Nightmare

“Excuse me, are you okay?” ask Harry. I realized I was in front of Harry. I'm getting very nervous.

“A—I'm fine!” lontark. My mouth felt stifled to speak. I tried to stay calm, but I couldn't. Anxiety and guilt mixed into one. My heart is full of hope that I will not be sanctioned or anything. Harry was still astonished at my behavior.

“In a deep breath..” he said. I try to do it and be a little calmer.

I sat down and watched him. He also looks at me. Instantly the atmosphere became silent. I don't understand why he's just quiet.

“You haven't answered my question.” I was surprised to hear it. I became panicked. “What did he ask earlier?” my mind.

“M—Sorry, what can be repeated, it looks like I lack focus.”

“What was your inspection yesterday smoothly?”

“Iya, safe controllable. According to the documents you provided that time.”

“Thank God.. We can step forward,”. I tried to vent. My curiosity is at its peak. “There's something I want to ask.” Harry greeted me and looked at her carefully.

“Can I tell you where you got that document?”

“Mennora? Someone gave me the document.”

“Can I know who he is?”

“I don't know his name. He only mentioned that he only brought the document from the research team.”

Is he Jack? But it's kind of weird that it's really him. They should have known each other. Is this their plan? If so, then does Harry know everything?

All my thoughts and prejudices were swirling in my head. It is not good to keep thinking negatively. I shook my head. Harry was surprised at my behavior. My head got dizzy because of it. It felt heavy and my vision became blurry. I held my head, but I couldn't.

“Malka!” harry was worried. My eyes became all black.

When I opened my eyes, I saw the ceiling and lights in front of me. It turns out I was lying down. I looked around. A place foreign to me. Like in the ward. Am I in the hospital? Before long, a woman in a uniform like a doctor came to me.

“Have you felt better?”

“Iya..” I raised my head, suddenly the pain appeared. “Lay alone, it looks like you haven't fully recovered.”

“What am I in the hospital?” many wonder. He smiled and nodded slowly at me. “No, you're not in the hospital..”

“You're still where you work, it's the health room. Looks like a hospital, huh?”

I just found out that this office also has its own health room. It looks like a hospital. With complete equipment and facilities, surely people will think that this is a hospital.

“Oh yes, I am here as a doctor. If you feel bad, come here.”

Door opens. Jack came here. “Can I go inside?” The doctor invited him.

“What happened to you? You're okay, right?”

“I'm fine. Last time I met Harry and he— ah—” Suddenly my head became very sore. Doctor calmed me. “Sorry, it looks like he has to take a break,” the Doctor told Jack.

“A lot of rest, Sir. I'm waiting for your presence at the office.” He also came out of the room.

“Why did I become like this?” muttered.

“You have too much thought and stress, you better calm yourself and rest,” he replied. I closed my eyes, then slept.

Dark view. A few moments later, the blur is now clearly visible. Harry was in front of me. I was in his room. His face looked very serious. I was scared to see him.

“Can you explain?”

“M—Sorry, means?” My words became stammering again. The atmosphere here is so cold, I sweat.

“It is unethical to throw a question to his boss who is asking.”

“A—I don't understand what you're talking—”

“Mennor. Why didn't you show me that document at the meeting?”

“M—Indeed there wasn't that time. There was a system error when we got the data from the research team." The feeling I was experiencing now was as if a sharp knife had touched my neck.

“Nothing... or did you negate it?” I was silent without words. Harry got out of his chair and walked slowly beside me.

“Truly no. A—I'm sure it.” Harry sat down and took something from the drawer.

“This.” He pointed at the document that was lying on the table. “Documents you have hidden.”

“A—I didn't hide it!”

“But obviously I found it on your desk.” I was completely silent like a statue. My chest feels tight, my breathing is irregular.

“Please get out of my room.” He moved and opened the door. “We'll meet again here at four later.” I rushed to express.

“Sorry, sir, I didn't mean that.”

“Defense? I'll listen,”.

“There is close to the settlement of the people and it could be that the tower is not good for the environment—”

“We have prepared a relocation plan if necessary.”

“But, the place is very important— if relocated, the community is not necessarily willing—”

“Multiple budget. We can make a better village than that.”

“But there are many historical places!” I've been trapped and that's all I can say.

“History for your life, yes?” smiling reply. “Good, defense ends, thank you.” He left me. I reassured him. Eventually, he entered a room and locked it. I can only wait outside. When he came out, I went straight to him.

“Pak, please..”.

“It looks like our meeting just accelerated. Here's a letter for you. Thank you for all your dedication during here.”

“Pak! Sir!”

“Please give me one more chance!” I was detained by some security officers. “Listen to me!”

Instantly I woke up. My eyes are empty ahead.

“Malka?” A voice was heard from next to me.

Apparently Harry.

My eyes darkened again.

“Malka!”

I opened my eyes, my mind was empty.

“I where?”

“Malka! Luckily you're sober, son!”

“Mother? What happened?”

“That's not important, the important thing is that you're okay.” Dad and Jack are also next to me. Unknowingly tears came out of my eyes. Mom held my hand while calming me down.

“Nothing, all ‘kan fine...”

Jack approached me, his face looking sad.

“I'm sorry for what happened that time. It was totally beyond my expectations.” I listened. “Take it easy, Harry understood. You'll be fine.”

My hand was injected, and a doctor came into the room. He changed my position. My head is lower now. I don't know why my head feels light and cold. Dad, Mom, and Jack told me that it was getting late.

“Hopefully recover,” please Jack.

I felt calm and all the thoughts in my head instantly disappeared. But there is a feeling in my heart.

I have to apologize to Harry as soon as possible.
