Demon Man

Two weeks passed, the situation had returned as usual, although the memory of the night was still clearly reflected in my head. Scars are also still clearly visible all over my body. But it is time to keep moving forward, especially the people already believe in us all.

The second time we gathered in the middle of a large field. I was with friends discussing the next plan in a corner of the field.

“Alright, whoever has an idea, just say it,” Ethan said.

Various sounds were made from the gathered people. In the end, all of those voices gathered into a decision.

“It's decided. We'll move later tonight, like yesterday,” Ethan said.

When the sun is down, the full moon bias is reflected brightly above the clutches of the bentala. A cool wind blows with the thin speckled accompaniment of the Tirta. Tonight's events spread throughout the universe. Coming from various directions, we, Synnefa, besieged the city of Centra which was full of military barricades.

“Report from point 231..”

“Point 74 reporting..”

“Report, point 109..”

A variety of conversations were heard on our communications radio.

“They control all these conversations?” ask Leora.

“Iya, I'm sure they can handle everything,” Alya replied.

“Only Lena and Kellos?” continued Sara.

“There is also a Cast that helps,”.

“It's a shame the two of them can't come tonight,” Gras murmured.

“Yeah, what can be done. They have not fully recovered. But in the end there will still be a duty in that section, anyway,” Alya replied.

“Is all this destiny?” stella.

“Hopefully our destiny is bright ahead there,” hope I.

The whole army is in position. Get ready and attack whenever the command comes, an absolute command from Ethan, the commanding officer. We re-assured the condition of the entire army.

Right now we're connected to the communications center, talk to Cast.

“New information, I will connect with broadcast.”

“Alright, connect immediately,” reply Ethan.

“Goodnight, all the people who are seeking justice. Trust me, I'm on your side. A night that has never been imagined before. A night that no one wants. A night to define this world in the future…

Remembering the incident that night. I cry out to all the armed forces, there must be no more bloodshed on this land. Whoever breaks it, believe me, he, they, is not human. I curse so hard on that…

All of me, someone who failed to lead this continent. The future of humanity is in the hands of all of us!”

“Ah... Finally, no more firearms,” blow Ellie.

“But what about the troops who only have that weapon?” ask Sara.

“We prioritize the troops who hold the wave weapon first,” said Zilei.

With radio communications, Ethan gives the final directive before the attack begins. “Firearm force, hold position. Armament wave, preparation.”

“Weapons ready!”

“Forward..!”

“Synnefa!”

The roar of human cheers roared all over Centra. The sound resounded consecutively with a fiery spirit. I and my friends did not escape attacking the military with our own weapons. The sea of humans is moving to attack the sea of other humans.

“Awas Malka!” lontar Ellie's. I avoided the direction of the shot.

“Here is clean,” Stella said.

“I'm ready!” exciting Gras.

We lured them into a trap that Gras had set.

“Arghhh!”

Their screams while trapped were clad in a tight binding rope.

“Sip, they won't be able to escape,” Gras clapped his hands.

Fifteen minutes into the walk, the assault is still ongoing. Slowly we managed to penetrate the military defenses. They could only rely on wave weapons, combat vehicles and other weapons as if they were obsolete. Ethan is back to cheering it all on.

“Forward continues! Don't be daunted!”

“Synnefa!”

We got into their defensive barricades. My attention was on someone who ran full of excitement with a weapon in his hand while shouting.

“For Synnefa!”

“Dor!”

Instantly stopped, red ink emanated from the head, then collapsed without a word being heard. The thunderous voice mute the people instantly.

“Fire weapon...!”

Chaos suddenly broke out in the middle of the battleground, the sea of humans scattering indeterminate directions. It is as if it is detached from its true purpose, while its life is the most important. Gunpowder eruptions sound like they've crippled humans for good. It all happened so fast. Ethan gave the order.

The people lying in front of me were already lifeless. I was terrified to see all this. Shouts are heard everywhere.

“T—Please... a—ku...”

His voice was dragged along with his already helpless body, trying to reach me. His face was deep red. I was in shock not knowing what to do. My shaking hand tried to grab her hand.

“Dor!”

Right in front of me, my face was splashed…

“Aaaa!”

I screamed hysterically watching someone lose their life horribly. “A—I don't want to die in this place..”.

My body is shaking stiffly behind the shelter. Gunshots continue to be heard. Suddenly my communications radio was connected. It seemed like the current incident was spreading all over the world.

“People and local authorities strongly condemn the current military action.”

“Military has committed treason to the Kingdom.”

“We must also attack them with firearms.”

“Knox gave orders to the military. Stop firing firearms now!”

But the broadcast only made things worse. In the end the firearms squad moves outside Ethan's command. The bloodshed really happened. Both the military and Synnefa, everything is out of control. Cast broadcasts information over the radio.

“Whoever hears this, do not be provoked by anger. Stay to our destination without killing people. It does not matter if you want to take shelter until things improve.”

An hour into the gripping, the rumbling of gun contact began to subside. I got out of the shelter and regrouped with friends.

“You guys okay?” ask Ethan.

“A—I don't want to be like this anymore.” muttered Leora in shock.

“Malka? You okay?” alya asked me to see me trembling stiffly.

We exhale for a moment, calm our minds, and forget what happened.

“The team has entered into Centra,” Kellos said by radio.

We met the King and Knox at the royal castle. Security immediately pointed the weapon at us.

“Let down,” said Your Majesty.

We are on our knees greeting the King. I started talking to him.

“Greetings, Your Majesty. We're from Synnefa, the sky activist. With all due respect, we strongly implore Your Majesty to lay off all sky exploitation activities.”

“I welcome you very much from my conscience. I appreciate all your efforts to uphold the truth. But I apologize, I cannot fulfill your request completely, because almost all the technology we use is already dependent on the energy of the sky…

I will think, in the future maybe we will transition to look for other energies. It all takes time, I hope you can understand the situation now.”

“One more wish, Majesty. We demand Knox Corp to stop its ongoing sky exploration.”

“Can I know the reason?”

“Sure, Your Majesty. We all know that there are creatures that live up there, whether it be fairy tales, legends, or facts that people believe. We are confident in the existence of the creature. With that exploration, I strongly believe, it will only make the continuity of the sky worse.”

Knox immediately broke my words.

“What proof? No one mentioned that exploration can have a bad impact on the sky.”

“Think about it. You think with all the unpredictable weather at all, thunderstorms are everywhere, and long storms, did the anomaly not come about because of you?”

“Such a phenomenon has been going on for the past two decades. It can't be made a runway!”

“And you made all that worse!”

Mouthfighting keeps going on between me and Knox. The king directly mediates the two.

“Close your mouths! Cool your heads.”

“I understand what you mean, I believe there is a point. It may be that Knox is well-intentioned, but I cannot be indifferent to the demands of the people I lead. I will fulfill your request. Thank you for representing their voices.”

The King approached me.

“Can I know your name?”

“Good, Sire. My name is Mal—“

“Arghh!”

His Majesty fell silent, before falling down right in front of me. We were all shocked while I held my Majesty. I do not feel the slightest breath from the King.

“Knox disappeared!” lontar Leora's.

At once came a thin black smoke from the King's chest. A very familiar smoke, like Harry's.

“T—Not possible..”

“Let you, Knox!”
