Touch My Heart S2 42. Sister-in-law
In a cafe, Reyhan was sipping coffee that he ordered. The man was not alone, but with a man who was none other than his wife's ex-lover.
"What's the reason you asked me to meet?' ask Arya without further ado.
"Look easy.You better enjoy your drink first" Reyhan said very casually.
"I don't have much time just to drink coffee" said Arya a little haughty. The man is just lazy if he has to face the husband of the girl he loves.
"Is it because I've taken your girl? is that why you refuse to face me?" reyhan's guess is on target.
Arya just snorted in annoyance and then took a sip of the coffee that was in front of her.
"You don't deserve to put love even to have on my wife, sister-in-law" Reyhan said, folding both hands forward.
"You.." muttered Arya with trembling hands. The man was speechless when Reyhan knew everything.
"Whenever you bury the truth, it will be revealed. It would be nice if you were honest with her" Reyhan said.
"Please keep this a secret to her, please.." Arya's voice trembled slightly saying the sentence.
"At least she should know if you're her brother"
"You.." Arya got out of her seat and then grabbed Reyhan's collar.
"You don't know how he hates his parents? the trauma of the past still haunts him and you want to add to his wound the fact that he's the son of my father's affair? If you say that to her, then I will not hesitate to beat you up" whispered Arya with great emphasis. The man immediately released his grip as he looked around watching the two.
"And one more thing, I don't want you to hurt Irene anymore. If I see tears falling down Irene's cheeks because of you, I'll make you regret your whole life" said Arya who then stepped away from the place.
Reyhan also ignored the men's threats. He chuckles to keep chasing Arya.
"Wait.I don't want a fight between us, at least you listen to my explanation first" Reyhan exclaimed slightly breathlessly chasing Arya's steps.
Seeing Arya stop her steps, Reyhan immediately approached the man.
"Say what do you mean?" ask Arya.
"We should be in a good relationship, however you are Irene's sister who is certainly my sister as well. I wouldn't say that you guys are brothers but at least let your father see Irene in person. I'm sure your father really wanted to meet his daughter. The search until the age of 27 years is not a moment" explained Reyhan at length.
Aryan's eyes began to glaze over. Sometimes the man looked up at the sky so that his tears would not fall. He also felt devastated when he saw the papa every night staring at the photo of his daughter and occasionally the old man wiped his tears.
Arya also covered her face as her tears fell unstoppably again. The pain and frustration he felt at this moment blended into one.
Reyhan patted Arya on the shoulder to calm her down.
"Trust me, I have a way of not making Irene sick. I also don't want the girl I love to feel hurt" Reyhan's confession made Arya feel a little calm.
