13. Intoxicant kiss

While the astrologer in his room was looking at something that appeared in his crystal ball. He stared while grinning.

Suddenly the door of his room was broken. The knight Asgar entered while brandishing his sword at the diviner's neck.

" Find out where the girl is now ! "

" Mister, I told you I don't know where he is because there's a power covering him. I could only see it when the girl came out alone "

" Where did he come from or his family ? "

" He lived with his grandmother on the edge of the Higresian forest. His grandmother was a vegetable seller at the village market "

" We'll be there tomorrow "

Rey asks Alice to take her to Kendrick. He waited a little while before Kendrick finished talking to an old man with a white beard.

The old man smiled and nodded his head slightly as he passed Rey. Rey immediately entered after the old man passed. He's standing at Kendrick's table.

Kendrick raised his head, wondering what this girl was doing to him. Put a quill pen in place before standing up to Rey. Rey is shocked when her hand is pulled making her fall in Kendrick's arms. That baritone voice rattled his heart.

" What is necessary ? "

" ah.... I'm..... "

Rey tried to break away even if it was in vain. He looked at Kendrick but then looked down embarrassed.

" I .... want out ...... I'm bored here keep ..... "

" With me ? "

" No, I want to be alone .... "

" What if something happens to you ? Didn't you almost get caught yesterday ? "

Rey remembered the incident at the market yesterday. He looked back at Kendrick for an explanation.

" He is the Knight of Asgar. The one who will take you before the King of Higresia to be his wife. You want to ? "

" NO ..... ! " all of a sudden Rey shut her mouth.

Suddenly Rey remembered her grandmother. How is your grandmother now ?

" Can I look at Grandma ? "

Kendrick smiled at Rey . Face approaching.

Kendrick kissed Rey's lips, and Rey's face flushed. Then immediately duck. But Kendrick lifted Rey's chin and kissed her lips again.

" last.kaaan..... " Rey started wriggling and banging on Kendrick's shoulder. His heart pounded hard enough to make him embarrassed and nervous . But Kendrick again clasped her lips in dismay .

Kendrick looked at him a little grinning. He kissed Rey's cheek.

" KEEEEENNNN ............ !? Rey half yelled. He wasn't sure he could withstand the beating of his heart if Kendrick kept on pounding him. Rey hit back at Kendrick's shoulder, this time harder because he wanted to get away from Kendrick.

But Kendrick caught both hands and folded them behind Rey's waist, rendering Rey helpless. And Kendrick again clasped her lips, peeping them occasionally .

" Mmm..... Mm-hm.........

Rey's resistance weakens and eventually resigns . When it was quiet Rey opened her eyes, it turned out she was in her room.

" ah..... "

Rey sighs. His finger touched his lips, still felt that sturdy lips were pinching him. Rey shook her head, she felt careless remembering all these things.
