I was shocked and didn't know what to say after hearing it. I panicked myself. I want to deny it, but it's hard.
“B—Not that I mean!” lontarku nervous.
“It's okay. I won't tell anyone,” reply.
“M—Indeed not. Don't think no-no,” continued I was upset, while Ellie chuckled. “You're so funny. Your face makes me laugh,” he said.
Shortly afterwards Luke approached us.
“What are you doing?” ask Lukas curiously.
“Lukas, you know? Malka—”
I shut Ellie's mouth with my hand. Luke was surprised by the way we both acted. “Is there something on you guys?”
“No, no. We are talking about this weapon,” I replied.
“Ah... I heard you guys made those weapons too?” ask Lukas.
“Yes, I learned a lot from her,” Ellie replied. “Oh yes, Malka. Lukas is also good at making and assembling things like me, you know,” he continued.
“Custom only, really. You're much smarter than me,” Luke replied blushing.
We talked a lot about me and Luke. Slowly I got to know Luke and vice versa. He is open, friendly and gets carried away with the atmosphere, so we never get bored. Just like Ellie. It came to my mind that the two of them were a match.
“You are very familiar, yes, but only met a week,” said I.
“Sure, the work will be more exciting and quickly completed if there is no awkwardness,” reply Luke. I don't think at all about how it could be like this. A Lena alone still felt awkward when talking to him.
“True, but all that goes back to each person,” Ellie said.
“Means you two are indeed a match,” my chirps unknowingly.
“Hahaha! Could have been you, Malka,” by Ellie.
“You are indeed insensitive, yes,” Lukas continued. I was confused to hear it.
“Why do you? Shouldn't you be the one to be sensitive?” my many.
“It turns out you are really plain like children,” reply Luke. “You must be trouble Ellie. Not to mention the many rivals,” he added.
“You're right. Do I have to vent it on you?” reply Ellie. Then they both laughed ignoring me who was silent in confusion.
After a long chat with the two of them, I was suddenly summoned by Ethan. There are also Alya, Athar, Leora, and Zilei. I also challenged him.
“Malka, can you describe the plan of the armory?” ethan Pinta.
“I don't fully remember, is it okay?”
“No problem, at least we have a picture,” reply.
I described the armory floor plan. Some parts I drew details, while others did not because I never entered them. After a while, a floor plan had been drawn on quite a wide paper.
“Alright, thank you, Malka,” Ethan said. I intend to leave them aimlessly. “Where do you want to go?” asked Zilei with her flat tone.
“Entah, I don't know either,” I replied.
“Then, come with us to discuss the plan only,” Leora said.
I followed their discussion. The atmosphere was serious, different from the conversation I had with Ellie and Lukas. Several times it was tinged with debate, making me uncomfortable to be here. So far I've only listened to them.
“Malka, do you know the position where the warehouse is located?” ask Athar.
As I recall there are several armories belonging to Knox Corp scattered in this city. The biggest one was not far from the parent company's office, where I used to work. I replied that the big warehouse was behind the very famous interior and decor shop here. Athar was surprised to hear that.
“I don't think the gun is in there,” he said. “To know, the store was closed at nine p.m.,” he continued.
“Not twenty-four hours?” my reply.
“With this condition it seems like his time is shortened,” he replied.
“Usually two to four in the morning almost no one crosses,”.
“Means we only have two hours..” muttered Leora.
“We have to finish it within one hour,” Zilei said.
“Ago fast. It will be very difficult to finish,” reply me.
“The longer we're there, the more trails we leave,” he continued.
“How do I carry that many weapons? Is there a truck that can be used?” ask Alya. “There is a truck belonging to this company,” Athar said.
“Do not. We do not want to drag your inn into this matter,” Alya replied.
“You stay here alone is already very risky for this inn. But take it easy, there is one plain truck without any labels. We can use it,” explained Athar.
“Alright, now about the entry and exit path from there,” Ethan said.
“Which for sure we can not enter from the front door,” Leora said.
“I know some places in that store. This hotel is one of his customers. There are several entrances for employees, but there are surveillance cameras at every door…
The only way we got in was through the ventilation duct behind the shop. Behind the store there are canals and small roads that fit one vehicle,” said Athar.
“We can park that truck there?” ask Ethan.
“Can. The road was almost never used,” Athar replied.
“Each corner must be a lot of surveillance cameras. We have to stay careful. Do we enter by climbing the fence?” my continue.
“It looks like so. Is there no tool to hack the surveillance camera?” reply Arthar. Leora went to call Gras.
“There,” replied Gras, then took the tool.
“This tool works with a certain distance. If the surveillance cameras are outside and are affordable by this tool, it looks like it can be hacked. If you want to remotely, you have to use the protocol address.” he explained.
“Ah! I get it now. The sequence is like this, Gras hacked the surveillance cameras outside the building, then we can pass to the vent. We go to the supervisor's office, then give Gras the protocol address. When everything is hacked, we can freely move in the warehouse,” said Ethan.
“The fence will certainly be locked, but there is a box-shaped post hole. We can bring weapons out of there,” Athar continued.
“After that the gun was taken to the edge of town,” Ethan said.
“Then Athar is the driver of this mission,” Alya said.
“Sip, now time for duty sharing,” reply Leora.
We all got together like important talks before. It felt easier and faster because there was a map of that warehouse.
“Everybody understands?” ask Ethan.
“Understanding,” answer us.
“Well, the most important thing is not to miscommunicate during the mission. Hope everything goes well,” reply Ethan.
We stretched out our hands and placed them stacked against each other. Together we screamed.
“Synnefa!”
At night, we left half an hour before the scheduled mission. Some sat in truck cabins and the rest in truck troughs. Ten minutes into the countdown, we started to prepare in our respective positions. Gras tuning tools to use. Some people are in the area outside the warehouse ensuring the surrounding situation.
We're communicating with the tools Ellie and I have built before. We shrink the voice of speech, often also whispering.
Backward time, three, two, one…
“Start!”
