But suddenly my head felt heavy and my vision became more and more shadowy. Unknowingly my mouth was wide open evaporating. They just look at me.

“Hehehe... Just a little sleepy, kok,”.

It's already afternoon. We use the remaining days just to rest, before finally continuing tomorrow. During that time I fell asleep on a fairly soft mattress. I don't know what happens when my eyes are closed.

The morning greeted me when I woke up. My stomach is hungry now.

I went to the inn cafeteria. Fortunately, the canteen was open. I ordered a breakfast menu. There's only me at the dinner table. Breakfast, after which I took the time to look outside.

The buildings here are quite rare. Quite a lot of vehicles just passing to and from the middle of the city. The barren expanse of green rarely filled my sight. Unlike the area I have visited, there is almost no activity here.

I went back into the lobby, just sitting around watching the television. Yesterday there was a lot of mumbling there. Seen on screens several people were arrested by officers from Knox Corp and the city's security unit. I was relieved to be so far away from there.

Suddenly a female voice greeted me. Apparently Alya.

“Eh? You've been up from earlier?” ask Alya.

“Iya. The others still sleeping?” my reply.

“So no one else but me came out,” he replied. There was the sound of Alya's stomach rumbling.

“You've had breakfast?”

“Already. The canteen is open, kok,” I replied.

He stepped a little and stopped looking at me like he wanted to take me.

“Want me to accompany?” He just nodded.

At the cafeteria he ordered, while I waited for him at the dinner table. He came with a tray containing his breakfast menu. It looks the same as my breakfast. I just watched it.

“I only eat by myself, no problem, right?”

“It's okay. I will keep you company,” I replied.

He continued a few bribes before starting the conversation. “Sepi once it feels. Looks like you were tired yesterday. How does it feel in the back?”

“Hot! I never thought it would be like a sauna. I'm very uncomfortable.”

“Hahaha! But I saw the others seemed to be fine,” Alya replied.

“Entahlah. Me and Zilei who woke up yesterday,”.

I drank a glass of water that I sent him earlier. He swallowed his mouth and asked, “You guys didn't do anything weird, did you?”

I was surprised while spitting water out of my mouth. Alya's face was immediately wet from being right in front of me. He immediately took a tissue.

“Sorry. I didn't think you'd ask that,” I said.

“Casual, I'm fresher thanks to you too. How's the answer?”

“Weird? Sure didn't! I just sat bored all day there.”

“You didn't chat with Zilei?” continued.

“No. I don't think there are people like him,” I replied.

He took his last bribe. There's something I want to ask him. While he was wiping his mouth, I said, “I still don't know the details about you guys who met Ahtar and the others.”

“Then..?”

“Next? We got acquainted and then we invited them, it turns out they also want to come with us since the beginning of meeting,” he replied.

“What do you know of them?” my continue.

“Why are you asking like that?” reply Alya wonder.

“I'm curious about them. It's okay, right?”

“I was also confused to answer it. All I know is, they are also good at martial arts, let alone Athar. If Luke he's good at equipment like Ellie, while Sara I don't know much about him.”

“Actually if that I already know, anyway,” reply me.

“Then? What do you want to know?” continued.

“I mean, is there anything else I don't know yet? Or maybe their characters if you know.”

“Hmm... What, yes…? If Athar is, he's a good guy and can always be talked to. Our conversation often feels exciting, flows on. Oh yes, our hobby is the same,” he explained while scratching his head with doubt. I was confused to hear it.

“In short, he almost looks like you,”.

“Ah, I understand now. I see you guys look very familiar,” reply me.

“That's how, hehe.. More in the direction of curious about new people, anyway, in my opinion,” he said. I smiled hearing it.

Not long after, some of our friends came to the cafeteria as well. They didn't expect to see me and Alya together. “Wah, still early in the morning though,” Sara quipped.

After breakfast, we gathered in Ethan's room. Discuss our next mission. I talked a lot to help explain the location of the two towers of this area. Until finally we decided to split into two teams, start running it tomorrow morning.

Long enough to wake up when the time has shown the day has begun in the afternoon. We had lunch in the cafeteria again. After that we prepared each. Again, place and time brought me and Alya together again.

“How about the truck?”

“She can be tipped here,” she replied.

“Oh yes, why aren't you with Athar?” my many.

“I'm afraid that the composition of the team will be next to weight,” he replied.

“True too, anyway. I just realized it now,” reply me.

“Looks later we could be easier because there's you,” he continued. I don't know why I just heard it.

“B—Normally, really. I've also started forgetting.”

“Hey, hey... Did you blush?” said disobeying me.

“T—No! U—For what am I ashamed of just that?”

“Hahaha! You're funny, Malka.”

The next day we were at the station to buy tickets to two different areas. My train will go west further south, while the other one will go the other way. My train arrived at the station first.

“Alright, we first, yes,” Alya said.

“Sip. Later on be patient with each other,” reply Athar.

A few minutes later, the train we were riding left. We wave our hands from behind our hands. I put the bag over the trunk.

“If you look around again, you are very smart to make a bag like that,” said Sara.

“Thank you. I'm still learning, too,” reply me.

Leora looked very excited.

“Towards Riveure!”
