173. Martin Against Odex

The dragon got angry and hit the Outter Elder with his tail.

" Bat.... ! "

" ahkk..... ! "

The Outter Elder fell down. Not yet stood up, the dragon darted at him.

" Aaiyihh...... ! "

The clothes on the Outter Elder's chest were torn and blood soon seeped.

" SIDRAG..... ! " sounds someone's voice.

The dragon looked up and shrank his body. Then it slid and immediately coiled around Lord Kendrick's wrist like a regular bracelet.

Lord Kendrick looked at the Outter Elder who stood up. Looks of the butler and some special bodyguards staring from several different places.

" My husband..... ! "

A woman ran up to the Outter Elder to help. Yet the Outter Elder brushed off his hand and pushed him back, leaving the woman stunned.

" Stop..... ! Don't touch me carelessly ! "

" My husband...... You.... don't recognize me ? " ask the woman in a slightly sobbing voice.

" Who are you ?! go ! I have no wife ! "

Kendrick pulls Mareta into place (teleportation ).

" If so then you're not the Outter Elder" Kendrick said.

" Yes, who are you really ? " ask the cynical butler.

" You.... ! I'm the Outter Elder. Please My Lord trust me "

" And then.... What are the names of your wife and child ? "

" A.. i..... " Outter's elder was confused because he did not know the name of his wife and child.

" My Lord.... I experienced memory loss while fighting with a black magician. I don't really remember my wife and kids "

" How can you remember Astraco and recognize me ? "

" That's all I remember "

Suddenly a small child appears between the Outter Elders and Lord Kendrick. Mareta was surprised and was about to advance, but Lord Kendrick kept her quiet.

" Go away, little boy... ! " throw the Outter Elder.

Martin stared intently at the Outter Elder. He was not afraid because Lord Kendrick must have protected him even though he was facing off in front of the Outter Elder. He showed up here because of Lord Kendrick's call. Lord Kendrick wants him to judge Odex himself.

The dragon bracelet on Kendrick's wrist came loose and slid beside Martin, turning into a man in armor (Knight ). He was one of the animals that protected Astraco. Automatically, he must protect the citizens of the Astraco kingdom from harm. Moreover, he smelled the aura of the Outter Elder's body mixed with darkness.

Martin, the butler and the guards were stunned by the sightings. Only a thousand-year-old ancient mythical beast could turn into a human. Martin felt proud and more courageous accompanied by a Knight.

While the Outter Elder stared in admiration as well as horror. The creature was holding a sharp long sword. It looks like the material is a mixture of white iron (steel) and silver. Of course, this was a magical world. Silver is used as a magic weapon.

" Witch Odex...introduce me: Martin, is the son of the man you killed ! Today I will avenge my father's death ! " said Martin loudly and prepared to exert his strength

" hey... Hehh...... Don't dream ! I'll chop you up so you can meet your father "

Martin spread out his hands.dozens of wind blades formed and shot rapidly towards Odex. Odex jumped away, but the knives looked like they had eyes. When he landed, several knives pierced his robe and grazed his feet.

Odex throws a poison ball at Martin.

The poison hit Martin's wind shield. Martin looked at the right hand of the witch Odex. He smirked at the teachings of the Goddess of Destiny. He means to break it. Martin placed his hand on the shield and focused on decoding.

" Ohsssh..... " Odex suddenly felt his hand ache a little. He made a wind spear and threw it at Martin. But because his hand hurt a little, the spear fell right in front of Martin and broke.

" he.ha.ha...ha......... Ha.ha.ha.ha...a..... "the butler is curled up.

Odex glanced furiously at him. But he was seen wagging his right hand that was getting sicker. Then he moved the ground (using his left hand) gushing toward Martin. Martin only flew away because he remained focused on Odex's right hand.

Odex is the wizard of Cronos. It has light elements (fire and lightning). But because of the dark ritual, the light element is damaged or lost altogether.

Odex grimaced with the pain in his hand. He jumped quickly and kicked Martin. Martin fell down. He rose up, gritting his teeth and trying harder to decipher.

Mareta screamed and ran towards Martin. Kendrick held his arm while smiling.

" Be calm, Sidrag and I protect her "

Mareta subconsciously held onto Kendrick's arm while staring worriedly at Martin.

" Aaaaarrrrgh........ ! "

Odex shouted while holding his right hand. Angrily he pulled out a poison ball from his mouth. The ball darted rapidly over Martin's sleeve, causing a black hole.

" Hhhhhh ...... ! "

Martin unleashed his immense energy.

" Aaaaarrrrgh........ ! ........ ! Noooo..... Nooooo.......... ! " Odex screamed in pain and was afraid to see part of his right hand break down to the wrist.

While Martin chuckled happily because his efforts were successful. He again gathered strength and rained down on Odex with wind blades for 2 consecutive layers.

Odex who was panicking because of the state of his hand so less alert. The wind blades rained down on him in succession.

" ah.... Aow.... Ah..... ! " He ran up and cursed. His clothes were covered in blood everywhere. Not to mention the blood pouring from his right wrist.

Odex stared angrily at Martin. He saw Martin was a bit breathless because he had expended a lot of energy. He smirked he had a plan. A moment later Odex darted rapidly towards Martin.

" Bruukkk..... !! "

" he...... !

Odex's body bounced off after hitting the Knight Sidrag who stood protecting Martin. He did not expect the creature to interfere. His body felt like it was crashing into a mountain rock.

Martin makes a wind sword and stabs Odex in the back to the chest. Odex. Didn't expect to be defeated by a child ?

" Aaaaarrrrgh........ ! "

Odex collapses as Martin pulls the wind sword from his back. With his final strength, Martin decapitated Odex. Mareta hid her face in Kendrick's arm. The butler and the bodyguards just remained silent without feeling.

Sidrag kept the sword on his back and carried the exhausted Martin. Lord Kendrick pointed his hand at Odex's corpse. Before long the corpse was unraveled and blown away by the wind.

Sidrag approaches Lord Kendrick and takes Martin down. Mareta immediately hugged him while crying.

" Mom. I managed...... I don't have to worry anymore. I will train even stronger so that I can replace my father's duties "

Mareta was speechless, only able to nod while patting Martin on the back.

Martin let go of his mother's embrace and looked at Kendrick.

" My Lord ..... Thank you for giving justice to me and my mother. I promise to always be loyal to My Lord, the Goddess of Fate, and the Kingdom of Astraco until I die "

" Hmmm..... I trust you. Now live your life calmly and wisely "

Martin smiled broadly. Mareta saluted Kendrick before taking Martin away to clean up.
